Let's Hasten Towards The Forgiveness Of Allah And His Paradise!

O Muslims who are blessed by Allah Jalla wa ‘Alaa, especially the Ulama's and Scholars of this ummah, it is obvious that the condition of Islam and the Muslims today, wherever they are, is already in the condition as related by Rasulullah sallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam (SAW):

“The entire people of the earlier ummahs in everyplace will soon summon one another to attack you as people when eating invite others to share their food." Someone asked, "Will that be because of our small numbers at that time?" He replied, “No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be froth and scum like that carried down by a torrent (of water), and Allah will take the fear of you from the breasts (hearts) of your enemy and cast al-wahn into your hearts.” Someone asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what is al-wahn?” He replied, “Love of the world and dislike of death.” [An authentic hadith recorded by Abu Dawud and Ahmad]

Since the beginning of the Modern Crusade which uses the code “The Global War on Terrorism”, which the Muslims are now forced to deal with, the henchman of Dajjal, Bush had indicated it by calling the war against the Mujahideen, whom he refers as terrorists, with the term CRUSADE. And systematically, this continues to make Islam and the Muslims who are conducting jihad as a monstrous and evil creature.

Terminologies with bad connotations are always attached to Islam by them, where Bush also termed the ideology of the Mujahideen as “The Murderous Ideology of The Islamic Radical”, in fact he even pronounced this war the same as the war against Communism, the atheist people.

The Western rulers and the rulers who became their collaborators in the countries with Muslim majority, are also today making the Islamic concepts such as the Shari'ah, Jihad, Khilafah, etc. as their targets in this war. They labeled the Mujahideen as terrorists who want to establish a Radical Empire, from Spain to Indonesia. In fact, the American Minister of Defense at the time of the Dajjal Bush, namely Rumsfeld – had also said the same thing by saying that in Iraq, an Islamic Khilafah would be established if the American forces are pulled out from there (Washington Post 5/12/2005). The same goes with the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair as the closest ally of Bush, he also said it clearer by mentioning the four characteristics he describes as the "Satanic Ideology of the Terrorists": namely anti-Israel, anti-Western values, wanting to implement the Islamic Shari’ah and uniting the Islamic Ummah through a Khilafah (BBC News 16/7/2005).

And those policies of the Dajjal Bush (United States) and Blair (United Kingdom) are now continued by Obama, America's first black president. This proves that this war will continue for a long period of time, Obama is simply replacing with his own pass code which he named “The Overseas Contingency Operation”, namely the continued military operations against the Muslims who are upon jihad in any country.

The BNPT (National Counter-Terrorism Agency), as the official Indonesian government agency, is also consciously and aggressively carrying out the anti-Terror campaign by spreading terror against the Muslim community who are obedient towards the guidance of Islamic Shari'ah and who have the noble goal to implement the concept of Islamic politics in having a State (Daulah and Khilafah Islamiyah), on charges of being prospective precursors of terrorism. In fact, there is almost no definition of terrorism with the prime content of idealism other than Islam, so the Islamic militants become the one and only accused.

Whereas, throughout the history of this (Indonesian) nation, the Mujahideen of Islam, as the main layer of the Muslim militancy, had always been made as the tumbal (Javanese: things sacrificed to gain something better – ed.) offered at the nationalists' altar of worship for the carnal desires which they have deified. The betrayal of the nationalists against the Jakarta Charter, the massacres against the movement of the DI/TII (Darul Islam/Islamic Forces of Indonesia), the massacres by the military and intelligence apparatuses against the weak Muslims in Tanjung Priok, Aceh, Lampung, Banyuwangi, Haur Koneng, Sampang and others. To the allowance of the horizontal conflicts, and it should be suspected that there was partiality on the government apparatuses for the parties who attacked, as well as massacred the Muslims in Ambon, Poso and Sampit.

So the healthy minds of the Muslims and which are based on strong iman, will surely produce a single conclusion, in the form of a global resistance against these vile plots of the Crusaders. Meaning, jihad and the Mujahideen are the only urgent needs to answer their atrocities that have been bombarding the Muslim nations and massacring thousands, in fact even millions perhaps, of children, women and weak unarmed civilians of the Muslims in the various Muslim lands which they have seized.

O Muslim whom we love for the sake of Allah, it is pain upon pain that in today's reality, Jihad has become a faridhah ghaibah (the lost obligation) while the Mujahideen who carry out the resistance valiantly are smeared by being campaigned as terrorists, criminals, recidivists, Khawarij, Ruwaibidhah, al-Qa’adiyah and other foul addressings. Perhaps this is the real fitnah that come upon the ummah like what had been said by Rasulullah SAW: “Hasten to do good deed (obedience) before the coming of fitnah (trials) which comes like pieces of pitch-black night. Someone in the morning was still a believer and in the afternoon has become a kafir. Or in the afternoon was a believer, then in the morning has become a kafir. He is willing to sell his religion for the sake of getting pleasures of this world.” (HR. Muslim, see Sharh Muslim [2/198])

Jihad: Between Enthusiasm and Seriousness

O Muslims who yearn for the forgiveness of Allah and His paradise, in this era of oppressions we are experiencing and where we are always bombarded with a never-ending fitnahs, what can also be seen, in awe-inspiring ways, are the help and mercy of Allah for us. Among others are the increasingly fertile spirit of jihad among the Islamic youths at various levels of society (from poor small traders to intellectuals who live well off), the increasingly raging resistance of the Mujahideen in many Jihad lands and the visible despair of the enemies of Allah on the high cost and casualties of war which they themselves ignited. Subhanallah walhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar!

But my Brothers, it will be clearer and more forceful if the jihad that has been raging is kept constantly accompanied by an attitude of submission, humbleness and always begging for the forgiveness of Allah Jalla wa ‘Alaa, i.e. through our seriousness in learning the ‘Ulumul Shar’ie (religious knowledge – ed.), where none is more in need of these than the Mujahideen themselves. Because the practice of jihad is a great honor for the Muslims, therefore they require great and strong pillars, namely 'ilm (knowledge). The Mujahideen are a people who know how to be thankful if they are being reminded with Shar'ie Daleels and fiqh (juristic) opinions that are rajih (strong/correct). They are a people who honor knowledge and righteous Ulama's deeply.

The Mujahideen are a people who are sincere in the struggle to the last drop of their bloods, even if they don't get the rewards of the world and the praises of mankind. They are a people who are not discouraged if they are struck by disasters and defeats, just as they do not become smug and arrogant when they are tested with victories by Allah. Similarly, they are not a people who like to be angry with the parties of opposing views, in fact they see the people who have different opinions with the look of love and mercy from the loftiness of their knowledge of the reality of life and struggle.

O…, people who have become the proofs of the (accuracy of the) promise of Rasulullah SAW, that jihad will always take place on this planet until the coming of the Judgment Day, may Allah bless us and you, and make us a part of you. How big are the hopes of the Islamic Ummah who are oppressed and always firm upon the truth, on your existence, therefore do not disappoint us with the carelessness of your moves. We know, no one is ma’sum in this ummah after Prophet Muhammad SAW, but this great amaliyah of jihad would be tarnished by the hastiness that nullifies deliberation. Especially if their operational moves go beyond the limit of the Shari'ah. Because, why did Rasulullah SAW advice sternly and repeatedly the young commander of Islam, Usamah bin Zaid RA? Certainly, it is as a lesson for other Mujahideen so as to be cautious even if they are already entering the battlefield which requires us to think quickly but correctly.

Indeed, may we be made by Allah Tabaraka wa Ta’ala as a people who regain the glory through conducting jihad in His cause, by always upholding the rules of His Shari’ah, for us to be able to meet our noble Prophet, Muhammad SAW, who will be waiting for us at his wellspring in the akhira someday, amiin yaa Mujibas sailin!

A Letter From Our Brother (From: Gaza_Palestine) To The Muslims In Indonesia

For My Brothers In Indonesia,

I don't know why do I have to write and send this letter to you, the people of Indonesia, but if you are still asking me why? Probably the only answer I have is because your Country has the most Muslim population on the surface of this earth, isn't it so, Brothers?

When I performed the ibaadah of hajj a few years ago, after returning from the throwing of the Jumrah, I got acquainted with one of the da'wah activists from the Indonesian pilgrims. He said to me, every year during the pilgrimage season, there are approximately 205 thousands pilgrims coming from Indonesia to the Baitullah. Wow, a very fantastic number, which made me click in awe.

So I said to him, my brother, if the number of pilgrims from Gaza, since the year 1987 until now are combined altogether, it still could not match the number of pilgrims from your country in just one hajj season. Whereas, the distance from our place to the Baitullah is much nearer compared to yours, right? Wow, you definitely have a lot of money, right? Not to mention that, according to that of my friend, 5% of those multitudes of Indonesian pilgrims were performing the ibaadah of hajj for the second time, Subhanallah.

O My Brothers In Indonesia,

I have once envisaged at heart, why weren't I and us, who are in Gaza here, just born in your country. Wow, it must be very beautiful and awesome, right? You country is peaceful, rich and fertile, at least that is what I know about your country.

It must be very easy for the mothers there to breastfeed their babies, it must be easy to obtain infant formula milk from the shops and it might be easy for your pregnant women to give birth in the maternity hospitals of their choice.

This makes me envy you, Brothers. It is different from our country, our babies are born in refugee camps. In fact, it is not rare for the Israeli forces to stop the ambulances which are trying to send our expecting wives to the better equipped hospitals in the district of Rafah, this compels our wives to give birth inside the vehicles, yeah, in the car, Brothers!

An infant formula milk is a rare item in Gaza since we were blockaded 2 years ago, but our wives still breastfeed their babies and wean them for two years, though sometimes in order to smoothen the flow of the mothers' breast milk, our wives are willing to drink wheat soaked in water.

However, in your country, it was said that there are not a few cases of 'baby-dumping' where the father and mother are not clear, sometimes they are found dead in the gutters, in the sewers and in the rubbish dumping areas, that is the information we obtained from the television.

And what makes me surprised and have goosebumps is, apparently your country is a country that has the highest abortion cases in the Asian region, Astaghfirullah. What's wrong with you people? Is it because your country has no armed conflict, unlike us here, that people could do such despicable acts? It seems you have not appreciated the meaning of a life like we have here.


Indeed, we are witnessing our babies dead almost every day in Gaza, since the attacks by Israel, but not in the sewers or gutters, let alone in the trash? My Brothers! They died shaheed! Dying shaheed caused by the rockets of the Israeli forces!

We found them lifeless in the laps of their mothers, under the rubbles of our houses which are destroyed from the rocket attacks by the Zionist Israeli forces. My Brothers, for us the value of a baby is such that they are an asset for our struggle of resistance against illegal Zionist occupations. They are the links that will connect our struggles in liberating this country.

You need to know, since the Israeli attack on 27th December (2009), the number of our brothers who have been shaheed has reached 1400 people, 600 of them were our children, but it is also since that attack and until today, that we welcome the birth of a 3000 new babies in the Gaza Strip, and Subhanallah a majority of them are boys and many are twins, Allahu Akbar!

O My Brothers In Indonesia,

Your country is fertile and prosperous, whatever plant you plant will grow and bear fruits, but why are there still malnourished babies in your country, suffering from malnutrition. Is it because of you find it hard to find rizq (sustenance) there? Is your country also under a blockade?

You need to know, Brothers, there is not even one baby in Gaza who suffers from malnutrition, let alone dying from hunger, though we have been blockaded for a long time.

You people are too spoiled! I am an administrative staff in the office of the Hamas government. It is now 7 months, I have not received a monthly salary, but Allah SWT makes suffice the rizq for us.

You also need to know, in this month alone, there are about 300 pairs of newly wedded young couples. Yes, they got married in between the intervals of the attacks by the Israeli aggressions. They pronounced the marriage covenant, in between the sound of bombs and bullets, my Brothers.

And our Prime Minister, namely Ustadz Isma'il Haniya, provides the startup marriage benefits for all the new families.

O My Brothers In Indonesia,

Sometimes I was jealous, I wish I could feel the education or halaqah development in your country, as told by that of my friend, your study program must be good, right? Many books you've certainly read, and many books you've probably devoured, you are also very enthusiastic, right? It's because you have the time.

We do not have a lot of time here, my Brothers. One hour, yeah that one hour is the time set for us here to have halaqah, after that we have to plunge right into arena of jihad, according to the task given to us.

We here are very looking forward to those halaqah days even if it is only for one hour, my Brothers, surely you are more thankful to Allah, you have more time to uphold the pillars of the halaqah, like ta'aruf, tafahum and takaful there.

Your memorization must be more than ours. All employees and Hamas fighters here must memorize surah al-Anfaal as our war chant, I do my memorizing in the between the intervals of the war rest times, how about you?

Last December, I attended the graduation ceremony for my first son's completion of the memorization of 30 juz. He is one of the 1000 children this year who have memorized the Qur'an, he is only 10 years old, I am confident your children are able to memorize the Qur'an much more quickly compared to our children here, there is no SDIT (Primary School of Intergrated Islam – ed.) in Gaza like in your place that spread like mushrooms today.

They learn in the ruins of the destroyed buildings, where the land has been flattened and the tops are fitted with some date palm tree leaves, yeah, it is in such a place where they study, Brothers. The merging sounds of their voices memorizing the Qur'an are rumbling between the sound of gunfires coming from the Israeli forces? They memorize the verses of Jihad the fastest, because the tafseer is right there in front of their eyes. They directly feel it.

O My Brothers In Indonesia,

Oh, yeah, we have to thank all of you, seeing the solidarity actions that you show to the world community, we watched your demonstrations here. Subhanallah, we are very entertained, because you are also feeling what we are feeling here.


Indeed, many of the world community are crying for us here, including you, the people in Indonesia. But, it is not the cry that we need, Brothers, let those droplets of your tears be a record of evidence later in the afterlife, recorded by Allah as proofs of your ukhuwah with us. We have felt the benefits of your do'a and financial supports.

Oh, it's getting late already, soon will be my turn to look after the office. My duty is to wait if there is any incoming phone or fax, Insha Allah, later I want to continue with another letter. Salam to all the Islamic fighters in Indonesia.

Against The Gluttony Of The Rulers

The longer the regime of SBY are in power, threats of poverty, moral decadence, criminality and of course corruptions, are whipping the life of the Indonesian citizens harder and harder. All the rhetorics of apology offered by the government, after facing the criticism of the people, were instead responded with disgusts and curses by the public. In fact, a number of religious figures proclaimed the year 2011 as the year of 'resistance against the lies of the government'.

After the government has been proven of being ineffective in eradicating corruption and prospering the welfare of their people, and on the contrary, the condition of this country is getting more backward, Indonesia throughout the period of Refomasi (reformation), seemed to be fated to be lowly and doomed. In this regard, SBY has become the ruler of the evil regime illustrated in Al-Qur'an:

"And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped. And We caused to overtake them in this world a curse, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be of the despised." (Qs. Al-Qasas, 28:41-42).

The people who voted are responsible for the birth of the incompetent leaders in running this country, the greedy and immoral state officials, the insensitive and deadened hearts and the dumping of their subjects into the abyss of lowliness and abuse. The biggest sin is precisely borne by the people because such wicked leaders were born out of the direct choice by the people in the name of democracy.

If today, the rulers of their choice apparently do not care about the fate of their voters, then what is to be done? Imagine, what are in the minds of SBY and the arrays of executives and legislatives. When their subjects are in miserable conditions, suffering from malnutrition, struck by disasters, living in emergency tents, scarcity of clean water. The fishermen stop going to the sea because of the storm, the farmers stopped farming because of the earthquake, tsunami or hot lava from the volcano. Eh! Suddenly SBY vented, it had seven years that his salary was not raised. Previously, the chairman of the DPR RI (Indonesian Legistilative Assembly / House of Representatives), Marzuki Ali, insisted on the construction of a luxury building. Alas! How despotic they are, the proposal for the procurement of luxury cars for the VIP guests of the DPRD DKI (City Council), was also approved for the 2011 budget.

Masha Allah, what's in the brains of the members of representatives and what dwells in the hearts of President SBY? No feeling of shame, nor there was any feeling of sadness witnessing the suffering of their people. The words of Prophet SAW, seems appropriate for them. "Idza lam tastahi' fashna' ma syi'ta (When you feel no shame, then do as you please)."

The hedonistic behaviours, carousing in luxuries and being merry in the suffering of the people, are the characteristics of the state officials of the Republic of Indonesia, to the extent they do not hesitate to become corrupturs. They are entrusted with the amanah to take care of the welfare of the people, but are instead plundering the people's wealth. So true is the mahfudzat (words of wisdom) which states: "Hamiha haramiha (they are the guardians and they are also the thieves)" .

Threats of destruction are anticipating Indonesia up ahead, more ferocious than what is befalling us today. If there is no improvement and objective awareness on the part of the Indonesian people, then the fate of the Indonesian nation will be as depicted in the divine revelation:

"And when We intend to destroy a city, We command its affluent but they defiantly disobey therein; so the word comes into effect upon it, and We destroy it with [complete] destruction." (Qs. Al-'Isrā', 17:16).

Today, SBY asks for a pay raise, the building for the DPR is being constructed at a cost of 300 trillions Rp and the DPRD DKI are determined to buy a luxury cars. While the religious circles and the intellectuals and the people of the majority are correcting and advising the authorities, so as to live wisely, simply, not to let the common people live continuously in misery... it turned out that these too are being ignored. So, what will happen next?

Enliven The Masjid Again

The French government intends once again to get the anti-Islam policies rolling, after previously, their controversial law banning the wearing of jilbab received furious protests from the Muslims. On the grounds that Muslims pray in the street, the French government intends to restrict the freedom of Muslim citizens in fulfilling their religious obligations.

The French Interior Minister, Claude Guéant, who is known as one of the anti-Islam political think tank politicians in that country, establishes new rules prohibiting the performance of congregational (jama'ah) prayer (solat) at the roadside. This is the result of the increasingly booming congregational prayer participants but which are not accompanied by adequate masjid capacities.

Why do the French authorities seek to restrict the affairs of the Muslim congregational prayer?

Firstly, because that multicultural country is infected with the phobia about Islam. France in particular and Europe in general today are very worried about the very sharp expansion of Islamic adherents. In this country of the Eiffel tower, Islam becomes the second largest religion after Catholicism. The number of adherents are believed to be more than 5 millions.

On the basis of that worries, their governments try as much as possible to suppress the Muslims, either with the discriminatory laws or even through repressive actions.

Secondly, the congregational prayer is akin to a 'show of force' by the Muslims. In the West there, the congregational prayers are always very vibrant and crowded. It is surely different from here (Indonesia – ed.) where the congregation prayers in the masjid are filled only by those certain individuals. The French government are afraid of everything that reeks of a symbol or shi'ar of Islam. Therefore, whenever possible they legalize the strict rules to restrict it.

The ibaadah of jama'ah, be it in the masjid or musolla, is the shi'ar of religion. For those who glorify the shi'ar of Allah, it is mentioned in the Qur'an that it is the characteristic of the people who have taqwa (fear of God).

When talking about the congregation prayer in the masjid or musolla in this country, it sometimes makes us feel sad, sorry and at the same time wonder. We should be ashamed of ourselves with our distant brothers there, whose Islam are only new, but their spirit of jama'ah is very remarkable. Their masjids are crowded and filled with a variety of activities, to the extent that they 'successfully' make their governments, which beyond doubt are kafir, agitated, causing tremendous worries.

Today we see the masjids around us, on average, are deprived of jama'ah. The Muslims prefer to pray at home or their offices. There is even a saying that the masjid or musolla are only suitable for those who are elderly, alias 'those who already has the smell of the earth'. Ironic right?

But we do not need to be dissolved right away, there are many Muslims who still exist making their masjid or musolla prosper. Those who are mentioned by the Prophet SAW in his saying:

إذا رأيتم الرجل يعتاد المسجد فاشهدوا له بالإيمان». قال الله تعالى: {إنما يعمر مساجد الله من آمن بالله واليوم الاَخر}

Meaning: “If you see someone who familiarize himself with (going to) the masjid, then witness for him his iman. Allah says: ‘Indeed the people who enliven the masjid of Allah are only the people who believe in Allah and the Last Day.’” (HR. At-Tirmizi)

Those who are enlivening the masjid today are purely upon the motivation of the hereafter only. So fitting is what Allah SWT has said,

“The masjids of Allah are only to be maintained by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day and establish prayer and give zakah and do not fear except Allah, for it is expected that those will be of the [rightly] guided.” (QS At-Tawbah: 18)

The Prophet SAW gave a lot of motivations to the Musims in general to come to the masjid and make it prosper. He referred them with a good predicate and honored them greatly. As the hadith says:

«إنما عمار المساجد هم أهل الله»

Meaning: “Indeed, those who enliven the masjid are the kinship of Allah.” (HR. Bazzar)

Anyway, the congregational prayer, especially in the masjid, has extraordinary virtues. Praying alone if compared with congregational prayer is 1:27. Meaning, if we perform the congregational prayer one time, it is the same as praying alone 27 times. For someone who spends his age praying alone for 27 years, his rewards could be transcended by a person who likes to pray in congregation in just one year. Truly extraordinary indeed!

Now we need to look in the mirror, why do we leave the masjid deserted. Whereas, from among us, there may be those who serve as the main caretaker of the masjid. Our name may be listed as a member of the 'masjid youths'. Our house is even next door to the masjid.

We may recall, during the construction of the masjid, we were one of its committees. One of them even jumped to pick up the funds by sending proposals to various agencies. We may previously be busy taking part in 'group actions', transporting the bricks when building it, for example. But after the masjid stands majestically, we are pleased and proud to see the results only, instead of being busy enlivening it.

Compare it with the struggles of our brothers in iman in the minority regions, in Europe, America, even in Asia itself. How hard it is for them to have a masjid. The local authorities tend to apply strict rules. In fact, even after the masjid has been standing, they are being strictly watched. Sometimes they have to outsmart it by making their homes as a masjid or renting a building just for the Friday prayer.

In Palestine there, our brothers and sisters are not allowed to pray at Masjid Al-Aqsa unless they are over 50 years old. They dare to clash with the Israeli police for the sake of praying inside Masjid Al-Aqsa. Gunshot wounds and injuries from being hit by weapons did not dampen the moves of our brothers there.

Our circumstances are not as difficult as theirs. They have to fight extra much to obtain their rights. Whereas, we only have to fulfill our obligations. We have not been able to appreciate well this spaciousness and flexibility. While they have been able to combine both feelings of gratitude and patience (shukr and sabr).

May we all be given hidayah and tawfiq by Allah SWT.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

American President Barack Obama, who had given hope to his nation of withdrawing troops from the exhaustive Afghan war one and half year earlier, finally announced that 10000 soldiers will be withdrawn by the end of this year.

Barack Obama made his announcement of withdrawing 10000 troops in the whole year at a time when the American nation’s hatred for this war has reached a tipping point. A recent poll suggested that most Americans want to bring the occupation of Afghanistan to an end as quickly as possible and want all American soldiers to be removed from this futile war.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers this announcement which currently withdraws 10000 soldiers this year, only as a symbolic step which will never satisfy the war weary international community or the American people because it comes as America simultaneously wants to build permanent bases in Afghanistan under the title of ‘Strategic Agreement’ by forcing its stooge regime to sign and approve it while it is at the same time busying its invading forces in killing and persecuting the Afghan people in all corners of Afghanistan.

Obama and his war mongers want to deceive their nation and with this announcement, while in reality, they have no respect for their nation’s demands or wanting to bring this war and occupation to an end nor do they want to fulfill their promise. Obama’s statement about training Afghan Police and Army holds no significance because firstly, the trainers themselves have failed in passing this exam and secondly, the Afghans see them as thieves and enemies of their nation and religion. On top of this, the so called Army and Police, most of whom are drug addicts, forced out of their homes, the filth and bad people of society have been gathered for vice, given the mentality to spread vice and assigned for corruption will not reach Afghans any benefit nor will they help the Pentagon or CIA reach their ambitions.

The American nation must realize that their politicians and Army Generals are prolonging their game with them which was started a couple of years earlier. They are repeatedly giving false hopes to its nation about ending this war and claiming baselessly about victory and in this way want to extend this war as long as possible.

They have not gained progress in the battle field nor can they bring forth any proofs of this progress. The increase in troop levels since last year has only increased the loss in life and equipment on their side. And in this way, the increased blind bombings of villages, genocide, persecution of people and the destruction of people’s homes and farms to protect themselves cannot be called victory or progress by any sound mind.

The American people, who have now understood many of the realities about the Afghan war, must take serious steps to stop this pointless bloodshed. The American taxpayers must realize that, like the previous ten years, their money is still being wasted on this pointless and meaningless war or is still going to the pockets of the officials in the corrupt Kabul regime. If they do not react now, they will definitely be forced to so in the future in order to release themselves from this crisis.

The Savagery Of The Densus 88, The Deterioration Of The corrupt Government

Amid the frenzied news of bribery and corruption that hit the Democrat party officials; the Densus 88 is again showing its savagery to the public. The Densus 88 arrested someone suspected as a terrorist named Untung Budi Susanto (43) on Sunday (12/6) in Bandung. When arrested, Untung was in a healthy condition.

But only a day during the interrogation, he died. On Tuesday (14/6), he was delivered to his family by the Densus 88 in the coffin for burial. His house was heavily guarded by dozens of fully armed Densus 88 personnels. As had been written in this website, the family also received threats from the Densus 88 so that they are not to do three things; opening (to see) the janaza of the victim, reporting to the TPM (Team of Muslim Advocates), and contacting the mass media.

Don't know what kind of savagery had been done by the Densus 88 during the interrogation, that the victim died within just one day. What's obvious, various physical and mental tortures which are very brutal has become a mandatory menu for the Densus 88 in serving the missions of the Zionist-Crusader international alliances to suppress the Muslims who obey the commands of Al-Qur'an and the hadiths of the Prophet SAW. Already hundreds of victims from the Muslim side have personally tasted the brutality of the tortures of the Densus 88, since the beginning of its establishment until today.

If a Muslim opens the holy book of Al-Qur’an and hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW, he will find the truth of the verses of Allah SWT and the words of His Prophet SAW about the behaviors of the enemies of Allah SWT against the believing people. Brutality after brutality have been committed by the Densus 88 against the Muslims who are devoted in living the teachings of Al-Qur’an and hadiths of the Prophet (they are usually accused of being terrorists), not the least they deviate from what has been reported by Allah SWT and His Prophet SAW. In this case of Untung, the Islamic ummah can find them clearly. Amongst others are:

First, when arresting a Muslim who is devoted to Allah SWT and His Prophet, they would become malignant monsters who justify all sorts of brutalities to sadistically torture him. The eventual goal is to make the Muslim kafir, just like themselves who are kafir. About this Allah says:

“If they gain dominance over you, they would be to you as enemies and extend against you their hands and their tongues with evil, and they wish you would disbelieve (kafir).” (Qs. Al-Mumtahanah (60): 2)

Second, the dead victim was not announced to the public as a DPO (wanted person). His involvement in what they called terrorism is also unclear, only based on assumption and supposition, it could have been intelligence reports which for decades has been phobic about Islam and Islamic activists. It has been announced many times by the BNPT (national counter-terrorism agency) and the security forces that they are fighting people who are aspiring for the implementation of the Islamic Shari'ah and the establishment of the Khilafah Islamiyah. Whereas, Al-Qur’an and the hadiths of the Prophet SAW enjoin it. So, the Densus 88 and BNPT are stripping their own selves naked, that in truth, they are carrying out the missions of the Zionist-Crusader international alliances, which was declared by George W. Bush as: “This crusade, this war on terrorism is going to take a long time.”

In this regard, Allah SWT says:

“And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy.” (Qs. Al-Buruj (85): 8)

Third, those savageries of the Densus 88 are likely to be left and protected just like that. After all, starting from the police, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, mass media, to the National Commission for Human Rights, they all can be fully controlled by them. Political and military supports from America, UK, Australia and other countries of the Zionist-Crusader are also fully owned by them. It is very likely that those Densus 88's brutality after brutality will continue to happen today, tomorrow, the next day or in the future. With all the power of the politics, economy, military, legal and mass media that they have in their hands; it is very probable they will do a similar savagery to one, two, hundreds, thousands or even more other Muslims.

Regarding this, Allah SWT says,

“They will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able.” (Qs. Al-Baqarah (2): 217)

Fourth, those savageries of the Densus 88 may just be kept mum by the Islamic organizations and Islam figures who have the attitude of keeping silent for the sake of looking for safety. It is also possible that the National Commission for Human Right, DPR/MPR (People's Consultative Assembly), NGO's and mass media would keep mum and ignore those actions of the Densus 88 too. In fact, they could even obtain the blessings, applause and high rewards from the countries of the Zionist-Crusader international. However, Allah SWT will not forgive them and the angels will also not miss to record their deeds. Allah SWT says about the punishment for their savageries in the hereafter:

“But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment.” (Qs. An-Nisa’ (2): 93)

As for the payment in the dunya, Allah SWT says:

“And those who disbelieve do not cease to be struck, for what they have done, by calamity - or it will descend near their home - until there comes the promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah does not fail in [His] promise.” (Qs. Ar-Ra’ad (13): 4)

Fifth, the victim died due to the torture by the Densus 88. He left behind seven children who are still young and a wife who is pregnant. If the victim is a righteous Muslim, may he be accepted in the sight of Allah SWT as someone who dies shaheed. From Sa’id bin Zaid RA he heard Rasulullah SAW said:

“Whoever is killed for defending his property, he dies shaheed. Whoever is killed for defending his life, he dies shaheed. Whoever is killed for defending his religion, he dies shaheed. Whoever is killed for defending his family, he dies shaheed.” (HR. Abu Daud, At-Tirmizi, An-Nasa’i and Ibnu Majah)

Someone who dies shaheed does not feel the pain of sakaratul maut, although he has suffered a savage torture at the hands of the wicked kafir people. Just as the Prophet SAW said:

“The people who dies shaheed will feel the pain of being killed (by the kafir) except as one of you feels the bite of an ant.” (HR. At-Tirmizi, An-Nasa’i and Ibnu Majah)

It must be heavy upon the wife and children left behind, not to mention that they are still young. But on the other hand, they deserve to be happy and grateful by the shaheed -nahsibuhu kadzalika wa laa nuzuki ‘alailahi Abadan- of the backbone of their family. Indeed, eternal pleasure in the afterlife is so great when compared to the misery and sorrow in this temporal world.

From Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib RA from Rasulullah SAW he said:

“The Shaheed is given seven special favors from Allah: All his sins are forgiven at the first drop of his blood, he sees his place in Paradise as soon as he is killed, he is saved from the punishment of the Grave, he is saved from the great Terror on the Day of Judgement, there is placed on his head a crown of honor (a jewel of which is better than this whole world and all that it contains), he is married to the most beautiful women of Paradise, and he is given intercession for 70 members of his household.” (HR. At-Tirmidzi and Ibnu Majah)

Sixth, it has been increasingly evident that the war against terrorism in truth is a war waged by the Zionist-Crusader international countries to fight the Islamic ummah and to ‘bonsai’ the teachings of Al-Qur’an and As-Sunnah. More than that they intended to colonize the countries of the Muslims, rob their natural riches and impose secular democracy ideology with their capitalist economy.

Gross violation after violation against the rights of the Muslims to live by the teachings of their religion and on the riches of their natural resources, has been getting increasingly barbarous. Allah SWT says:

NATO Invader Forces Killed Afghan Children During School Hours

KAPISA - At least four schoolchildren and a teacher were killed and several others injured in a missile attack launched by the French aggressors at a school in the province of Kapisa, Central Afghanistan.

A member of the provincial council also confirmed the attack, Press TV reported on Monday (20/6/2011).

Meanwhile, the puppet president of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai in Kabul said that they only obtained information about the murder of a school teacher and some children and number of others wounded. The puppet officials did not mention that the French aggressors have bombarded the school during school hours.

It should be kept in mind that at the end of May, American terrorists had killed 12 children and two women in Afghanistan.

At that time, it was also known that an air raid on a village in the province of Helmand also caused six children and a woman to be severely wounded.

Ustadz Ba'asyir : This Is An Insult And I Will Continue To Fight It!”

Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir is eventually sentenced to 15 years in prison by the presiding Judge on Thursday (16/6). Of course this verdict is very disappointing for Ustadz Abu and the Muslims who support him. Then, how is his response to this trial which he had undergone for months on end?

When visited at his cell at Bareskrim Mabes POLRI (Criminal Investigation Section, Main HQ, Police of Republic Indonesia) Friday (17/6) afternoon, he again expressed his firm attitude against the trial which according to him is not neutral, in fact it even has the element of fighting against Islam.

“I reject the verdict because they judge not by the law of Allah, there is an element of fighting Islam in this verdict and this court is not neutral,” Ustadz Abu asserted.

Ustadz Abu, who was accompanied by his wife, ummu Aisyah Baradja, states that he will continue to fight, and as in his several defences, he cannot accept the insult on the Shari’ah in the trial, where the injunction of i’dad is instead ensnared b y accusing it as an act of terrorism.

“If they want to charge me as guilty, they must bring up proofs from the Qur’an and Sunnah. Like in the case of i’dad in Aceh for example, according to Islam it is shar’ie, so if they want to blame me, please do, if they want to penalize me, please do, but insulting the Shari’ah of Allah by saying that it is an act of terrorism, that I cannot accept, that is considered as an insult and which I will continue to fight.” Thus Ustadz Abu explained, who plans to continue through the legal channel up to the level of PK (judicial review).

Serious Human Rights Violation By Densus 88 In Handling Terrorism Cases

JAKARTA – A wave of arrests by the Special Detachment Team (Densus) 88 of the Indonesian National Police Forces (POLRI) against people who are chopped as involved in terrorist network in Central Sulawesi, Jabodetabek, Central Java, East Java, East Kalimantan and others parts of Indonesia, recently is headed towards serious Human Rights violations.

This was confirmed by the Commissioner of the National Commission for Human Rights, Saharuddin Daming. Daming commented on the arrest of a citizen suspected as terrorist by the Densus 88 in Soreang, Bandung, by the name of Untung Budi Santoso (46) alias Khaidir.

However, on Tuesday (14/6/2011) Khaidar died in the Detention House of POLRI at the Mako Brimob during an interrogation by the Densus 88 and was later returned to his hometown.

Actions which are no less sadistic also happened to a number of people in Poso. Strangely, according to Daming, the Densus 88 ordered that the janaza must be buried right away, whereas normally, they must be autopsied first in order to know the DNA.

What's even more ironic, all the families of the victims are prohibited from contacting the Team of Muslim Lawyers (TPM) or any other advocates for that matter, except those prepared by the authorities.

“The actions of the government apparatuses have already met the elements of serious Human Rights violation i.e. systematic and extensive,” Daming said in his brief message to the hidayatullah.com, Tuesday (15/6).

Daming also said that his organization has many times expressed their protests and warnings to the Police and Commander of the Densus 88, but was never heeded and instead the police are getting even more lustful to jubilate in seriously violating the Human Rights under the pretext of law enforcement.

“If they are really serious in wanting to practice law enforcement, those who commit corruptions and their families who are not cooperative must also be subjected to repressive measures like the people who are suspected as terrorists,” he said.

Due to that, Daming requested so that his organization is not to be blamed of not being nationalistic or interfering with the law enforcement if the National Commission for Human Rights establishes charges of serious Human Rights violations against a wide array of people in the POLRI who are involved in the handling of terrorism cases.

Meanwhile, Untung has already been buried at the Sindangwargi Cemetery, Soreang located around 200 meters from his residence at RT 01/RW 09 Desa Cingcin, Soreang.

'Terrorism' Suspect Killed During Interrogation By Densus 88

BANDUNG, Indonesia - From Thursday until Monday yesterday, at least the Densus 88 have arrested 16 men who are claimed by the police as members of a terrorist network. Other than in Poso, Jakarta, Kutai Kartanegara, on Sunday 12th June 2011, a man in Soreang, Bandung was also arrested by the Densus 88.

The man arrested by the Densus 88 in Bandung is known as Untung alias Khidir. This man who came from Surabaya was arrested on Sunday while holding his youngest child. Untung was taken by the Densus 88 alive.

However, this morning, Tuesday 14th June, the MuslimDaily.net have received a message that Untung alias Khidir who was detained by the Densus 88 would be returned to his family, but in a state of already being a corpse or already dead. Possibly Untung died in the process of interrogation.

According to reporter from the Jawa Pos, in his Twitter with the address @ridlwanjogja, Untung alias Khidir was arrested on Sunday 12th June along with his wife in a healthy condition.

And then last night he was already reported as dead. The janaza of Untung will returned to the family, however the Densus 88 gave a precondition that the janaza cannot be opened (to be seen), cannot be reported to the TPM (Team Of Muslim Lawyers) and cannot be reported to the media.

At this time, the residence of Untung at the complex of YUPI Soreang, Bandung, is being tightly guarded at all points by 12 fully armed members of the Densus 8. The plan is that the janaza of Untung will be buried at 09:00 in the morning.

Untung leaves behind a wife who is currently pregnant and 7 children who are still young.

The Jihad Movement, Islamic Party and Lessons From The Army of Thalut

And when Thalut (Saul) went forth with the soldiers, he said, "Indeed, Allah will be testing you with a river. So whoever drinks from it is not of me, and whoever does not taste it is indeed of me, excepting one who takes [from it] in the hollow of his hand." But they drank from it, except a [very] few of them. Then when he had crossed it along with those who believed with him, they said, "There is no power for us today against Jalut (Goliath) and his soldiers." But those who were certain that they would meet Allah said, "How many a small company has overcome a large company by permission of Allah . And Allah is with the patient." (Al-Baqarah : 249)

When reading the verse above, we will find a meeting point with the phenomenon that happens in the arena of Islamic da'wah in Indonesia. Where a reality is present amid the da'wah movement. There are da'wah activists whose lives are well-off and prosperous from living through da'wah and there are those whose lives are simple or it could even be said that they have barely enough to finance their da'wah activities on the Islamic ummah. Two conflicting things.

For example, the jihad movement and the Islamic party that struggles through democracy. At a time when the jihad movement is facing the makar (plots of the enemies), being hunted and tyrannized, on the other hand, the people of the Islamic party live a prosperous life, they are intimate with the rulers and they become the rubber stamp of the authority's policy, although contrary to the fundamental principles of Islamic aqeedah.

Jihad Movement and Islamic Party

May be for some people, they see the jihad movement as a movement that is ridiculous and unrealistic, this is the opinion of some people who do not understand. They can't be blamed. But the jihad movement has proven to the world that the aqeedah is a fixed price that cannot be bargained with anything, like the army of Thalut who took enough water to relieve their thirst. Because the jihad movement believe that when an activist is excessive in gulping the freshness of the world, it would only turn him away from the path that he had committed himself to from the beginning, even though the world and torments come one after another insistently.

Compare with the parties that claim to struggle for Islam through parliamentary democracy. They fight over power, projects and popularity in the society by making halal every means. Insulting their own Islamic Shari'ah, defending the deviated sects which stain their own holy Dien and a bunch of other policies that never, in the slightest bit, defend the interests of the ummah but defending their own faction perhaps. They are trapped like the army of Thalut who were satiated by the water, when they were only instructed to drink by the hand scoop, the freshness of the world is really comforting, let alone for the da'wah activists who once have barely enough to live by, after getting to know that the wealth and status are so delightful and tempting, then they are slipping into it, as the saying goes, “ Never give the filthy and sick stray cat wings, it will not only eat what's in the land but it will surely hunt what's in the air.”

This is the natural choice for the Islamic da'wah. Da'wah does not require the big quantity of people who congregate, the big number of famous people there and the big number of funds owned. This Islamic da'wah is the work of Allah SWT, He has His own way in making it victorious and seeing who is true and honest to what he carries. Just as Allah SWT says:

“Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said,"When is the help of Allah ?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near.” (QS. Al-Baqarah : 214)

Da'wah is a conviction, what good is their struggle for prosperity but they are selling off the aqeedah, they are struggling for the human rights but the rights of Allah SWT are violated. When will the ummah be awake to the tawheed, shari'ah and jihad when their carriers themselves are shy to talk about them, feeling inferior with their Islam and they sell off the verses that talk about them in the name of the maslahat (benefits) of da'wah, personal maslahat perhaps.

Tadzkirah

I quote the words of Sheikh Ahmad Bawadi from the Emirate of Afghanistan, as a reminder in the journey, to where will Islam and its ummah be taken. So that we do not get caught by the path which turn us away from the real purpose.

The dead live by their words, and what their fingertips have written. They live by the truth of their words and the steadfastness of their attitudes despite the demise of their bodies and the ascension of their souls.

The words written by their white hands will endure and revive and awaken hope after they have sacrificed themselves, their wealth, their blood and their worldly life for the sake of what they wrote, (which emanated) from their firm values and deep seated principles in the cause of the Dien. On that day, although they are dead, Islam and the Muslims shall triumph through them. The people of faith will be glorified and the people of shirk and idolatry will be debased and life will be honorable and dignified. Their blood and their sacrifices are the fuel and the fire that will eliminate injustice and take away sorrow and pain. Justice will prevail and the oppressed will be victorious. The prisons will be emptied and the afflicted set free. There will not be any loss of rights, and neither tax nor toll.

When the living are dead, although their bodies are still walking on the earth, they have no life. Their hearts are dead because they exist only for their own whims, comforts and cravings. They have collected the wages of their employment, the wages given for their sermons and fatwas, for their insolence against Islam and the defenders of the Dien. They were abstemious and the price was cheap: a few dirham or fame mixed with the blood of the noble and the free. They fall before the Lord of all creation in their councils and on their satellite networks while they are drowning in error from the soles of their feet to the crowns of the heads. They remove (people from Islam), mislead them and make them jahili. From their own mouths all who oppose them are foolish-minded or young. They speak of the good qualities of those who demolish the Dien, while maintaining silence over their wicked deeds and the tools used in their work of destruction. This is no surprise when they themselves are the subversive tools in the hands of those wreckers. Among them, the people of truth and conviction are people of deviation and clear error. When the cowardly has left the land forsaken...only discredit and conflict will be sought when they are the ones who speak of the condition of the Ummah and the state of the Muslims. Islam and the Muslims will be humiliated and life will be one of ignominy and abuse. It will become nothing but submission, subjection and servility.

Countries will be occupied and the Qur'an defiled. That which is sacred will be sullied, the pure maidens will be raped and honor will be ravaged in order to revive from death Laka’ Ibn Laka’ upon the skulls of the innocent, the blood of the noble and the deaths of the guiltless. At their hands will come the day in which Islam will be washed away as a garment is washed away and neither fasting nor charity; nor piety will be understood. But they (will) meet a poor fate and come to a bad end, with the permission of the One, the Benefactor, as their wages for what they have done to the Ummah, for the blood they have spilled with their fatwas, for their silence about the truth and for the assistance they have rendered to falsehood. Yet, they will think that they have done well: “Is he, then, to whom the evil of his conduct is made alluring, so that he looks upon it as good…” Ibn Abu Dawud (he of the fitna of the creation of the Qur'an) lived on the blood of al-Bawayti (a student of Imam al-Shafa’i, may Allah Almighty have mercy on him) and although he was famed for his learning, eloquence and munificence, he was nonetheless of wicked intention and corrupt creed so none of that benefitted him and he came to a bad end because of how he criticized, harmed and slandered the people of truth and faith.

Sayyid Qutb was one of whom it was believed that his words would be killed and their letters erased from hearts and minds. Yet, his words have endured as if they were carved in rock and stone. The words of those who attempted to destroy his honor and his writings, however, have died, even though they were seduced by his writings and his books. They stole from them and pretended that they came from their own thoughts. Allah has exposed them, disgraced them and sullied their houses. They are dead even though they are still alive, while Sayyid Qutb lives even though he is dead.

Sayyid Qutb paid the price of his words with his own blood. As for those who received their wages for their speeches, books and articles criticizing Sayyid, and those who stole his words and collected their salaries from the publishing houses, or promoted themselves and earned a reputation on the satellite networks by criticizing him: Sayyid Qutb is living even though he is dead and they have died even though some of them are still living.

Many of the sons of this da'wah lived, and their words lived with them, when they revived among people the glory of the Dien, and it was accepted and resonated. The righteous and the truthful gathered about them and on that day purity was not mingled with the defects of this world and it was not polluted with disturbances caused by whims or fancies or patchwork fatwas of favouritism. The Word of Truth and sincerity in counsel were the intent of the faithful. They lived and their words lived as beacons of light and guidance, and the people of piety and faith followed in their footsteps.

Other followers of this da'wah lived, and they were held with affection and esteem in people’s hearts. When suddenly (this affection) it declined and receded and was taken by death and they suffered and sighed the moans of death. Perhaps someone will rescue or pay attention to it. Suddenly it becomes nothing more than a memory killed by its masters after they chose the life of their bodies over the life of their words and after they chose to live by principles and ideas of the West, the logic of the mind and the pretext of rationalism. They claim, to show favoritism for and to flatter the people of innovation and error, that they had changed their paths and turned their ideologies and ideas upside down. They shed their values and principles; and the secularists gathered around them. They became the boon companions of the secularists and the liberals and, by their words, became secularists themselves. Their pulpits were the MBC and IBC networks and they became jurists of beggary (fuqaha’ al-tasawwul) so that the righteous and true abandoned them. None remain in their life except some of the duped, the seduced; the secularists, the liberals and the democrats. So they have died while they are still alive. Their fatwas are circulated by the soldiers of the marines, by the vulgar; the men of surrender and treachery, and the people of defeat. They meet on the satellite networks and criticize those whose field is the arena of Jihad and martyrdom. Birds of a feather flock together.

Ahmed Ibn Hanbal (Imam of the Ahlus Sunnah) has died and the head of fitna Ibn Abu Dawud (of the fitnah of the creation of the Qur'an) has died and Bishr Mirisi (a Mu’tazalite sheikh) have died. Yet, what Ahmed bin Hanbal wrote lives and is redeemed by the truth of what his fingertips wrote and his tongue spoke. His words have been redeemed by his body when he was flogged, imprisoned and tortured by the executioners and his memory lives.

Ibn Abu Dawud and those with him died after they spent their lives in the palace of the sultan living on the screams and pain of Ibn Hanbal while they themselves dwelt in comfort. Their ideas and beliefs died with them and they have no worth except begging, injustice, subjugation to slavery and love of passions. How can such a worth bear any remnant of the truth? Ibn Abu Dawud died imprisoned inside his own paralyzed body which for four years did not possess the power to move.

As for Ibn Taymiyya, his memory is immortal, Allah permitting, until Allah inherits the earth and those upon it. He composed his message of astightaha, but the people of innovation and whim were not impressed, as is indeed the case with them always and everywhere. So Ali bin Yaqub al-Bakari attacked him; Ibn Taymiyya, declared him kafir and demanded his death. But the rulers joined forces and incited the people, stirring them against (al-Bakari). He was reviled, cursed and imprisoned. They went to great lengths to harm him until they gathered with the mob against him. They struck him and did him harm until he was exposed and fled. When the earth pressed around him he could find none but Ibn Taymiyya, in whose house he hid. Allah has exalted the memory of Ibn Taymiyya and his message lives. His enemies have died and their ideas have died with them.

Those ones sacrificed for the sake of their words and their writings. They did not eat by them and they did not beg through the ink of their books. They avoided uncertain (shubhat) and forbidden (muharramat) areas. They did not find their nourishment in the efforts of others or from reviling harming or slandering them. They did not accept a price from the depravity and pleasures of this world. They threw all of that behind them, as opposed to their opponents who – because they cursed, reviled and criticized the people of truth, faith and Jihad and because they favoured the people of falsehood, error and deviation – are consigned to oblivion.

Toxic Chemicals In US Drone Strikes

Pakistani physicians and experts say the US uses chemical munitions in its non-UN-sanctioned drone strikes on Pakistan’s tribal regions bordering Afghanistan.

Experts revealed that those Pakistani civilians who have come under the unauthorized drone airstrike in Pakistan’s troubled northwest have been afflicted with complicated skin, eye and respiratory diseases due to the deadly chemical materials used in the missiles, the Press TV correspondent in Peshawar reported on Thursday.

According to journalists and experts from Waziristan that is a mountainous region of northwest Pakistan which has often been the focal point of US drone attacks, they have received numerous reports from several people and local doctors pointing at the hazardous effects of the ongoing drone attacks on the entire population.

“Since these drone strikes have been carried out, we have witnessed several peculiar disease cases, and our press club have been frequently visited by those complainants, who have developed skin and bronchial diseases in the aftermath of drone airstrikes. I’d like to add further that the agriculture and the livestock are also showing pitiable condition,” journalist Safdar Dawar told Press TV.

An expert from Waziristan says his daughter died of blood cancer soon after she had developed a skin disease, which was no more than the toxic effect of chemical substances used in the non-UN-sanctioned drone strikes.

“I myself lost my daughter, who was just 28 months old, she developed a skin disease and later on she was diagnosed, within a month, with blood cancer. At that time people were talking about the chemical bombings being carried out. The same is the case now that wherever the drone attacks are carried out, people in that area are complaining about skin diseases, lung infections, throat infections and various kinds of other diseases,” Pakistani political expert Safiullah Gul said.

The report strikes at the heart of growing tension between the United States and Pakistan over the US aerial attacks on Pakistani soil.

Washington claims the airstrikes target militants. However, the attacks have killed hundreds of civilians in Pakistan since 2008, local reports say.

The Islamic Revolution In Yemen: The Establishment Of Khilafah & The Liberation Of Al-Aqsa

“Out of Aden-Abyan will come 12,000, giving victory to the (religion of) Allah and His Messenger. They are the best between me and them.” (HR. Ahmad: 2918, 2079 and Ath-Thabrani in Al-Kabir: 11029 (11/56).

The Islamic Revolution in Yemen entered a new deciding phase. After the deadly rocket attack that hit a masjid at the presidential palace complex in San’a, Yemen, on Friday (3/06/2011), President Ali Abdullah Saleh was reportedly leaving Yemen heading for Riyadh, Saudi, to treat his injured head.

Meanwhile, a number of high officials were wounded and seven presidential guards who were performing the Friday prayer got killed from that attack. While Al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) which is based in Yemen has declared the establishment of the Islamic Emirate (Islamic State) in Yemen, with the province of Abyan as its capital, on Saturday (28/05/2011).

At this time, the AQAP is preparing 12,000 fighters in Aden and Abyan to fight the security forces of Yemen and the intelligence agents in a total and full scale. The formed forces are also meant for the preparation of the establishment of Islamic Khilafah. Is this 12,000-strong forces from Aden and Abyan a sign of the realization of the nubuwah (prophetic reporting) and the imminent occurrence of the Al-Malhamah Al-Kubro (Great War/Armageddon) that will culminate in the liberation of Al-Aqsa?

The Islamic Revolution In Yemen: The Promised Victory

The Islamic Revolution in Yemen, which have taken place since four months ago, is not free from being affected by the 'tsunami waves' of the Islamic Revolution in the Middle East and its surroundings. After the Revolution in Tunisia which sparked the other Revolutions including in Yemen, thousands of people have been demonstrating in the capital of Yemen, San’a, demanding the stepping down of the ruthless dictator, Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has been in power for more than 30 years.

In conformity with the people's revolution which demands that the Yemeni dictator must go, the Mujahideen of Al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) which is based in Yemen, especially South Yemen, i.e. in the province of Abyan, have struggled to enforce the Islamic Shari'ah and establish an Islamic Emirate in that country. The AQAP many times engaged in combat with the military forces of the Yemeni government which is helped by America. Yemen is a country which in its history has a large contribution throughout the course and development of Islam, unfortunately post-the 11th September 2011 attack, it entered into the camp of the kufur led by America and its allies. Injected by America with 70 billion dollars in financial funds, the government of Yemen under the leadership of Ali Abdullah Saleh started to launch attacks against Islam and the Muslims in Yemen, under the pretext of war on terror.

Since 2005, Yemen has banished 16,000 people who are suspected as members of Al- Qaeda. Thus, America was getting more active in pouring out funds to kill the Mujahideen of AQAP and oppose the struggle for the establishment of Islamic Shari'ah in Yemen. So aids amounting to 150 millions USD was right away poured out so that the Yemeni military forces could immediately eliminate the Mujahideen of AQAP. Instead of receding, the jihad in Yemen was getting more flared and extensive than ever, where it is collectively ignited by the Mujahideen of AQAP!

Min Huna Nabda wa Fie Al Aqsa Naltaqiy

In an opportunity, through an audio recorded message, the Mujahideen of Al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP), issued a call for total revolution to oppose the rulers of the Arab world, including Yemen of course. The AQAP also called for Muslims to immediately establish a governance which is based on Islamic law!

The recording of the call for a revolution from the AQAP came out in response to the 'tsunami waves' of Islamic revolutions, which are currently sweeping the Middle East, after the successful overthrowing of the regimes in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and now Yemen!

The one giving the speech in the audio recording was Sheikh Ibrahim Al-Rubeish, a former Guantanamo detainee and is now joining the Mujahideen of the AQAP. In the 10 minutes recording, Sheikh Al-Rubeish criticized Saudi Arabia for providing a haven for the overthrown president of Tunisia, Ben Ali. He also advised, that merely overthrowing the old ruler is not enough in an Islamic revolution, but there is a need to set up a new government which is based on the Islamic law or shari'ah.

“One tyrant gone, only to be replaced with another who can solve their worldly problems by offering employment opportunities and increasing their income, but in actual fact the bigger problem is still there” he said, referring to the leaders who replaced the tyrants but not implementing the Shari'ah of Islam.

Meanwhile, thousands of members of the tribes of Yemen have threatened to flood the capital city of Yemen, San’a, to participate in the fight against the forces loyal to the regime of president Saleh.

They warned the government that, if the government is struggling more intensively to retain power, they will be uniting with the other tribes that have already been struggling with might against the forces of the regime of Saleh in the last two weeks.

Dictator Ali Abdullah Saleh himself has refused to sign an agreement proposed by member countries of The Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC) for three times, although his own party and opposition members have already signed it.

The PGCC was the mediator in the agreement on 23rd May and called on president Saleh to give up power to the vice president of Yemen in 30 days after the signing of the agreement in exchange for immunity from prosecution by the parliament.

In a video released by the Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF) which was produced by Al-Malahim, entitled “From Here We Begin…and at Al Aqsa We Meet” (Min Huna Nabda wa fie Al Aqsa Naltaqiy) the amir (leadership) and commanders of Al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) based in Yemen proclaimed the call for jihad and planned to send 12,000 forces from Aden and Abyan.

Speaking for the first time in the video was Sheikh Abu Sufyan Al-Azdi Saeed Al-Sihri as the Deputy Commander of the AQAP, who was also a former Guantanamo detainee # 372. In his call, he vowed to avenge the blood of the Mujahideen of AQAP, such as Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Muqrin who was brutally butchered by the security forces of Saudi Arabia.

In the opportunity, he has also promised to establish the Daulah Islam, Khilafah Islam and implement the law of Allah SWT. He also mentioned Yemen as the land of jihad and the place where he would declare an Islamic state. He also alluded the liberation of Al-Aqsa from the grip of the Zonist Jews of Israel.

Speaking next was the amir of AQAP, Sheikh Abu Baseer Nasir Al-Wuhaishi. He gave the glad tidings to all the Muslims wherever they are that they, the Mujahideen of AQAP will soon establish an Islamic state in Yemen. The Islamic State in Yemen then, according to him, will be the embryo of the Islamic Caliphate that will fight all the enemies of Islam.

He also proclaimed that the Mujahideen forces will soon come to liberate Al-Aqsa. "We swear we are going to do just that for our Muslim brothers in Palestine, just like the oath of Sheikh Usamah bin Laden, the oath of Sheikh Abu Musab Az-Zarqawy and others," he said

The third speaker in the recording was Sheikh Abu Hurairah Qasim Al-Rimi, as the Military Commander of AQAP. He also swears by the name of Allah that they will come with the flag of jihad to Palestine to liberate Al-Aqsa.

He also commented about Hasan Nasrullah, the leader of Hizbollah Lebanon who is pro-Shiah, and is said to possess around 20,000 missiles that could be fired into Tel Aviv, capital of Israel. "Then, why none of the missiles have been fired into Israel? Doesn't it mean that you are just the same as Egypt which created a blockade by closing off Rafah for Gaza, and you are making a blockade between Lebanon and Palestine?", he said.

The last speaker in the video was Sheikh Abu Harith Muhammad Al-Awfi who acts as the Field Commander of AQAP and also a former Guantanamo detainee # 333. He further called upon the tyrant of Saudi Arabia that they will come to the land of the Haramain (Makkah and Madinah) and avenge what they have done to the Mujahideen there, such as Sheikh Yusuf Al-Uyairi. At the end, he also promised to liberate Al-Aqsa and the whole Arab peninsula!

Towards The Khilafah Of Islam & The Dispatch Of 12,000 Troops To Liberate Al-Aqsa

Amid the wave of the Islamic revolution that is still raging in Yemen, the political deadlock and the weakening of the dictatorial regime of Ali Abdullah Saleh, the Mujahideen of Al-Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula (AQAP) at last, by the permission of Allah, declared the the formation of the Islamic Emirate in Yemen.

That historic event for the Islamic Ummah took place on Saturday, 28th May 2011. The AQAP declared the formation of the Islamic Emirate in Yemen, especially South Yemen, with the province of Abyan as its capital.

The declaration of the Islamic Emirate in Yemen was accomplished by the AQAP after successfully taking over almost all parts of the province of Abyan, after seizing the capital, Zinjibar, on Friday (27/5). In that same opportunity too, the AQAP also prepared to form a force made up of 12,000 fighters from Aden and Abyan to fight the Yemeni security forces and intelligence agents there.

Sheikh Mohamed Saied Al-Omda, the field commander of AQAP said:

“We have good news for the nation of Islam, that a force of 12,000 fighters is being prepared in Aden and Abyan right now. With these forces, we will establish an Islamic caliphate. This is a message to the security forces of the Yemeni government and the National Security Service. Our swords are ready and we decide to cleanse up this land,” he said.

Hearing that declaration of the formation of Islamic Emirate of Yemen, the government of Yemen immediately sent combat aircrafts and bombarded the position of the Mujahideen of Al-Qaeda in Zinjibar. A local resident, Ali Dahmas said that he saw jet fighters opened fire on the southern outskirts of the city and heard a loud explosion which was followed by thick smoke in the air.

Besides Yemen, America herself is very worried with the declaration by the AQAP. America is still trying to lobby her allies from Europe and the Gulf countries to pressure the president of Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh, to soon sign an agreement to cede power.

“We are very worried that the unstable situation in Yemen will bring a prolonged tribal feud, that complicates us in going through the process of agreement for the transfer of power,” American security sources revealed.

The Western analysts and Zionists are sounding the alarm that the liberation of Zinjibar by the AQAP Mujahideen give them a real chance to come to power in the “unstable region” and establish an Islamic rule. A Zionist newspaper, The Jerusalem Post, wrote:

“The report on the taking over of the South Yemen city, Zinjibar, by the armed forces loyal to Al-Qaeda is a disturbing reminder of the opportunity to establish a state to represent the global jihad movement.”

The Jerusalem Post said that the goal of Al-Qaeda is to obtain sovereignty, and to form an Islamic state, khilafah, that will get rid of all the puppet regimes of the Arab world and Muslim Asia.

If the AQAP concentrate their forces, take control of not only the regions around Zinjibar, but other regions in Yemen, it would be a definite first step to start rebuilding the Caliphate.
Those Western analysts and Jews are so sure and very sacred of the victory of the AQAP. For the Muslims, the dispatch of 12,000 troops from Aden and Abyan is a nubuwah as it is from a hadith of Rasulullah SAW. He said:

“Out of Aden-Abyan will come 12,000, giving victory to the (religion of) Allah and His Messenger. They are the best between me and them.” (HR. Ahmad: 2918, 2079 and Ath-Thabrani in Al-Kabir: 11029 (11/56).

Dr. M Faiq Sulaifi explained in his article entitled “The Forces From Aden City” that the reporting or hadith has 2 sanads, one of them is sahih and the other da’if. Then the one relied upon is the sanad that is sahih.

With regards to Aden and Abyan, he quoted Al-Allamah Al-Hazimi who said:

“As for the first one (namely Aden) –with the fathah of 'ain and dal and lastly nun-: Aden Abyan is among the famous cities Yemen. Ascribed to it (Aden city) are a number of imams and hadith transmitters.” (Al-Amakin au Mattafaqa Lafzhuhu: 87). To the point that the ascription to Aden city is called Al-Adeni.

Al-Allamah Ibnu Sayyidih said:

“Aden is a place in Yemen. Also called Aden Abyan. Someone from Himyar is ascribed to Abyan because he has been "adan" (i.e. residing) at that place (i.e. Abyan).” (Al-Muhith wal Muhkam Al-A’zham: 2/18).

And Aden is a port city. Al-Allamah Ibnul Atsir Al-Jazari said:

“In the hadith is a lafadz - 'from the way towards Aden Abyan'. Abyan (with the wazan ‘ahmar’) is a village on the edge of the sea from the direction of Yemen. And it was said that Aden Abyan is the name of the Aden city.” (An-Nihayah fii Gharibil Hadith: 1/22).

Dr. M Faiq Sulaifi continued in his article. Al-Imam Al-Mu’tamir bin Sulaiman At-Taimi Al-Basri said about the above hadith:

“I think he said: 'In the city of A’maq.'” (Majma’uz Zawa’id: 10/29).

What he meant was that they (the forces from Aden) will depart and unite in the city of A’maq with the Muslim forces to fight against the Roman (Christian Crusader Europe) forces in the event of Al-Malhamah Al-Kubra (Armageddon) and the Conquest of Constantinople in the end times before the appearance of Dajjal (la’natullah alaih).

Al-Allamah Yaqut Al-Hamawi said:

“The city of A’maq was mentioned in the hadith about the conquest of Constantinople. He said: 'Then the Roman forces come to the city of A’maq and Dabiq.' And there may also be a hadith in jamak (plural) and what was meant is Umuq. Namely a district (town) near Dabiq between Halab (Aleppo) and Anthakiah.” (Mu’jamul Buldan: 1/222).

The haidth implied by Yaqut was the saying of Rasulullah:

“Judgement day will not happen before the Roman forces come to the city of A’maq or Dabiq, and then they were confronted by the forces (Muslims) from Madinah from the best inhabitants of the earth on that day….and so on.” (HR. Muslim: 5157, Ibnu Hibban in his Sahih: 6813 (15/224)).

A’maq and Aleppo are located in the north of Damascus. All those cities are within the territory of Sham. Whereas, Damascus –i.e Ghuthah district- is the control center of the Muslims in this battle.

Rasulullah said in his long hadith:

“And the sixth period is the peace between you (the Muslims) and the Bani Asfar (i.e. Romans or Europe). Then they will walk (fighting you) under 80 ghayah.” I (hadith transmitter) asked: “What is ghayah?” he answered: “Flags. Each flag oversees 12,000 troops. The encampment of the Muslims at that time is at a place named Ghuthah in the city named Damascus.” (HR. Ahmad: 22860. Sheikh Shu’aib Al-Arna’uth in Tahqiq Musnad Ahmad said: “The isnad is sahih according to the criteria of Muslim.” And proclaimed as sahih as well by Al-Allamah Al-Albani in Fadla’ilus Sham wa Damshiq: 30 (23))

Today, in the province of Abyan, in South Yemen, the Mujahideen of AQAP have declared the formation of the Islamic State, which is projected to become an Islamic Khilafah. It is from there also, i.e. Aden and Abyan, that 12,000 fighters or Mujahideen will be dispatched to liberate Yemen in its entirety and also Al-Aqsa. Is this a sign of the realization of the nubuwah and the upcoming Al-Malhamah Al-Kubro (Armageddon) that will land up in the liberation of Al-Aqsa? May it happen!
