JAKARTA – Three days after the bomb blast in Solo, today, Wednesday (28/09/2011) the Forum Islam Al-Busyro released a statement related to the Solo Bombing, written by someone named Al-Akh Abu Ja’far al-Muhajir. Below is the complete release received by the editorial of Arrahmah.com via email, which reveals the reasons and background that they did the bombing act in Solo. Wallahu’alam bis sowab!

Police Confirmed Hayat As The Solo Bomber

JAKARTA – The Police General HQ has confirmed that the janaza of the only victim killed in the bombing of the Full Bethel Gospel Church, Kepunton, Solo was that of the bomber.

The officials also revealed that the bomber was Ahmad Yosepa Hayat alias Ahmad Abu Daud alias Raharjo alias Hayat. The Head of the Police Public Relations Division, Inspector General Anton Bachrul Alam stated that based on the results of the identification performed by the police there was a match in the DNA and physical marks of Ahmad Yosepa with the janaza of the bomber in Solo.

“Physical features such as previous hernia surgery marks on the janaza and calluses on the left ankle, are similar to Hayat's. Other identifications are police records in the form of SIM and diploma fingerprints,” Anton said in the press conference at the Police Main HQ, Jakarta, Tuesday (27/9/2011).

Furthermore, Anton said that based on the testimony of his parents and birth certificates, Hayat's name since birth was Pino Damayanto.

“As he was always ill since birth, according to his parents, he was given the name Ahmad Daud,” Anton said.

However, as he grew up, Ahmad Daud owned other names, namely Ahmad Yosepa alias Harjo alias Hayat. “So there are four names,” he said.

Hayat was the son of the couple, Daus and Hindun, who was born on 19th October 1980 in Losari, Cirebon.

“Both his parents have already admitted that he was their son,” Anton explained.

Two Filipino Kafir Soldiers Dead In An Attack In Jolo Island

JOLO, Philippines – At least two kafir soldiers of Philippines were killed in a fierce fighting in the Southern Philippines.

A group of kafir soldiers according to their statement, were attacked by around 50 armed men in Jolo Island. The military said that the attackers were possibly from the Abu Sayyaf group.

This Mujahideen group was blamed for a series of deadly attacks against Philippines kafir military body in the last 20 years.

The Mujahideen launched the attack before dawn, said the regional military spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Randolph Cabangbang as reported by the AP.

He claimed that their troops fought back and forced the attackers to retreat.
The attack took place in Talipao, where the troops are reportedly keeping guards of construction projects.

Cabangbang identified that attackers were possibly members of the newly formed group, the Awiiyah which have links with Abu Sayyaf.

There has been no official release from the Mujahideen of Philippines on this incident.

Ambonese Muslim Traumatized, Crusader 9/11 Rioters Used Bombs And Firearms

AMBON, Indonesia – More than two weeks after the incident of the 9/11 riots which burnt masjids and hundreds of homes belonging to Muslims, the Ambonese Muslim evacuees are still traumatized. The reason is, in the riots that killed a number of Muslim youths, Christian rioters dominated the clashes with their bombs and complete weaponry.

Besides the lack of security guarantees from the government, one of the reasons why Muslims remained in evacuation is that they are traumatized by the savagery of the Christian rioters who have complete war preparations, with their bombs and firearms in the 9/11 incident.

Met at the refugee camp, Madam Sunni, an alias name, one of the residents who witnessed the bloody 9/11 incident said that the clashes between the Christians rioters and the Muslims was so imbalanced, be it in terms of numbers or weaponry. Though she mentioned about the many casualties from the Muslim side, the 40year old mother could not ascertain the exact number of victims. “I am not able to tell how many have died because I do not know. If I say then it could become a fitnah, I don't want to look of trouble,” she told voa-islam.com, last Sunday.

The Muslim side, according to Sunni, had no preparation at all in that 9/11 clashes. Unlike the Christian party who were ready to fight with firearms. As a result, many Muslim youths were shot in the 9/11 clashes. She also said that her own son got shot in the leg from the firearms of the Christians.

The trauma of the Muslim residents against the bombs and firearms of the Christian party is not unfounded. Based on official data obtained by the reporter of voa-islam.com from Al-Fatah General Hospital, Ambon, some of the Muslim victims died from the bombs and firearm bullets .

In the record of The Name of Patients Who Are Victims Of The Conflict who died in Al-Fatah General Hospital, on 11th September 2011, two names were displayed to have died from the bombs and bullets of firearms.

Ismail Samal (20), a resident of Batu Merah - registered that he died with the diagnosis: “Torn abdominal area caused by the bomb, that hit into the internal abdominal parts.”

While Sahroni Ely (20), a resident of Asilulu, was recorded to have died with the diagnosis: “Bullet wound from the chin through the back of the head, that hits the brain.”

Apart from the victims who died, Al-Fatah GH also registered dozens of wounded victims, be it serious or slight injuries caused by the firearms. The followings are the names of the victims of injuries caused by the bullets of firearms:

1. Yamin (29), a resident of Suabali, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Gunshot wounds penetrating the abdomen, operated on 12/9/2011.”

3. Abdul Saban (25), a resident of Batu Merah, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Bullet in the abdomen.”

4. Agil (23), a resident of Parigi Lima, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Bullet wound in the shoulder, operated on 15/9/2011.”

5. Syarifuddin Samal, a resident of Waringin, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Gunshot wound from light rifle at back of the abdomen, the bullet is still there, need further surgery in Surabaya or Jakarta.”

6. Akbar Sila (30), a resident of Belakang Masjid, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Gunshot wounds on the left side of the head.”

7. Abdullah Malawat (45), a resident of Mamala, treated as outpatient at Al-Fatah GH with the diagnosis: “Gunshot wounds on the left side of the head.”

The Face Of Solo Church Bomber Similar To Cirebon Bombing Wanted Person (?)

JAKARTA – The janaza of the suspected bomber of the Full Bethel Gospel Church (GBIS) Kepunton, Solo, was right away identified by the police doctor team upon arrival at the Bhayangkara Police Hospital, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Monday (26/9/2011) morning.

The identification was intended to determine the identity of the janaza who was the only casualty in the explosion that took place on Sunday (25/9) yesterday.

“Now we're doing the testing. We'll do everything, identification of fingerprints, DNA. An autopsy will also be done. Later, we will compare the results,” said the Head of medical police, General Commissioner Anton P Castilani, Monday (26/9).

After the results of the DNA and fingerprints of the janaza are obtained, the police will compare with the DNA and fingerprints that are in the police's data bank.

Related to this, the police stated that the face of the suspected bomber is physically similar to a DPO (wanted person) of the Cirebon bombing named Ahmad Yosepa Hayat alias Hayat alias Ahmad Abu Daud alias Raharjo.

The police claimed that, it is strongly suspected that the bomber of the Kepunton church is linked to the bombing carried out by M Syarif in the mosque of the Police in Cirebon on 15th April 2011.

“We've released that there are 5 DPO's altogether. Now, here's one of them,” said the Head of Public Relation of the Police, General Commissioner Boy Rafli Amar, from the Police HQ in Jakarta, Monday (26/9).

As informed by the police some time ago, 5 DPO's linked to the bombing in Cirebon, namely Yadi alias Hasan alias Abu Fatih alias Vijay, Ahmad Yosepa Hayat alias Hayat alias Ahmad Abu Daud alias Raharjo, Beni Asri, Nanang Irawan alias Nang Ndut alias Rian and Heru Komarudin, who is Musola's (the bomb maker – ed.) brother in law.

But nevertheless, the police have not dared to ascertain before getting definite results from the DNA and fingerprints tests.

For The First Time, A Bomb Rocked The Church In solo

SOLO, Indonesia - This morning [25/9/11 ] at 11.00 hour local time, Solo was shocked by the bombing of a church which killed one person. The incident started when the congregation of the Full Gospel Betel Church (GBIS), Kepunton, Widuran Solo, had just finished their weekend prayer, suddenly someone approached the congregation who were leaving the church and finally he unexpectedly detonated a bomb which had been strapped onto his body, a witness said.

It was suspected that the dead was the bomber, as the wound from the blasts was right in his chest. Meanwhile around 10 others suffered severe injuries from the blast.
The bomb that exploded at the Kepunton Church, Solo, was recorded as the first bomb to have exploded in Solo. Previously, it had been rumored that several homemade bombs were found in the church in Solo, but they did not explode, let alone result in the loss of life.

The Muslims in Ambon, the victims of persecutions by the Christian after the 11th September 2011 riots, have sent a message responding to the bomb blast, which appeared to be a martyrdom operation, that occurred in the Kepunton Church, Solo, Sunday (25/09/2011). Why are the Muslims treated discriminatively?

Immediately after the Bomb Blast in the GBIS Kepunton, Solo, Sunday (25/09/2011), government officials were seen busy. Besides president SBY himself, who personally gave instructions to uncover the perpetrators of the blast, the Head of Indonesian Police and the Head of Detectives and Criminal Agency immediately visited the 'crime' scene. This is quite different when riots erupted in Ambon on Sunday, 11th September 2011, which until now, the initiators and perpetrators of those riots have not been exposed yet . Message From Ambonese Muslims, Victims of Christian Persecution

When a bomb exploded at the Kepunton Church, Solo, all officials from the President, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, the Head of Indonesian Police, to the general chairman of the GP Ansar, all commented sternly, condemning and calling for immediate investigation and arrest of the perpetrators. But why on 11th September 2011, when the Muslims in Ambon became the victims of persecutions by the Christians, we didn't hear the same comments as today ?

Whereas, 7 Ambonese Muslims in Ambon were killed in the incident, more than 100 people from the Muslim side were wounded, 1 village belonging to the Muslims have all the houses burnt, there have been 3000 Muslim refugees in places of refugee to this day, who are in a pitiful condition. Could the President, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs , the Head of Indonesian Police, to the general chairman of GP Ansar immediately uncover and arrest the perpetrators who have burned the Muslim village of Waringin, Ambon, which have killed 7 Muslims and wounded more than 100 Ambonese Muslims?

Earlier, A Bomb Also Exploded In Ambon, Muslims On Alert

The exposure for the case of 11th September 2011 Ambon riots, has not been completed and Ambon was again rocked by a homemade bomb which exploded at the Mardika terminal, at around 23.00 hour, on Saturday (24/09/2011). According to the testimony of a local resident, it was only a small bomb which was detonated on the sidelines of the shops and street.

It turns out that before the shocking bomb blasts at the Kepunton Church, Solo, happened on Sunday (25/09/2011), a homemade bomb had first exploded in the Mardika terminal, Saturday (24/09/2011), at around 23.00 hour local time. The Ambonese Muslims suspected that the homemade bomb was operated by the provocateurs who wanted to repeat the 11th September incident in Ambon. The Muslims in Ambon are on alert!As a result of the the homemade bomb, the atmosphere in Ambon heats up again because the people are traumatized by yesterday's incidents which killed 7 Muslims, destroyed dozens of houses and caused thousands of Muslims to evacuate.

Christian Intruders Into The Muslim Village Caught

Ironically, at the time when the situation was tense after the explosion of a homemade bomb at the Mardika terminal in Ambon, a man bringing in petrol suspected to be from the Christian side infiltrated the Muslim village.

A mother who is a resident of Ambon Plasa, who asked to remain anonymous, told voa-islam.com, that she caught two men in the early dawn at around 01.00 hour (25/9/2011). One of them was wearing a red sweater and bringing a large jerry can containing petrol.Seeing the suspicious acts, the woman came near them while shouting, “Hey what are you doing?” Without thinking, those two suspicious men escaped on their motorbike, without having a chance to take the petrol jerry can with them.

The middle-aged mother reckons that both of the culprits are from the Christian side, because when caught, they immediately fled heading towards the Christian village.

“Their position that night was in Amplas, and then they ran away through the Arab Lane,” she explained.

Anticipating all conditions, the Muslims in Ambon remain vigilant by keeping guards in the borders of the villages, especially in Waringin, Air Mata Cina, Batu Merah, Mardika and Jalan Baru. May Allah SWT always give assistance to them. Insha Allah!

Many times in the west we hear the statement “leave our lands if you don’t like it”. Yes, we are in the land of the disbelievers and not in the land of Islam in terms of description. Our fathers left the Muslim lands and headed towards the west fleeing oppression and seeking economic gains. They settled here quietly without a fuss because they believed that they were being honored by their western hosts.

As time went by, we the later generations woke up and began to realize the plots of our father’s hosts. We realized that our lands have always been under the occupation of the west directly by physically ruling over us and later indirectly by putting puppet rulers in charge of our affairs who did their dirty work. We realized that when our Muslim forefathers opposed them fiercely, the west devise cunning plans in which they withdrew militarily from our lands but left puppet leaders in charge who will continue their militarily campaign backed up with its corrupt ideology. They will do so by any means necessary as long as the west’s strategic, economic and ideological interests were protected.

We’ve realized also that the reasons for the dire financial situation in Muslim lands was due to the puppet rulers usurping all our wealth with the support of the west, storing this wealth in western banks. These rulers still continue their betrayal by selling our resources like oil, gold, minerals, crops at ridiculous prices as long as they pocket millions for themselves and their families.

We’ve also realized that the west mesmerized us to a drunken stupor with slogans such as human rights, democracy, freedom but as the war on Islam continues also known as the war on terror, we’ve come to realize that the west were hypocritical compulsive liars for indeed throughout decades they along with their slaves (i.e. rulers in charge of the Muslim lands) have being involved in kidnap, rendition and torture of Muslims despite claiming to be the champions of human rights.

We’ve now realized that the western life for Muslims is nothing more than sugar coated poison which not only kills the body but importantly the hearts and its contents (i.e. belief in the exclusivity of Allaah, loving and hating for His sake and submission and following His Messenger etc). So we say yes, we want to go back to our religious homelands Mecca, Medina, Palestine, Baghdad, Damascus, Istanbul, Mogadishu, Kabul, Cordoba, Lahore, Dhaka, Khartoum because which practicing Muslim who loves Allaah and His Messenger will not like to pray in the Masjids of Mecca and Medina, visit the palaces of the old Caliphs in Baghdad, read in the libraries of Damascus, visit the gardens of Cordoba or climb the mountains of Kabul, but the problem is that all these capitals and lands have been polluted by the west’s double standards, betrayal, arrogance and unjust foreign policies in all walks of life, e.g. politics, military, judicial etc

Politics and Ruling

In this area we find that the west chooses our leaders from those who studied in their Universities, military institutions or worked in their domestic blue chip companies because these people are ripe for the west’s plot to hijack our right of governing and choosing our leaders. These puppets rule by the west’s laws and ideas even though our lands have their own Islamic laws taught to us by our Prophet, peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him.

"Or have they partners with Allah (false gods) who have instituted for them a Deen(Way of Life) which Allah has not ordained?" (Qur'an 42:21)

"And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers)."(5:44)

Judiciary

In the eyes of the puppet leaders in Muslim lands, a crime is to oppose the western laws rather than the Islamic laws. So the law of Allaah is abandoned and the western man-made law followed instead, Muslims are imprisoned, tortured and killed as terrorists only because they believe the Legislation in our Lands is for Allaah alone, not man.

Militarily

In this area for the puppets in Muslim lands, the enemy of the land is the one that opposes the west’s ideological and military intervention in our affairs. So for you to oppose the wars in Afghanistan or Iraq, your automatically a terrorist, eligible for Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib or Bagram. they rush to the aid of their western allies selling the in lives and freedoms of Muslims for fear of the western "Powers".

"O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Auliya' of each other. And if any amongst you takes them (as Auliya'), then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust, And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: "We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us." Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves." (Qur'an 5:51-52)

In summary, our lands are still under colonial occupation but indirectly by leaders, who speak our languages, wear our clothes, and share the same skin color as us. In reality, their hearts are the hearts of the Obama's, Berlusconi's, Sarkozy's, Cameron's and Merkel's. After all of this, how then can they have the nerve to tell us to leave their lands? RATHER, THEY SHOULD LEAVE OUR LANDS AND BY THAT WE MEAN:

Pick up all the puppet rulers from our capitals, bring them to your capitals (Washington, London, Berlin, Paris etc), put them on housing benefits, refugee status, Job seekers allowance (JSA), green cards etc and stop interfering in our affairs. Leave us to pick our leaders and govern by our own Islamic Laws;

Withdraw and remove all your troops and bases in our lands and leave us to manage our own security;

Stop interfering in our Islamic affairs (i.e. political, judicial, social, ideological etc) and leave us to determine our future in accordance to our own Islamic way of life.

Ambon, Temanggung and The Rottenness Of The Secular Media

At the beginning of the year 2011, the Islamic ummah (in Indonesia – ed.) was taken up with an issue that struck the “image” of the Dienullah. The case was the church attack in Temanggung by some Islamic organizations due to their defence of the izzah of this Islam which was trampled underfoot by a group of Christians who were too bold. Hence, a severe enough damage resulted and by some parties was considered as smearing the good name of Islam.

The secular media, in their multitude, were busy at that time, reporting about the muharrik (activists) who were related to this case. Perhaps it could be said that those secular media were making this case as a material of ridicule and bad image projection of the Islamic harakahs such as the FPI, JAT and others. And this ridicule had become the main dish in their sellable merchandise. The playback of the video over and over again became a means of brainwashing the public to create an indoctrination, that the Islamic harakahs are radicals, fundamentalists which have no place on this land of the archipelago.

Until finally, the date of 11th September 2011 arrived, precisely on the 10th year momentum of the fully blessed WTC attack. On that day, some Muslims in Ambon had their calmness attacked by the Christian people. Some masjids were burned down and not a few victims from among the Muslims died. But strangely, the secular media are less interested in reporting on this issue. In fact, even who the culprits, and who the victims were, do not seem clear if we look at the coverage of the secular media.

The Price of a Masjid

The masjid we are talking about here is the masjid of the Islamic ummah, not a masjid belonging to the deviant jama'ah of Ahmadiyah. Because the result would be different if it was the house of worship of such people or the church. The screams of the media on the sealing of a church were already as if echoing throughout the entire archipelago. Not to mention if they were burned. The destruction of the shrines of the Ahmadiyah caused by the aggravation of the residents, would surely result in the ijma’ (consensus) of the opinion of the secular media that the FPI (Islamic Defenders Front), JAT (Jamaah Ansarut Tawheed), HTI (Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia), FUI (Islamic Ummah Forum) and their cronies were the perpetrators of all this action.


It is certain that, if even the sealing of the church has, as if, made the Pancasila and pluralism offended, the result would be obvious when the two churches in Temanggung were burned by the masses who defended their aqeedah. They were accused of being provocateurs, breaking the unity of the nation, or other ugly accusations. Interestingly, the people who claimed to be Muslims also joined hand in accusing the muharrik with the accusation of defaming the good name of Islam, acting isti’jal (hasty) and so on.

It's a different story when five masjids in North Sumatera were razed and their fates have been unclear ever since. Even if the readers are looking for the data on the Internet, it is evidently difficult to find the mainstream media with wide-access (which obviously are mostly secular media) which broadcast this news. There were only Islamic media with limited-access that made coverage of these incidents. And even that was with limited information because of the differences in the supply of capitals between the secular mainstream media and these lilliputian Islamic media. Not to mention if we look at the case of Ambon lately. A masjid in Waringin village was burned, plus the loss of life from among the local minority (who are Muslims), what we have was only a propaganda that Ambon is safe and getting more conducive. There was almost no echo from the reporting about a toddler who died in the refugee camp, especially from the secular mainstream media. Indeed, the value of the Muslims is very low.

The Media, the Mouthpiece of the Thaghut

Allah says in surah al-Fajr verse 10 :

وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِي الْأَوْتَادِ

"and [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes (many army)." (QS. Al Fajr : 10)

Allah says: Do you not see what Allah has done to Fir’aun who owned the stakes. The experts in ta’wil (interpretation) differed in the meaning of the verse of Allah which says: ذِي الْأَوْتَادِ “owner of the stakes” and why does He say so? Some of them said: "The meaning is he who has the army who consolidate his power, and they said the stakes in this case means soldiers." (Tafsiif Ath Thabariy, XXX / 179). Dr. Abdul Qadir bin Abdul Aziz mentioned that the journalists and news reporters also belong to these stakes of Fir’aun who defend the thaghut with their words : “Those who defend with their words, this group is led by some suu’ ulama's (bad ulama's) who act as if they know everything, who give endorsement by the Shari'ah of Islam to the kafir rulers and defend these rulers from the charges of being kafir and accused the Muslims who are conducting jihad against them as fools and accused them to have come out of Islam and charged them as astray, they mislead the rulers about the Muslims who are conducting jihad, also belonging in the meanings of 'the supporters of the thaghut with their words' are the writers, journalists, news broadcasters who are doing the same”. In cases which are often detrimental to Muslims, the secular mainstream media are more silent. As if, since the Muslims are the majority it is only natural when they are being persecuted. It is different from when the church was sealed, as if the muharrik are the master perpetrators of disturbances who must be despised by the society. From the pattern of this kind of reportage, the secular mainstream media have been transformed as protectors of the kafir, protectors of injustices, as well as spreaders of the “evilness” of the Islamic fighters, under the guise of protecting the minorities.

Whereas Allah says in surah al-Baqarah verse 257 :

وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَوْلِيَاؤُهُمُ الطَّاغُوتُ

"And those who disbelieve (the kafir) - their allies are the Thaghut…" (QS. Al Baqarah : 257)

The Opponents of Injustices

It is normal that the batil with all of its supporters, helpers and protectors will always exist from era to era. The Jihad against it was also already guaranteed by Allah to continue to exist until the endtime. Certainly, it is the thaifah al-mansurah who would completely slash down the injustices with their blood and souls. But as for the qaidun/people who only sit around, can't they and don't they need to do anything? The existence of the helpers/ansar of the thaghut from among the journalists, news reporters and mass media is actually a cultivatable land of deeds for those who have not been able to wage jihad in full. To reduce the badness of deeds by not conducting jihad in this time of fardhu 'ain, some things could be done. One of them is by conducting jihad with the (written/spoken) words. The hadith of Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam contained in As-Saheehain said: "Condemn the people of Quraysh, because condemnation is more painful to them than the stab of the spears." (al-Hadith)

Ustadz Yusuf al-Uyairi rahimahullah mentioned that jihad with the words is one of the mediums of the main jihad, with the branches as follows : 1. And among the branches of the jihad with the words is providing an explanation about the haqiqa (reality) of the attacks launched by the Crusaders against Islam, defending the Mujahideen and championing their honour.

2. And among the branches of the jihad with the words is writing and distributing products that contain materials that can motivate jihad in all its forms, whether it be the books, cassettes, bulletin and so on. (Idha’at ala Darbil Jihad)

Allah says in surah an-Nisa’ : "Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak." (QS an-Nisaa : 76)

A political fiction novel, “1984”, authored by George Orwell (published in 1949) dramatically tells about the terrifying world of the future . That world is inhabited by humans who are slaves to one of the three superpower states, each is headed by an authoritarian single-party, that are at war with each other. Each state has its own system to fool its subjects through the manipulated media. The minds are controlled, behaviours are observed, purely for the sake of justifying the actions of the tyrants who are only concerned with power than with their people. This is the Orwellian world (from the name of the author).

The NIC (National Intelligence Council) in 2004 listed the Orwellian world as one of the future scenarios, besides three other scenarios: The Rise of China-India, Pax Americana (America continues to be the ruler of the world) and The Khilafah of Islam. However, as if we've got a picture of the near-certainty that the Orwellian world is no other than the Pax Americana itself. The United States of America is the empire that claims to bring democracy but supporting the dictatorial regimes. So they are then fooling the people of the world through the global system that seem friendly: the World Bank, UN, WHO, IMF, UNICEF. The duping is then performed through the mass media to justify their arrogance.

Noam Chomsky in his book,"Pot Calling the Kettle: America the Terrorist? " introduced a term to facilitate us in naming the duping system, i.e. “newspeak”. The newspeak is a system of 'term reversal'. Every term can be emptied of its original meaning to be given a new meaning, next it would be propagandized through the mass media, books, a series of seminars, conference and intellectual works. When the term reaches our ears or eyes, our minds will automatically interpret it with a new meaning, because when we insist with the old (original) meaning, suddenly our minds would feel weird, awkward, secluded and criminalized.

For example, imagine the word “terrorism” in your mind, what do you see? Why Muslims, why Imam Samudera, Osama, Al-Qaeda? Don't you think about the Khmer Rouge? Or the military that carried out a coup d'etat against the (democratically) elected president of Chile, Savador Allende on 11th September 1973? Input the name of “Abu Bakar Ba’asyir” into your mind . What comes to your mind? What file appears? Yes, he was the leader the Jama'ah Islamiyah, a leader of the Indonesian branch of Al-Qaeda who commanded the bombing actions from behind bars. Enter the word “Islamic Shari'ah” or “Khilafah”, then comes the world of the conservative, cruel Wahhabi and repression of women and so on. Newspeak also applies to other terms such as militant, freedom, mutual-respect, radicalism, etc. Why don't we think of other meanings? Perhaps we think of other meanings, but soon we feel alienated, strange and rebellious.

Such is how America control the mind of the people of the world so that they are in the same flow with their ideology. Chomsky called it “the American Ideological System”. The mind is the first thing that must be controlled by America in order to be successful in a war against a new enemy. That is why, it was said, early in the morning after the 11th September 2001 attack, George W. Bush had already called on for the ban of the book “Kitab Tawheed” written by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, similar to the former vice president of Indonesia in the previous period who called for the banning of all books by Sayid Quthb. Books are the shapers of the mind, which must also be controlled (by America). Then the mind is controlled through the electronic media, from the CNN to the TVOne, notice how the above terms enter into our minds with new meanings, shaping our mind so as to be in line with their ideology.

When the human mind is fed with old terms with new meanings, and then the humans got befooled by it, perhaps this is what's called jahiliyah (ignorance), similar to the jahiliyah of the pre-Islam Makkah. It's not that jahiliyah cannot be purged and retaught (from basic), unless it is the ignorance from true sense of the word. Thus, Prophet Muhammad SAW, soon after being appointed to be a Prophet, endeavoured to redefine the terms, starting from the interpretation of the term “god” (rabb, ilah). (It is also on this basis that Syed Naquib al-Attas, an Indonesian born Malaysian intellectual, developed the “Islamisasi Ilmu Pengetahuan” or the Islamization of Knowledge. He did the reinterpretation (Islamization) of the terminologies which had been Westernized. Starting from the term “ilmu” or knowledge).

The ignorance of the world population like this becomes the main support of the American empire. This ignorance gives strength to America to wage the Afghan and Iraq wars, because many people of the world “unknowingly” justify the rationalization of the actions. This ignorance gives strength to America to intervene the madrassa to remove the jihad materials from the curriculum, because the people of the world agrees that the word jihad in the Newspeak Dictionary means terrorism. The ignorance of the people of the world makes the audience give applause during Obama's speech in Cairo which was frothing with “mutual respect” between the West and Islam, while at the same time, his men were dropping bombs in Pakistan!

Nearly three decades ago, that novel of Orwell was as if presenting a satire to that of America's behaviour when mentioning the slogan of the Ing-Soc Party in the Orwellian state of Oceania: "IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH".

Yes, our ignorance is the strength of the empire. Where the limit of our ignorance lies, it is also as far as there where the zone of the Empirical strength extends. To fight the strength of the empire is the same as fighting our own ignorance. Ignorance towards our religion, ignorance toward the plots of the enemies of Islam. “1984” features a resistance leader named “Emmanuel Goldstein” who is against the tide of the newspeak with his common sense, even though he has to be eliminated by the Ing-Soc regime and then becomes the victim of the “newspeak”: a criminal who should be despised, reviled and scorned. Exactly the same as the strangers (ghuraba) today, to fight the ignorance (jahiliyah) we must necessarily be a victim of the newspeak: stigmatized as radical-fundamentalist, the enemies of the whole world. Rasulullah SAW said,

بَدَأَ الْإِسْلَامُ غَرِيبًا وَسَيَعُودُ غَرِيبًا كَمَا بَدَأَ فَطُوبَى لِلْغُرَبَاءِ
“Islam was strange when it began and will one day be strange again; Blessed are the ghuraba' (those strange people)” (HR Muslim)

Islam becomes estranged when resisting the tide of the ideology of newspeak. However, that's precisely our job. At the time when the world, as far as the mind, is controlled by the Empirical power, the first step in the fight is in the mind itself, the revolution of thought. From the minds we are fighting against the ignorance, into our real world we fighting against the strength.

AMBON, Indonesia – How's the condition of Ambon post-the 11/9 riot? A lot of media, especially the secular media reported that the condition in Ambon is already conducive and safe. However, from the observation of the Arrahmah.com correspondent at the scene, the condition of Ambon is still tense. Muslim refugees prefer to stay in the masjids, though they have to sleep in the cold, without blankets. The Islamic Ummah must help!

Ambon is still Tense

If the condition in Ambon is really safe and conducive after the riots, the Muslim refugees, especially those from the areas which were all burnt by the Christian masses, namely the Waringin Village, would certainly have returned to their original villages. Besides the uncertainties of their fates in their native villages, as their homes were burned, the Muslim refugees are also in fear and they still worry about the security situation in Ambon.

The correspondent of Arrahmah.com at the scene reported today, Monday (19/09/2011), that in reality the condition in Ambon is still tense. The refugees choose to stay in the masjids rather than to return to their original places, as their villages, one of which is the Waringin Village, were completely burnt by the Christian masses, which make them unlivable.

Hundreds of Muslim families from Waringin Village until now are still living in refuge in a very pitiful condition. They prefer to sleep in the cold without blankets, some of their children are even affected by diarrhea and vomiting. In fact, this morning, Monday (19/09/2011), there was a mother who was forced to ask for money from an Ustadz as she has already no money at all, and she could not get any food.

Refugees Slept on the Cold Floor of the Masjid

The conditions of the displaced Muslims in Ambon are very pitiful. The correspondent of Arrahmah.com at the scene reported that they are forced to sleep in the open spaces on the floor of the masjid's porch, without blankets. Whereas, there have been frequent rains in Ambon at this time, creating a bone-chilling cold atmosphere. These conditions resulted in the infants and young children of the refugees getting sick very easily.

Meanwhile, the Muslims in the villages still remain vigilant and alert to anticipate any possibility that could happen. They do not want the Muslims to become victims of the Christian evils and savagery again without any resistance. The Muslims are still scared and worried about any succeeding riot, due to that they remain fully alert.

Unfortunately, the government's attention to the unrest in Ambon so far, is still very lacking. There are no signs of strong action from the authorities yet, to completely track down the perpetrators of the stabbing of the Muslim ojek operator that triggered the 11/9 Ambon riots. Besides that, the government also did not respond to the fate of refugees, and it is very unfortunate, as told by a volunteer at the scene.

“It is very unfortunate. The government's attention to the refugees is very lacking,” he said.

Such is the fate of the Ambonese Muslims who are a minority in the middle of the Christian majority. Whereas, this country is a country with the largest Muslim majority population in the world. How ironic! Due to that, it is wajib for the Muslims to help their Muslims brothers and sisters in Ambon, with whatever they can afford. Allahu Akbar!

Concerned About The Condition Of The Nation, The Interfaith Alliance Rather Held Act Of Shirk (Joint Do'a)

JAKARTA – Astaghfirullah! This is the portrait of the condition of a nation that is jahil (ignorant) for not wanting to submit and obey the teachings of Allah SWT and His Rasul. With the excuse of being concerned about the condition of the nation, around 200 people from the Aliansi Lintas Agama or the Interfaith Alliance have committed a great sin of shirk, with their joint prayers (do'a), at Monas for 3 consecutive days (from 14th to 16th September/2011) so that Indonesia will be free from catastrophes.

Joint Do’a, Damaging Islam

This nation is getting truly outrageous in going against Allah SWT and His Rasul. Instead of being submissive and obedient to the teachings of Allah SWT and His Rasul, so that this country obtains the blessing and well-being, they are committing shirk, which is a big sin and inviting even bigger adzab (punishments) from Allah SWT.

This shirk ceremony (joint do’a) was held across the Kemenko Kesra Building, Medan Merdeka Barat Street, Central Jakarta, since 08.00 hour by offering do’a, singing songs of praise, reciting zikir and burning incenses.

“We are spurred to do this because of the many horizontal conflicts, rampant corruptions and high poverty rates, so it arouses our concerns,” said the executive committee, Kasino.

Ironically, this act of shirk was attended by prominent figures who are considered as Islamic ulama's such as Salahuddin Wahid, and also Syafii Ma’arif, also attending were former coordinating minister of economy in the era of Gus Dur, Rizal Ramli and Priest Andreas Yewangoe. Of course, this ceremony of shirk is useless and will never obtain the pleasure of Allah SWT, on the other hand it actually has a great potential in damaging Islam.

Whoever initiated this event of mass shirk, i.e. conducting joint prayer between Muslims and kafir, it means that he has invented a new Shari'ah, and is violating the existing Shari'ah, and it is also definite that the act is damaging Islam. Religion is the belief and ibaadah (worship). While do’a is an ibaadah, which in Islam is absolutely intolerable to be carried out jointly with other religions. It is clearly damaging the religion.

Performing inter-religious prayer (do'a) is an act of Shirk, whereas shirk is a big sin that will never be pardoned by Allah SWT. So, how might the expectations of the participants of this common prayer –so that this country be safe, just, wealthy and prosperous– be achieved? So true is what Rasulullah SAW had reported, that the Islamic ummah will follow suit the mushrikeen too far up, that even idols are worshiped.

“…Judgment Day will not occur until a group of folks from my people follow the mushrik people and to the extent that even the idols are worshiped…” (Saheeh Ibni Hibban Juz XVI pg. 209 no. 7237 and pg. 220 no. 7238 Juz XXX no. 7361 pg. 6, Shu’aib al-Arnauth said, "its sanad is saheeh in accordance with the preconditions of Muslim").

There is no Joint Do’a in Islam, Except for a Mubahalah

Performing inter-religious prayer, for a common expectation (eg. for the prosperity of a country) does not exist in Islam. In Islam, joint do'a between the Mu’min on one side and the kafir (People of the Book, as well as the Mushrikeen) on the other side, is rather a do’a of threats, mutually condemning each other to contest the truth, which is called mubahalah.

A Mubahalah is when each party among those who disagree, makes do'a to Allah earnestly so that Allah will bring down curses to those who lie. The Prophet invited the envoys of the Najran Christians for a mubahalah but they did not dare and this became the proof of the truthfulness of Prophet Muhammad SAW. (Al-Quran and its Tafseer, Republic of Indonesia Department of Religious Affairs, juz 1 pg. 628).

So there never was a joint do'a in Islam and it is never justified, such as that performed by the Interfaith Alliance at Monas from the14th to 16th September 2011.

Ironic! What will become of this nation's future? If the ummah and its leaders are performing a shirk ceremony in the form of a joint do’a in order to obtain prosperity, safety and justice in a national and state life. Hasn't Islam provided guidance in the administration of all aspects of life, including to achieve a life full of justice, anti-corruptions, so the entire ummah become safe and prosperous?

Latest Message From Ikhwan Mujahideen In Ambon

AMBON, Indonesia – The condition of Ambon after the riots, Sunday (11/09/2011), is not entirely conducive as reported. The correspondent of Arrahmah.com reported that the roads in Ambon are still deserted. The vehicles of the Christian people still do not dare to enter the areas of the Muslims. Meanwhile, the police raids against the ikhwans who wanted to depart to Ambon continued to be made at all points that could lead Ambon. The Ikhwan Mujahideen from amongst the Muhajireen and Ansar continued to hold out in Ambon. The following is an appeal from them.

The Appeal Of The Mujahideen In Ambon

The correspondent of Arrahmah.com from the scene has conveyed an appeal from the Mujahideen, especially in addressing the events that have happened in Ambon. They appeal to the ikhwans outside Ambon so that:

They are not to instantly believe the news delivered by certain parties who are said to be acting on behalf of the Mujahideen, because some news that have been exposed to ikhwans through the SMS are incorrect and do not fit the facts. Due to that, there should be a tabayyun (check and recheck) with the trusted party on the ground.

Not to entertain the request for funds from parties that claimed to act on behalf of the Mujahideen, because in circumstances like these many parties are exploiting the situation for personal gain. In this case, we the Ikhwan Muhajireen and Ansar who are in Ambon have never requested funds from parties outside Ambon. We are still trying to anticipate the problems that exist with the capabilities that Allah gives to us.

Make do'a for us, the Mujahideen from the Muhajireen and Ansar, who are still holding out in Ambon.

The correspondent of Arrahmah.com there also appeal, if anyone wants to channel funds, make sure it's given to the rightful parties who are in the actual scene from amongst the Mujahideen whose aqeedah and manhaj are saheeh.

The Apparatuses Continued To Do The 'Sweeping'

Meanwhile, the apparatuses continued to do the 'sweeping' by raiding and searching all passenger ships that want to go to Ambon.

From Madura, the correspondent of Arrahmah.com reported that the 'sweepings' by the apparatuses are being carried out at some access points exiting Madura, including the Bangkalan Terminal, the Kamal Port and the Suramadu Bridge. The sweepings are performed on all public transport vehicles and passengers leaving Madura. Passengers of public transportation are even asked their purposes, and their luggage and bodies are checked. The targets of the sweeping are sharp weapons, guns and pistols, as well as explosive materials.

Meanwhile, the desires of the Muslims to help their Muslim brothers in Ambon are very intense, despite the sweeping and raid carried out by the apparatuses. In fact, a number Islamic mass organizations and their figures have issued fatwas making jihad to Ambon compulsory, when the Islamic ummah are persecuted.

The Front Pembela Islam (FPI) or Islamic Defenders Front of Bekasi Raya has given an ultimatum to the security forces and government to immediately resolve the case of the bloody riots in Ambon. If it is still not resolved within one month, they will dispatch their laskar (Islamic soldiers) to conduct jihad in Ambon. The statement was delivered by the General Chairman of the FPI of Bekasi Raya, KH Murhali Barda in between the peaceful protests expressing their care for the plights of the Muslims in Ambon, at the Islamic Centre, Friday (16/9/2011).

“In one month from now, the Ambon case must already be resolved. If it is not resolved, whether allowed or not, yes bismillah, we will advance to Ambon,” he said.

The Amir of Jama’ah Ansarut Tauhid (JAT) Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir issued a fatwa on the necessity of Jihad to Ambon when the Muslims are being persecuted in the riots that have the nuance of an inter-religious/groups conflict. After receiving information from various parties about the Ambon riots, Ustadz Abu reminded the Islamic Ummah to constantly be wary of the characteristics of the kafir, which is contained in the Qur’an.

“The kafir certainly do not like Islam, given the opportunities, they would always want to exterminate the Muslims, they do not care whether it is the hard-lined Islam or soft-lined Islam. To them what's important is either you want to become Christian or be killed,” he explained on Tuesday (13/9/2011).

The Majelis Mujahideen has also issued a statement related to the riots in Ambon, one of which reads:

“The Muslims in Indonesia must be informed when the case is engineered towards hostility against the Ambonese Muslims caused by the discriminatory attitudes of the police and security personnels. Therefore, the Majelis Mujahidin proclaims jihad against anyone who attacks the Muslims in Ambon. The readiness of the Muslims to help their brothers and sisters in Ambon must be prepared.”

In an interview with the RRI, the leader of Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), Muhammad Rusli also said:

“The government should seriously deal with the conflict in Ambon, if they do not want the conflict to become widespread, the enthusiasm of the Muslims to go to Ambon to defend theirs brothers is the fitrah (natural instinct) of the Muslims.”

It is as it should that Muslims help each other, because they are brothers, like one single body. Rasulullah SAW said:

“The likeness of the believers in their affection, compassion and love for one another is like one single body. If a part of it suffers from pain, the whole body will suffer in pain and not be able to sleep.” (Muttafaqun ‘Alaih from al-Nu’man bin Basyir)

AMBON, Indonesia – The Village of Waringin, Ambon, is a Muslim village that is all burnt after being attacked by the Christian rioters, Sunday (11/09/2011). On Friday (16/09/2011), for the first time the Muslims in Ambon who are in the village of Waringin performed the Friday prayer at Masjid Al-Muhklisin, the masjid which, Alhamdulillah, is still standing there. Colored with the sobs and tears, and a lachrymose atmosphere, the Muslims in Ambon are strong in facing the trials that befall them. The following is the report.

Since the adzan filled the air, sounds of heavy breaths and sobbing from the worshipers in Masjid Al-Mukhlisin in Waringin village, were heard . Over two hundreds villagers from Waringin village and its vicinity were there. The worshipers were made up of the elders, adults, adolescents and children and a number of security apparatuses.

The atmosphere was very touching, because the ibaadah was held in the masjid in which some parts of it have become ruins, burnt by the Christian rioters.

Some people believe that there is a miracle and protection from Allah involved in this masjid. Because, since the first riots, although the buildings on the left, right, front and rear were devastated consumed by the fire, but the main hall of the masjid which is normally used for Solat and ta'lim is not damaged at all.

In his Khutbah, Ustadz Tawil, a Muslim figure of Waringin village, motivated the people to always remain optimistic, by emphasizing the importance of iman, taqwa, tawakkal and patience.

“Even in a very pitiful condition, the Muslims must still have iman and taqwa so that we can still devote ourselves to Allah SWT by carrying out the duties we are commanded to do,” he said.

Ustadz Tawil understands very much the sadness of the people, because his own house was also badly damaged after becoming target of the Christian rioters' savagery.

Quoting Al-Qur’an surah Al-Insan verse 1, Ustadz Tawil emphasized the importance of tawakkal in facing the test of life. “Everything belongs to Allah SWT and it is in our grasp only temporarily,” he explained.

Ustadz Tawil invited the Islamic ummah to face the disaster of the 9/11 incident with a positive thinking, by quoting Al-Qur’an surah Al-Ankabut verse 2: “Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried?”

“What's befalling us Muslims is a test of iman, which will raise our degrees if we remain faithful,” he said.

Due to that, Ustadz Tawil invited all worshipers to be hard-bitten in confronting every trial. “We must believe that what happens to us is a test which will be replaced by Allah with something better and more if we are patient.”

In the end of his khutbah, Ustadz Tawil underlined the importance of Ukhuwah Islamiyah. He called on Muslims to continue to strengthen the unity and avoid division.

“There is no victory without strength, there is no strength without unity, there is no unity without virtue, and there is no virtue without the purity of souls. And it is this purity of souls that the Islamic ummah must have,” he concluded.

PATTANI, Thailand – The mushrik police of Thailand reported that suspected Muslims “militants” have killed five Thai soldiers and wounded some others in a roadside bomb attack in Southern Thailand.

Police Colonel Kong-att Suwannakan said that explosives planted on a road in the province of Pattani have been detonated on Thursday (15/9/2011) when the army truck was passing.

He claimed that five soldiers were killed and six others wounded.

He added that the attackers escaped after launching the attack. Until now, search operation is still carried out by teh security forces of Thailand.

The Mujahideen of Pattani began to follow the tactics of the Mujahideen of Afghanistan in lauching attacks, they have improved mine bomb attack known as the number one killer in Afghanistan for the crusader forces of America-NATO and their puppets.

The Muslims Are The Victims, Yet It's The Muslims Who Are Raided?

JAKARTA – The security forces are considered discriminatory in handling the Ambon riots. The Muslims, who are victims of the riots, are raided, while the Christians are left alone.

The media reported that the situation in Ambon has been conducive post-the riot. But this incident, which started with the murder of a Muslim ojek (motorcycle taxi) operator in the village of the Christians, still leaves many anomalies. One of them is the measures taken by the security forces in reducing the conflict.

An Intelligence observer, Umar Abduh assessed that the handling of the situation by the security forces in Ambon is highly discriminatory and more partial to the Christians. Umar Abduh highlighted the raids against Muslims who are the victims and the omission of the Christians by the security forces.

“Strange! Why do they raid the ships and the people who are clearly victims (Muslims -ed.), while those who committed the aggression or malignancy are not raided?” he questioned.

Due to that, this former political prisoner for the Woyla case during the New Order, criticized the partisanship of the police. Whereas, throughout history, the Christians have always been adverse to the diversity and threatening the unity of the NKRI (Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, being the largest Muslim country by population - ed.).

“This had been done by the police since a long time ago because they are pro-Crusaders, this is what needs to be suppressed vigorously,” he asserted. “Those who openly desire to oppose the diversity, to oppose the laws and to oppose the constitution of the NKRI, are the non-Muslims. The Muslims never want to secede from the NKRI. But with the threats from the Crusaders since a long time ago i.e. the Jakarta Charter, it was the East Indonesia that wanted to secede. Now they are not just wanting to split themselves off, but they stand as if they are having their own State, because the State is already powerless against them,” he said.

The oddity is further exacerbated by the deaths of some Muslims with gunshot wounds. Responding to this situation, without hesitation, Umar Abduh said that the government have lied if they said they do not know the mass crimes that took place in Ambon.

“If the government does not know about such a mass crime, it's obvious that they are lying. If this happens, it means that it must be by design, approved by the government,” Abduh said.

According to Umar Abduh, those cruelties of the Christians against Muslims in Ambon happened because the government have given freedom to the Crusaders, to follow the whims of the foreign elements, to fight Islam.

“We know that the Crusaders are like that, that the government are giving freedom to the Crusaders because of the orders from their masters out there. They must be armed because they are threatened by Islam. They are the ones who feel like the minority, whereas in Ambon their numbers are almost balanced,” he said.

With the attitude that is more to following what are wanted by the foreign countries, it resulted in the government having no knowledge how great the power of the separatist groups in Ambon are, Umar Abduh explained

“What's in the hands of the kafir or Crusaders are clear. Their fighters are many, their snipers are many or their repressive power is high, these are never thought over by the government. So here shows that this is indeed the scenario of the government,” he clarified.

“They are just lying, there is no intelligence who doesn't know, if there is then it can't be called a State!” he added.

Abduh said that if the government continues to allow the massacres by the Christians in Ambon, then the government could be dragged to the UN court for serious human rights violations and the government could be dissolved.

“But whether reported to the UN or not, it basically has no influence, because the UN is an American stooge and an extension of the hands of the Zionist Israel. Do you believe the UN today? So tired of it!” he concluded. (voa-islam.com)

The Police Will Do Re-Autopsy On The Janaza Of The Ojek Operator

JAKARTA – The Head of Criminal Investigation of the Police, (Police) Commissioner General Sutarman, sent 13 investigators to Ambon, Maluku, to investigate the causes of the unrest there.

Not only that, due to the many stories that exposed the presence of signs of abuse on the janaza of Darfin Saiman, the ojek (motorcycle taxi) operator, a second autopsy will be conducted on the janaza to determine the definite cause of his death.

As reported, the clashes between the people and the riots in Ambon this time were triggered by the death of a motorcycle taxi driver in the area of Gunung Nona, on Saturday (10/9) night. A tentative conclusion from the Police says that the victim died from a traffic accident, but based on the photographs of the janaza taken by some witnesses, there were signs of abuse.

Based on the reports from the police, it was noted that seven people had been killed and dozens are injured in the riots. A number of houses and vehicles were also burned.

Meanwhile, the National Commission for Human Rights have also investigated the cause of the riots in Ambon, and they have found five factors which they alleged had also triggered that bloody conflict.

“The National Commission for Human Rights have sent their team to Ambon post-the riots. The team have obtained some information that deserve to be explored further to uncover the root causes of the incident,” the Commissioner of The National Commission for Human Rights, Saharuddin Daming, said from Jakarta, Wednesday (14/9).

Daming exposed the suspected presence of people who took advantage of the death of Darfin Saeman for a yet unclear purpose. There are provocateurs who are dissatisfied with resolution of the 1999 conflict, according to him.

Besides that, Daming also said that there have been suspected attempts to divert issues, especially regional issues and there are also suspected military interest to remain in Ambon.

“And there was also alleged deliberate inaction on the part of the authorities,” he said.

Especially with the psychological condition of the people which is easily inflamed.

“Since 10th-13th September, about 10 incidents have occurred. Among others are, the death of Darfing, the burning of motorcycles belonging to the ojek operators, the hacking of a child aged around 7 years old using a machete, or events that arise after the funeral of Darfing. We continue to conduct investigations,” he said.

Based on the monitoring by the team from the National Commission for Human Rights, Daming revealed that the current conditions in Ambon has improved, even the crowd in the community has now begun to diminish.

“The worries of the people are still there, but it's getting less. Refugees are also still there, but limited to only those from certain villages,” he said.

He added that, the apparatuses from the TNI (Indonesian Military) and Police officers remained on guard at the borders between villages to anticipate the re-occurrence of the riots.

Ustadz Abu, who is unjustly sentenced to 15 years in jail, called on the Muslims to immediately take a firm stand against the injustices that has befallen our fellow Muslim brothers in Ambon. He revealed that the solution in confronting the tyranny of the people of walan tardha (who are never pleased with Islam – ed.) is Jihad, because the agreement of peace (treaty) with them has always been betrayed by them.

“Therefore, for the Muslims, if they are facing something like this, they should not hesitate anymore, if necessary, I advocate for Jihad if it is proven true that it was the Christian who have killed. Enough, no need to wait any longer, all those mushawarah (negotiations - ed.) are useless. There had already been mushawarah in the past, in the form of the Malino agreement,” he explained.

Further, he emphasized the obligation to struggle for the establishment of the Islamic Shari'ah. “It is haram for the Muslims to be silent, it is wajib to struggle to overhaul the system to become Islamic laws,” he said.

Ustadz Abu added, if it is proven that the conflict in Ambon is an inter-religious/groups conflict, then the Muslims must be ready for Jihad to defend the oppressed Muslims.

“So in this Ambon case, if it is proven that the ones who killed are the Christians, enough! The answer is Jihad ! That's how I see it. The Islamic Ummah must advance, especially if it is already to the extent that they (the Islamic Ummah in Ambon - ed.) are isolated, the Islamic Ummah from outside Ambon must come for Jihad!” Ustadz Abu appealed.

Ustadz Abu explained that the attitude of Muslims towards Christians is, they are ready for peace and ready for war. Islam is ready to make peace with anyone who is not hostile, but Islam would not refuse war if fought against.

“People of crusader Christians, don't you ever disturb Islam! We can make peace as long as our aqeedah is not compromised, if we are harassed we will fight, we will wage war! For us, fighting you is goodness, if we win, good, and if we die, it is also good. So fighting you is a pleasure!” he asserted.

“Our faith demands that we live in a country regulated by the laws of Islam. If you agree, let's live in harmony under Islam, if you disagree and you harass us, we (are ready to) fight!”

Concerning the analysis of some intelligence observers that the Ambon conflict is basically an intelligence operation which aims to lead the Mujahideen to Ambon to be projected as a base for terrorists, and then eliminated, Ustadz Abu reminded the Islamic fighters to be cautious and have tawakkal to Allah.

“We are still going to conduct Jihad by looking at our ability. If indeed such would be the condition, never mind, bismillah, we'll fight! Even though they have their makar (plots), remember what Allah says: ‘wamakaruu wamakarallah wallahu khoirul-makirin.’ The kafir are devising their plots, and Allah responds to their plots. Allah is the best of plotters,” he explained. “We'll fight them because our brothers are being persecuted, so lets just return it to Allah,” he ended.
