Overthrow King Abdullah! A Step Toward (The Liberation Of) Al-Aqsa...

.
After Tunisia, Egypt and the soon-to-be falling Mr. Denier of Sunnah, Khaddafy, next is King Abdullah the tyrant from Saudi. Only waiting for the counting of the clock, the revolution will shake the tyrant of Saudi who has invaded the two holy cities, namely Makkah and Madinah, with the permission of Allah SWT. Starting today, King Abdullah should be packing all his riches and quickly leave for the country of his master i.e. America.

The tyrants, who should understand from the beginning, that the power that they hold with arms and through hired ulama's, will not last long. The power is a mandate where they will be asked for accountability by their subjects before being held to account by the Creator.

King Abdullah should be sensitive with the situation that is happening in the Arab world today and prepare the answers for all his actions where he has sold Saudi to the hands of the Crusader-Zionists. It has not disappeared from the memory of every Muslim, who are honest to his iman, the moment Saudi provided military bases to America during the Gulf War and they continued to be in coalition to kill any innocent people in Iraq. Not to mention their sins to the colonized and oppressed Palestinians. Saudi, which should be able to give assistance, are silent without a word with the sufferings that befall the Islamic ummah in Baitul Maqdis.

But every ummah has its time and that power will always be alternated. Every tyrant will see the result of what he had done. They are responsible for every blood of the Muslims shed and every Muslimah whose honours are stained.

"If a wound should touch you - there has already touched the [opposing] people a wound similar to it. And these days [of varying conditions] We alternate among the people so that Allah may make evident those who believe and [may] take to Himself from among you martyrs - and Allah does not like the wrongdoers." (QS. Ali-Imran : 140).

A Step Toward Al-Aqsa

After the tyrants fall with the permission of Allah, then the liberation of the first qibla of the ummah is only a matter of time. Depending on the Islamic ummah, whether they will preserve the power which does not arbitrate with the law of Allah or unite and work together in synergy to re-establish the Khilafah promised by Allah SWT.

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient." (QS. An Nuur : 55).

So it has become an obligation for Muslims to now arise and overthrow the tyrants, by the permission of Allah SWT the liberation of Al-Quds is no more a fantasy and no more a boring nasheed song. This is in line with the speech of Sheikhul Jihad, Abdullah Azzam, he said that the honour of Palestine cannot be brought back by words alone. Can they restore even just an inch of the land of Palestine? Verily, the dien of Allah SWT (Islam) will not triumph just by sheer empty talks (nonsense), and the countries of Islam will also not be protected with only songs and rhymes and other poetries.

To Al-Quds, we say to you as what had been said by As-Shaheed Abu Musab Az-Zarqawy, "Indeed, we are fighting in Iraq, while our eyes are fixed on Baitul Maqdis." And to every enemy of Allah SWT, remember these words, "And the good news is not what is heard by the enemy, but what is seen by the enemy!"

Wallahu A'lam!

Asymmetric Jihad

.
We were born and raised in the sphere of struggle. Also grappling with the great ambition of achieving victory, in the name of the establishment of the Shari'ah of Allah. So he becomes the only Dzat that is worshipped. No other dzat becomes His ally. But when we spread out the battle map suddenly the feeling of inferiority and the lack of self confidence appeared. Can the enemy that is already so well established and strong be defeated?

I do not want to first talk about the intervention from “heaven”, that the promise of Nubuwat (prophethood) is surely true, it is a fixed price of iman. That is the transcendent sphere. I want to talk about our rationality as human beings. Created with all kinds of advantages and shortcomings all at once. It is natural that the feeling of inferiority later appears like that. Seeing the strong enemy forces, economic system, social culture… as if all aspects of life are already in their tight handgrip.

However, the inferiority is never-ending if we always think of the pattern of a symmetrical struggle. There are 100 of the enemies, there also have to be 100 of us. They who have have such a number of combat aircrafts, missiles and advanced weapons, must also be faced with equal weapons in the same number. Yeah.. where is the end? The friends at HTI (Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia) may answer it with the concept of Thalabun Nusrah. Yeah, those who have power must be prolestyzed with da'wah so that they would want to carry out iqomatuddien (establishment of religion)…

However, Abu Mush'ab As-Suri have another concept, he may be able to answer the question, "If all are about symmetry, when it's going to end?" There is one pattern of resistance that is asymmetrical. For example: Who does not know the air force superiority of America. Even the smallest black ants that enter the Pentagon can be detected by their radar, so it was said. But all that superiority was totally paralyzed on 11th September 2001. Enough by capitalizing on rough and minimal equipments, then directing commercial aircraft which carried passengers to attack the targets. In fact, it could even change history!

That's one example of an asymmetrical resistance. Exploiting the loopholes of the opponent's weaknesses, to then pass on the curve and cut in the crease. Initially, I just approximate how it relates with the concept of asymmetry. It seems like a simplification. Everything can be handled only with a short-cut, without the need to build adequate strength exhaustively. So I remember the path chosen by some friends i.e. "the main thing is jihad, amaliyat and die shaheed. Fullstop!" Then, what do we want after achieving victory if we also do not think of the concept of “development"?

"Oh, no!" my friend said in an evening discussion. According to him, the concept of asymmetry precisely needs excellent labour forces. Champions in every field of specialization. It's not as simple. Therefore, its preparations must be mature and serious. Well, those individuals who were to be groomed are champions for sure. I paused long enough and contemplated. Ok, ok… didn't Sergey Glazunov, who got rewarded hundreds of millions of rupiah from Google due to finding the weakness of Google Chrome, have to first mess up that application? Meaning, it will not be possible to know the weaknesses of a system if we do not understand well in advance the A-Z of that system.

I remembered Mohammad Atta, one of the “champions” of 911 (purposely used that quotation marks, in case there are people who are not too happy with his choice of amaliyat :)). It was said that he is a well educated man in the field of aviation. So for a great action, it turned out that it also need a great capital. An asymmetry, even if it seems like cutting corners, needs a process that is not easy, because what's needed are special winners. Will the jihad movements in Indonesia have a vision to be the crater of candradimuka (a fabled crater from which infants immediately emerge as strong, trained and agile adults) which gives birth to those champions? Wallahu a'lam.

Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Regarding the Martyrdom of Innocent Afghan Civilians

.

A MUST READ!

Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Regarding the Martyrdom of Innocent Afghan Civilians as a Result of American Merciless Bombardment in Ghazi Abad District, Kunar Province

Rabi-ul-Awwal 19, 1432 A.H, Wednesday, February 23, 2011

Five days ago, the invading forces in Afghanistan led by America launched brutal aerial attacks against civilian houses in Adargol, Chowki and Wigal areas of Ghazi Abad district, Kunar province, resulting in martyrdom of 70 common people. The victims comprised of old men, women and innocent children who embraced martyrdom. Similarly, numerous civilians have been wounded.

According to substantiated reports, the bestial American soldiers have totally looted people’s houses, taking all valuable items. About 50 houses have been destroyed (in the raid), which belonged to people who had no link of militancy whatsoever with any faction. They were common miserable people. The Americans made bombardment during night when people were sleeping. Official of the Kabul Administration in Kunar have also confirmed reports of the civilian casualties.

The civilian casualties perpetrated in a brutal manner at the hands of the Americans have been committed at the time that, the United Nations in its report had claimed a few days ago that civilian casualties had greatly decreased during operations by Americans and their Allies. One week has not elapsed since the issuance of the report by UNO that the callous Americans once again resorted to committing genocide. They made many innocent Afghans to mourn and grieve over (their kith and kin).

The so-called advocates of human rights have not raised their voice about this horrendous event as yet. But usually, these so-called protectors of human rights and the apparently free media which have share in the colonialist goals, usually put the blame of civilian casualties on the Islamic Emirate when they arrange figures of civilian casualties. They try to launch negative propaganda against the Islamic Emirate through every possible means with full strength and fanfare. Meanwhile, they cover up crimes of foreign invaders. Thus they endeavor to manipulate the views of the common man.

We strongly condemn the merciless bombardment by the Americans in Ghazi Abad district, Kunar province. We believe it is an unforgivable crime. In the meantime, we assure our miserable people and families of the martyrs that your Mujahid brothers will avenge the blood of the martyrs on the enemy in the battle fields. Also, we tell the invading America and her murderous Allies, if you think that you are going to weaken determination of the Afghans by martyring innocent Afghans or that you will put terror into their hearts, it only displays flaws of your guesswork. You have not realized this nation as yet. Your brutal actions will further speed up the pace of the Jihadic momentum.

Soon, you will be wiped out in the imminent cyclone brought about by your atrocity, arrogance, brutality and other merciless actions. The tempest, if God willing, is approaching destination, with its ever outspreading waves.

It is not a hard task for Allah to accomplish.

Political Vision of Jihad Movement ; Synergism Toward Khilafah Islamiyah

.
Jakarta – Can Muslims work together in synergy towards the establishment of the Khilafah Islamiyah? The answer is yes, especially if the Mujahideen and Da’ie (workers of da'wah) have a clear political vision so that they can manage a victory that comes from Allah SWT to then apply the Islamic Shari'ah in kafah (comprehensiveness) in the framework of a Khilafah state. Allahu Akbar!

Political Vision & the Synergism of the Ummah

Alhamdulillah, the Talkshow, Visi Politik Gerakan Jihad (Political Vision Of Jihad Movement) organized by Sharia4Indonesia was running smoothly and successfully. Ba’da Solatul Jum’at (14/1/2011), dozens of people were seen sitting on the ground floor of Masjid Al Bayyinah located in Setia Budi area. Jihad videos were seen being played by the organizing committees to await the commencement of the event.

After the recital of the holy verses of the Qur’an, precisely at 13.30 local time, the event which was hosted by moderator M Ridho from the Asosiasi Pebisnis Muslim (Muslim Businessmen Association) who is also active in the FUI (Islamic Ummah Forum), Bogor, commenced. The moderator gave the first opportunity to Ustadz Luqman Hakim to present his views. Ustadz Luqman in this case acted on behalf of the publisher, Aqwam, and at the same trime as an observer of jihad. According to Ustadz Luqman, Muslims today are experiencing a ‘global war’. The Islamic ummah are currently being fought by the entire mushrikeen, therefore the Muslims must be aware and also have to fight them (mushrikeen), there is no other choice.

In the opportunity, Ustadz Luqman also emphasized the importance of politics for Mujahids. Of course what was meant by politics here is not the odious politics of democracy, but Islamic politics based on the Qur’an and Sunnah. Politics is a tool for the Muslims to able them to apply the Islamic Shari'ah, with da'wah and jihad of course.

On the second slot, Ustadz M Fachry as the Analyst of Jihad from Ar-Rahmah Media, imparted the importance of politics and the media in supporting the global jihad. He explained several important points as the essence of the book, "Political Vision Of Jihad Movement", which is the works of the two prominent Sheikhs, namely Sheikh Hazim Al-Madani and Sheikh Abu Mus’ab As-Suri.

Also delivered by Ustadz M Fachry was the importance of the support from the ummah for the struggle to establish the Islamic Shari'ah, and it could be concluded from the book that the Mujahideen are well aware of the the importance of the support from the ummah for their struggle. Ustadz M Fachry took the Afghan Mujahideen as an example, who managed to escape from the Bagram prison in Afghanistan and were assisted by the Islamic ummah who lived there in smoothening and falicitating their escape. For that, we need to continually make Islamic ummah understand about the da'wah and jihad today.

The last slot was filled in by Sharia4Indonesia represented by Ustadz Abu Sofiyah. He expressed the need and importance of a synergy among the components of the Islamic ummah, whether it be the Da’ie or Mujahideen in establishing the Islamic Shari'ah. He likened the synergy to a Formula One racetrack, whereby during a pause or break, each operator will perform each of their duties, such as changing tires, wiping the windshield, refueling, etc. All parties are mutually in synergy and not blaming each other, until the driver is ready to compete and be a winner.

The Longing for the Establishment of Shari'ah & Khilafah Islamiyah

In the question and answer session, one participant from the Majelis Mujahidin, Abu Zahrah asked about several issues. One of them is about the arena of jihad, whether it will come naturally or it must be prepared. The second questioner was a brother from LIPIA, who asked about the kind of definition and political vision that must be possessed by the Mujahideen.

The questions from the participants were answered by turns until they were all thoroughly answered. Ustadz Luqman cited a verse that when jihad is already in front of the eyes then we must not flee from it, although we also do not ask to hasten its arrival.

Ustadz Abu Shofiyah explained that jihad is a necessity and certainty. What is more important, according to him, is providing a comprehensive saheeh understanding to the ummah about jihad. This is one of the reasons that the Sharia4Indonesia was devised, it is for that function, he added.

Meanwhile, Ustadz M Fachry quoted the words of Sheikh Abdullah Azzam in his book “Jihad To Defend The Land Of The Muslims” that the ruling for jihad is already fardhu ‘ain at this time that we all are obliged to carry it out according to our ability, including i’dad in it.

While for the political understandings meant by the speaker it is agreed that politics here is Siyasah Shar’iyyah or Islamic politics, which of course is different from secular politics which are applied today. The secular politics justifies any means to achieve goals, while the Islamic politics always underlies the Qur'an and Sunnah as the foundation.

There was a suggestion at the end of the session, to set up a center of study or research which specifically discusses and develops strategic plans of the ummah in building synergy for the sake of the establishment of the Islamic Shari'ah and Khilafah Islamiyah. If the kafir and secular people could have many research institutions to destroy Islam, then why cant't the Islamic ummah?

It was visible among the participants and also the speakers, the longing for the establishment of Islamic Shari'ah, as well as the Khilafah Islamiyah. They all also agreed to immediately establish synergy between them, mapping the potential and strength of each of the tandzhim to then work together to establish the Islamic Shari'ah and restore the glory of Khilafah Islamiyah, for the sake of izharudeen and the prevalence of the rahmah (mercy) of Islam to all corners of the world.

Insha Allah!

More and More Young People in Russia and Europe Embrace Islam

.
On the photo: The future of Russia, Insha'Allah
.
An enemy expert from a so-called "North Caucasus Center for Islamic Studies", Ruslan Gereyev, expressed fears of a growing influence of true Islam in the world in an interview to a Russian KGB news agency Regnum. We present to our readers some of his gloomy thoughts, keeping intact his abusive language:

"Islam is advancing more rapidly in non-Muslim than in Muslim countries. Why is it so? No studies were conducted on the subject, the issue has not yet been studied thoroughly. Look at reports on terrorist attacks. Each day, there are more and more ethnic Russians, former Russian Christian Orthodox believers, among the attackers. An expression "Russian Jamaats" have already appeared in North Caucasus. I've recently prepared a publication on "Russian Jamaats" for a Belgian newspaper - they have the same problems as we. This is a worldwide trend. And in Benelux countries, these processes develop much faster and broader, and not only due to intra-European migration.

The processes of Islamization throughout the world intensify, the numbers of new Muslims increase, especially in Britain and in continental Europe. This is a fact, confirmed by Britons and Europeans. Ironically, Islam wins faster in Christian countries.

The ritual part of Wahhabi Islam, its simplicity, is the main factor in attracting young people, but most important, it is strict Monotheism, or Tawhid, preached by it, which attracts news adept.

It is very strange when only a few people are able to render armed resistance against regular police troops during almost the whole day. Please note that we are talking about young boys and girls who did not serve in the army, they are mostly university students and elder public schoolchildren. And most important, where are the results of fighting against them? They are not visible either now or for the future.

From the viewpoint of view of offensive Islam, or the supporters of the Wahhabi militant wing, the future of terrorist activities (Jihad - KC) belongs to the tactics of martyrdoms. You can see videos about dying Mujahid who shoots off and leaves a message to his wife, sister, brother and others, asking to raise children in the Sharia and demanding from his sister or daughter that she marries a true Muslim only.

Regarding the penalties - how can a person be punished who is constantly preparing for death, for martyrdom? In this sense, he knows no fear, and he or she even considers it as an honor when selected for such death.

On the other hand, most filthy and miserable human vices are coming in here from Russia. High mortality due to alcohol, drugs and domestic homicide exceeds all acceptable levels, morality is completely failing. If it continues like that, we need no terrorism, we will destroy ourselves.

No secular ideology can ever replace religion, it is simply impossible. And there is no comparable power to do that at all - neither in nature nor in the depths of human consciousness.

The radicals consider the globalization as an ally for their success. From their point of view, the globalization erases all other religions, and the time of these religions passes by irrevocably.

Anti-Pancasila Kyai, Achmad Munib Visited Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir

.
JAKARTA – Kyai (title of an ulama’ in Java – ed.) Haji (KH) Achmad Munib, a religious figure who got known in this country for his staunch antipathy towards the Pancasila. Such was his aversion that on the front door of the porch of his house, as well as on the wall of Masjid Nurul Falah, a calligraphy of the Ayat al Kursi (the Verse of the Throne) surrounding the Malay Arabic calligraphy that reads “anti-pancasila - our obligation, as Muslims”, are displayed.

One of the reasons that make him known is his persistence in opposing Pancasila. Since the Pancasila was established in Indonesia as the foundation of the state of RI (Republic of Indonesia) he has been istiqomah in rejecting and being free (declaring bara'ah) from the Pancasila.

This Kyai is not very open, but his followers are many in the village of Sopeng. He never got out of the complex of his house. He also shuts himself from his neighbors who still belong to a party and whom he considers as supporters of the existence of Pancasila who are contaminated with the ideology of Pancasila. There is a masjid that is big enough in the complex of his house, the masjid is better known as Masjid Anti Pancasila. But the masjid is open to general public, anyone can pray in that Masjid.

According to Mashudi, a student of KH Achmad Munib, when met at the Bareskrim Mabes Polri (Criminal Investigation Police HQ), all these while the Kyai never wanted to be visited by officials, even the Regent of Sumenep who wanted to see him was rejected outright. He is also reluctant to be interviewed by reporters, besides he is not especially able to speak Indonesian, the everyday language used are Madurese and Arabic. When the student was asked what exactly made KH Achmad Munib so anti towards the Pancasila? He stated he didn’t really know, the Kyai had been like that since his uzlah to draw closer to Allah. He believes the Pancasila is kufr. The Pancasila is the same as the law of Fir'aun.

KH Achmad Munib and Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba'asyir first met up in December 2009 at a tabligh akbar given by Abu Bakar Ba'asyir at his masjid. The convention was attended by more than a 1000 people, the number of jama’ah who attended and spilled out of the masjid impressed Kyai Munib. Before that, these two figures had not known each other.

This Kyai who likes to fast departed with his students from Madura on Wednesday 16th February 2011 and on Thursday, they stopped over and stayed in the office of the JMC (Jama’ah Ansarut Tauhid Media Center) in Bekasi. Friday, 18th February 2011 at 14.00 West Indonesian Time, KH Achmad Munib finally arrived at the Bareskrim Mabes Polri.

There were approximately nine people in two cars in the entourage. Once arriving and alighting, they had to wait in the queue in order to enter the cells of the Bareskrim Mabes Polri.

Alhamdulillah, the contributor of MuslimDaily.com got a chance to see this precious moment of KH Achmad Munib visiting Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir inside the cell. This elderly Kyai who is already over 80 years of age, wore a dark green shirt and turban with a white cap sticking on his head, as well as wearing thick glasses.

Though already old, but still seen as firm.

Inside the cell, KH Achmad Munib sat side by side with Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir who at that time was dressed all in white. Ustadz Abu gave a taushiyah in front of the students of KH Achmad Munib, the following is the excerpt:

“Defending Islam must be understood, the way is with jihad, the goal is the establishment of Islamic Shari’ah. Islam will not be defended before a power is established, a power will not be established without jihad. Because, for the kafir, their way of fighting Islam is by forcing Muslims to be murtad.

وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ

“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion.” (Q.S. Al-Baqarah : 120)

The Muslims are given the choice of wanting to be murtad or fought against.

وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا

“… And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able…” (Q.S. Al-Baqarah : 217).

Today the kafir divide the Islamic ummah into two camps; Radical Islam, which they are fighting against, or Moderate Islam, this is assisted first, but in the end will still be fought against until they want to be murtad. The proof? In Bosnia, there were no Muslim who were radical, all are moderate, even adjusting to the Christians, that was from their own confession when fleeing to Malaysia.

Inevitably, even the moderates were exterminated, that is the character of the kafir where the nas (texts) could be found in the Qur’an, therefore they must be confronted with the ‘power’. This is what should be understood, because day in, day out, the fitnah is increasingly intensified, more and more pressured, hopefully this will become a cause for the help of Allah to come until we can rise up.”

Precisely at the time when the adzan of Asr prayer resonated, Ustadz Abu ended his taushiyah. The same goes with KH Achmad Munib, he made a move to say his farewell and leave the cell of the Bareskrim Mabes Polri. Both of them were shaking hands and hugging each other, when parting Ustadz Abu requested that they pray for him to obtain husnul khatimah. The visit was ended with a do’a prayed by Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir and the students of KH Achmad Munib said their “amen!

Last Message of a WNI (Citizen of Indonesia), Imanda Amalia, Before Her Death in Egypt

.

Imanda Amalia Had Witnessed The Miracle Of Jihad In Palestine

During her lifetime, almarhumah (the late) Imanda Amalia ever shared her experience when she was working in Jabaliya, Palestine, in July 2010. The invaluable experience was also shared through the Facebook group owned by Science of Universe, Thursday (3/2/2011).

Below is the documentation (trans.) by Imanda Amalia from the Gaza Strip:

Jabaliya, Gaza Strip 7:48:27 AM Thu, Jul 15, 2010

SubhanALLAH..... SubhanALLAH... SubhanALLAH...

Only those words came out from my mouth when I witnessed the incident that I could hardly believe.

This morning, after the dawn prayer, I was greeting my friends and loved ones through the 'online chatting'. Suddenly I got assigned to go to al-Awda Maternity Hospital for a surgery. About 2 km from the Mess.

In my journey to get there, I saw boys running around with stones in their hands. Aaaaaahhh another intifadhah, it was still morning and they have already attempted to chase away with stones those thieves who steal their homeland.....

Initially, I noticed the soldiers were rather unresponsive, trying to avoid, but suddenly they pointed their guns at the children.

They all ran away trying to save themselves while continuing to throw stones at the soldiers.

SubhanALLAH....

Suddenly, I saw a large white veil surrounding those children... like a layer of white haze forming into a dome that protects the children. Their distance was so close to the soldiers who pursued them, but it was as if the soldiers were not able to see them and losing their directions. While those children were not touched by the bullets at all.

My body was shaking witnessing the wonders that happened in front of my eyes. I asked our driver, Abdullah, whether he also saw that hijab?

“ Yes Doc, God always give the hand here.... “ ALLAHu Akbar ... ALLAHu akbar..... I was speechless, my bodies trembling..... I personally saw it, I personally saw the work of His power. SubhanALLAH ............"

The Expiry Of The Taghuts

.
The revolutions in Tunisia, Egypt and followed by other Muslim countries is hoped to be a starting point for the revival of Islam. It could also mark the end of the taghuts in the countries of the Muslims and the commencement of the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah in a comprehensive manner, in the frame of Islamic Khilafah. Insha Allah!

Chasing The Taghut, Declaring Tawheed

Indeed, rejecting taghut and believing in Allah is the foundation of a Muslim's life. This is a realization of the creed La ilaha illallah which includes an-nafyu (negation) and al-itsbat (affirmation). This is also the essence of the call of the Prophets' da'wah since ancient times until now. Thus, anyone who can realize the disbelief in taghut and the belief in Allah, then indeed he has established his business well and he has been walking on a straight path.

Who are the taghuts and where are they? And who are the proponents of taghuts and what is the ruling regarding them? Indeed, knowing all these issues today is an important matter for all Muslims, especially those who want the establishment of izzul Islam wal muslimeen. Because the entire building of Islam and its application in the form of the implementation of the Shari'ah, would never be realized without being kufr towards the taghut, finding their existence, unveiling their covers, hating them and fighting them. Surely if we already know whatsoever the taghuts are in this world and the attitudes of mankind towards them, then we see most people are turning away from the worship of Allah, to the worship of taghuts, and from following the laws of Allah and His Rasul to become followers of taghut laws. And from obeying Allah and His Rasul to become obedient followers of taghuts.

Indeed, it is not possible for the kafir to make mischiefs on earth or oppress a nation, except surely with the help of the people who support them in committing the mischief and oppression, and those who defend them against the people who want to retaliate. Thereby, the kafir will not be able to continue committing mischiefs except for the reason that there are people who are helping and defending them, and they are the ansaru taghut, the helpers of taghut, whose status is equal to the taghut themselves.

Thereby, in reality the warfare waged by the Muslims against the taghut rulers, with the aim to overthrow them for the sake of appointing rulers who are Muslim, then the war is in reality a war against their supporters, made up of the of defenders taghut. Therefore, the ruling is obligatory upon Muslims to know who the taghuts and their supporters are, and in knowing the status of the ruling in the sight of Allah SWT.

Rejecting Taghut Is The First Obligation In Islam

The first obligation upon every Muslim is Tawheed (worshipping Allah without ascribing partners to Him); and the first pillar of Tawheed is Al-Kufur Bit Thaghut, or rejecting Taghut. One cannot become Muslim unless he rejects all forms of taghut, whether it be in the form of concepts, particular objects or persons.

Taghut had been defined by the Sahabahs and classical scholars who followed the path of the Salaf, namely: “Something that is worshipped, obeyed or followed other than Allah.”

Imam Malik bin Anas said: “Taghut is anything that is worshipped (or obeyed) besides Allah.” (Narrated in Al-Jaami’ li Ahkaam Al-Qur’an by Imam Al-Qurtubi)

Sheikhul Islam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab said: “And taghut in general is something that is worshipped besides Allah, and it is approved to be worshipped, followed or adhered to.” (Risalatun fii Ma’naa At -Thaghut by Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab)

Taghut and the Discourse by the Scholars

The discourse on the issue of taghut is famous among the ulama's. They have explained this issue in detail and the ummah are applying it in a sure manner. In fact, this debate on the issue of taghut is the prime and main discussion in Islam. Just as we understand, that:

1. The essence of the da'wah of the apostles is: worshipping Allah and avoiding taghut (QS. An-Nahl : 36)

2. One's iman is not valid until he is kufr towards (denies) taghut (QS. Al-Baqarah : 256)

3. The issue of taghut and denying it is included in the issue of iman and kufr, and there is no issue more important in this dien than the issue of iman and kufr, and there is no error greater than the error in matters of iman dan kufur.

The Helpers & Ulama's of Taghut

As for the meaning of ansaruth thawaghit (the defenders of taghut), it is anyone who helps them (the taghuts) with words or deeds. So even if the helper or defender is the government of another country, the same ruling also applies.

Included in the defenders of taghuts are the muftis or ulama's of the taghut government, namely those who are always opposed to Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. Allah SWT says:

“And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than Allah any protectors; then you would not be helped.” (QS Huud 11: 113)

Who is more wrong than the one who defends the satan or the people who takes their kufr lightly? If someone does not reject taghut (in reality, not only in theory) how can we trust him on the matters of this dien? Tawheed is a major issue that must be heeded.

“The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books]. Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.” (QS Al Jumu’ah 62: 5)

World Rugby Player Embraces Islam

.
HEMISPHERE – A world rugby player, Sonny Bill Williams, converts to Islam. The report of the change of faith of this 25 year old rugby sport superstar has already circulated some time ago. The Herald on Sunday last week reported that Williams has been a Muslim for two years.

He has become the first Muslim to wear the All Blacks jersey, and he was always requesting for halal food during the tour last year in Northern Hemisphere.

The previous month of Ramadan became a special time for Williams as he had to fight in the three games of the Tri Nations in order to move toward the final for the World Cup.

Williams regularly attends the Friday prayer at a masjid in Christchurch, according to his friends.

Vice president of the Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand, Javed Khan, said that Williams's obedience is known among the Muslim community in New Zealand.

"He lives his faith and he becomes a model for our children and teenagers. We will pray to Allah that he will win the World Cup. Everyone is talking about it."

YouTube had featured a video which showed Williams performing solat in the locker room before the debut for the Canterbury game against the Bay of Plenty in the ITM Cup last year.

The Manager of All Black, Darren Shand, said that Williams's faith have a positive impact on the team.

When asked whether his faith is in conflict with the philosophy of the All Blacks that encourages the players to think freely and have self-confidence, Shand said that Williams is a source of information for the team.

Mujahideen In Palestine Congratulated On The Resignation Of Mubarak; Don't Stop The Struggle!

.
GAZA – The resignation of the Fir'aun of Egypt, Hosni Mubarak, bring joy to all Muslims, and the Palestinian Mujahideen are no exception. Ma'sadatul Mujahideen of Palestine expressed their congratulation on the resignation of Mubarak. But they are also requesting that the struggle continues. Below is their their full statement.

All praises to Allah Who helps the Mu'mineen, Who conquers the murtaddeen and defeats the arrogant thaghut;

Allah the Most Hight says;

"It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah ; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision." (QS. 59:2)

Indeed our ikhwah the muwahhiduun in the land of Kinanah have confirmed with their words and deeds that they are strong and their determination has been achieved in the battle of wishes, that's why they achieve victory and success. Then, the enemies got out of their country in a state of humiliation, and displaced and unable to convolute at all, after he saw the reaction of the people's response to his condemned speech last Thursday, with the increasing masses going against him, be it in groups or individually, then his spirit was crushed, his decision was in disarray and confusion, his determination was in pieces, the sense of fear was hurled into his heart, then his integrity was defeated and all his plans are destroyed, that's how the control of the government returned to our brothers and with a bounty from Allah, then with the services of the ikhwah in Tunisia and later the ikhwah in Egypt, the kalimah of the Muslim nation was thus honoured, their royah (banner) was held high and various results, i.e. things that aim at overthrowing and getting rid of the rulers who rule with other than that which Allah has revealed (will be) realized (as well as) for the good of the nation since its beginnings. Indeed, there would be no wicked thahghut system except it is in a state of broken and shattered and indeed, the Muslim nation is able to bring back the stability through their hands. So with that they deter (terrorize) the enemies of Allah and their enemies.

And indeed we, the Ma'sadatul Mujahideen in Palestine, when we are congratulating you on this victory, to our families in Egypt, we are also asking for help, demanding and calling on them to regather and not rest or return to their homes until they could pray Fajr at dawn in Gaza which is under siege, because indeed the border (wall) has not collapsed altogether and indeed the Ukhuwah of Islam obliges them to liberate us from this arbitrary and unjust blockade and this blockade is not far from them and against them, because they are our families, our support and assistance. Indeed, we are really in need of them, their sacrifices, their revival, their attitude and their aids. We are also not yaqeen (confident) if they were willing to be free and then raise their hands or leave us alone, because we are their brothers in one detention and blockade, we are facing our enemies, as well as our own fates.

{وَلَيَنصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ}

"Allah will certainly aid those who aid his (cause);- for verily Allah is full of Strength, Exalted in Might, (able to enforce His Will)."

Tunisian Revolution, Global Jihad & It Is Time For Khilafah Islamiyah To Lead The World

.
Does the Revolution in Tunisia mark the end of the era of the ruthless dictators and the beginning of the era of Khilafah Islamiyah? What is the role of the da'wah and global jihad amidst the political uproar in the Islamic countries which are affected by the domino effect from the revolution in Tunisia? Are the Islamic ummah ready to lead the world with the return of the Khilafah?

The Revolution Of A Vegetable Seller

The revolution in Tunisia originated from a vegetable seller named Muhammad Bouazizi, aged 26. Muhammad Bouazizi is a symbol of the oppressed youths in the area of Sidi Bouzid Sidi, 300 kilometers south of the capital of Tunisia. There are many youths who hold a bachelor degree there but day to day are just hanging out at the cafés in the dusty streets of the poor cities, showing the failure of governments in guaranteeing decent works.

Bouazizi, had been a vegetable seller for seven years until the police confiscated his vegetable cart on 17th December 2011 by accusing him of selling without license. Bouazizi had already tried paying 10 Tunisian dinars and paid another 7 dollars approximately, but he was slapped instead and was spat upon and his father who had died was insulted. Bouazizi could not accept being humiliated like that, and he reported it to the provincial headquarters hoping his complaints would be heard. However, as is usually the manner of the officials, they did not even want to meet him. Bouazizi then took his own steps, he doused fuel onto his body and burnt himself. It turned out that Bouazizi did not only burn himself but also burnt the anger of the entire Tunisian population against the dictatorship of the ruling regime.

Ben Ali, the dictator had the time to visit Bouazizi on 28th December to dampen the fire that had already burned the people of Tunisia. However, the fire fire in the chest of the people of Tunisia could no longer be extinguished, and on 14th January, only 10 days after Bouazizi died, the dictatorship of Ben Ali was overthrown by an intifadhah which was triggered by a vegetable seller.

Ben Ali, the dictator of Tunisia who had been in power for 23 years is a symbol of the secular governments of the Muslim countries, especially in the Arab world, who failed to perform his system of administration in all aspects of life. Unemployment, economic liberalization, free market are the sources of problems for Tunisia. Especially that Tunisia does not have the natural resources and is very highly dependent on foreign countries. Plus the corrupt and repressive government and the reticence of political access, then the sufferings of the Tunisians is complete which eventually led to the resistance for a change. A revolution had begun.

The End Of The Dictators?

The collapse of the dictatorial regime of Tunisia turned out to be a particular concern for all dictators, especially in the Arab countries. They worry that the people in their country would make the revolution in Tunisia as an inspiration, and that's what happened today!

Abdul Bari Atwan, editor Al-Quds Al-Arabi based in London wrote an article entitled “Thank You Tunisians”, expressed the concerns of the Arab dictators caused by the Tunisian revolution.

“These are critical days for most of the dictatorship of the Arab leaders. The conditions of life in Tunisia is still better compared to most other Arab countries. Furthermore, the dictator in Tunisia was less repressive than in the other Arab world.”

Abdul Bari Atwan, who wrote the book “The Secret History of Al-Qa’ida” (telling about Sheikh Usamah bin Ladin and Al-Qaeda) also provided an interesting advice for the U.S. government related to the revolution in Tunisia. Atwan advises the U.S. Government to prepare an island in the Pacific Islands to accept the Arab allies and other dictators.

An expert on Arab politics , Hussein Majdoubi also analyzed the possibility of a revolution, similar to the one in Tunisia, that would spread to Arab countries. The rulers of Morocco, Libya, Algeria and Egypt according to him are the targets of the next revolution. He was also disappointed with the West which continues to provide support to the Arab dictators and ignores the sad state of politics.

Clovis Maksoud, former Arab League envoy for the UN, said that the Tunisian revolution is an inspiration in the Arab world used by the countries which have dictatorial regimes. In an interview with Press TV, he said “The Tunisian revolution is one of the most inspirational in the Arab world in this contemporary time.”

Yvonne Ridley, a Muslimah journalist who was also a muallaf (Muslim convert ) from London, UK, believes that the people in the Arab world today has lost their sense of fear for the Arab regimes which are oppressive and corrupt as supported by the power of America and Europe, and which will start falling like dominoes. She continued:

“The first thing to do is to send the Air Force One to assemble all the dictators, tyrants and despotic rulers who are paid by America and bring them all to Washington. Like the pet droppings in the New York Central Park, you must be responsible for the mess your dogs!”

The people's revolution in Tunisia makes the Arab dictators panicky. The thing that happened to Ben Ali is an insult that has never happened to an Arab leader before. An extraordinary event, when the Tunisian dictator who had been in power for 23 years was finally overthrown by the people's resistance who are frustrated and sick of the system that had governed them all these time. The era of the dictators appears to be ending soon.

The Domino Effects Of The Tunisian Revolution

The act of the vegetable seller, Muhammad Bouazizi, that sparked the Tunisian revolution turned out to be an immediate inspiration for the people in some other Arab countries. There were nearly a dozen people who imitated the action of self-immolation in several Arab capitals, some of which were in Cairo and Algeria. In fact, until now, demonstrations demanding the departure of the Egyptian dictator, Hosni Mubarak, is still continuing to happen in the city streets of Egypt. Egypt is now in turmoil.

The protesters in Egypt even burnt the government buildings in the Suez port town. Protests against the dictatorial government of Hosni Mubarak continued to happen in Egypt. Protesters also threw Molotov cocktails at the government buildings. The burning and throwing of bombs were also carried out at the headquarters of the ruling party, National Democratic Party.

Thousands of Egyptians took to the streets across the country to continue their protests the likes of which had never been seen before, defying the ban of the government which was earlier announced by the Interior Minister. The Protesters burned tires and threw stones at the police in Cairo, while the fully armed riot police were deployed in major cities to dissolve the masses opposing the three decades dictatorial rule of Egypt under Mubarak.

Clashes were also reported in the cities of Alexandria and Suez, where the security forces used water cannons, tear gases, batons and rubber bullets to disperse the masses. Hundreds have been killed.

Large scale demonstrations in Egypt have been running for two weeks and to date it got even more heated. The Egyptian police even shot 17 people who were trying to attack the police station in Cairo, Egypt. This action occurred following a statement by the dictator Hosni Mubarak, who refused to step down. This statement further heated the atmosphere instantly and pepped up tens of thousands of masses to take to the streets in major cities in Egypt. The domino effect of the Tunisian revolution is creeping and now happening in Egypt with one common goal, to depose the dictator!

In Yemen, the people are also demanding the resignation of the ruthless dictator, Ali Abdullah Saleh. Thousands of people are demonstrating in the capital, Sanaa, calling for the dictator of 30 years, Ali Abdullah Saleh, to step down. The courage the people of Yemen in trying to overthrow their president emerged after the mass protests in Egypt and the revolution in Tunisia which succeeded in overthrowing the ruling regime.

The people of Yemen complained about the increasing poverty among the young people and frustration with the lack of political freedom. Also complaining about corrupt officials.

“We are gathered today to demand the abdication of President Saleh and his corrupt government,” said the demonstrators.

The Tunisian revolution sparked the solidarity of the common citizens in the Arab world, especially the Muslims who are fed up with the dictatorial and secular system of government which has been applied all these time. After Tunisia, the revolution spread to Egypt, and it could be spreading to Yemen, and probably will continue throughout the other regions of the Arab world. A big change is happening. The Pharaohs are facing the anger and resistance of 'Moses' who rose up against oppression!

The Call Of Da'wah & Global Jihad

The Tunisian revolution is also supported and in synergy with the calls of da'wah and global jihad. All geared towards the same end, the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah and the establishment of Khilafah Islamiyah.

Dozens of Muslim activists in London demonstrated in front of the embassy of Tunisia in London, Friday (21/1) calling on the Muslims in Tunisia to apply the Islamic Shari'ah (Khilafah). In the demonstration, Islamic activists carried the inscriptionShari'ah For Tunisia”, in English, Arabic and French. They also shouted Shari'ah Will Return” and Khilafah Will Return” followed by echoes of Takbeer!

Meanwhile, Al-Qaeda for the territories of Maghrib or which is better known as AQIM, supported the Tunisian revolution and called for the implementation of the Islamic Shari'ah immediately in Tunisia. In a 13-minute video, Sheikh Abu Musab Abdul Wadud, the amir of AQIM, stated his support for the rallies of the Tunisians in overthrowing the dictator Ben Ali. In the video posted to jihadist forums, he also provided a number of strategic advices, including their readiness to provide training in the use of weapons.

Sheikh Abu Musab Abdul Wadud also criticized Ben Ali for committing oppression, corruption, and for neglecting the welfare of ordinary people. He asked the demonstrators to immediately overthrow Ben Ali and apply the Islamic Shari'ah law in Tunisia. He said, the Tunisian Muslims should expand the revolution into a nationwide scale.

Leader of AQIM Sheikh Abu Musab Abdul Wadud is the tandzim of Al-Qaeda in Al-Jazair (Algeria), or in full the Tandzim Al-Qaeda Biladil Maghrib Islami (Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Countries of North Africa) which until now existed and continues to expand its influence. Previously, before joining Al-Qaeda, this tandzim's name was The Salafist Group for Call and Combat (GSPC) or in Arabic “Al-Jama’ah As-Salafiyyah lidakwah wal Qital.”

According to experts, the bases of AQIM increasingly widened to a number of countries, such as Tunisia, Al-Jazair, Mauritania and Mali. The AQIM also said:

“Your disaster is our disaster and your suffering is our suffering.”

What System Will Be Used?

Where is the direction of the Tunisian revolution? Will the Islamic Shari'ah be implemented there? Tunisia is an Arab country with Muslim populations located in North Africa, on the coast of Mediterranean Sea to be exact. Tunisia is bordered with Algeria to the west, and Libya in the south and east.

Among the countries situated in the Atlas Mountains , the region of Tunisia is one of the easternmost and smallest. 40% of the Tunisian region is made up of the Saharan desert, the rest are fertile lands.

Tunisia used the secular system i.e. Republic for regulating its state sand society after getting independence from the kafir French colonial on 20th March 1956. Ben Ali, rose to power through a bloodless coup in 1987 to later become the ruling dictator for a period of 23 years.

When in power, Ben Ali kept on committing evils to the Islamic ummah of Tunisia and this shows that he was a genuine dictator. In fact, Ben Ali is a staunch supporter of Zionist Israel where he forbade the people of Tunisia from carrying out Anti-Israel demos, in fact he even prohibited the efforts of collecting relief aids for the Muslim in Gaza. Too much!

Ben Ali is also a loyal American stooge, as well as anti-Islamic Shari'ah. He banned the jilbab, in the 1990's, Ben Ali started rounding up Muslims who grew beard in Tunisia- which in truth are people who want to go back to the Islamic Shari'ah- banning them from going to masjids and being at workplaces and learning institutions.

Apparently, Ben Ali and his family also liked to steal the wealth of the Tunisian people while at the same time, the people of Tunisia are left to live in poverty, no job and under opprerssion every day. Corruptions and collusions become a daily meal for Tunisian officials which ultimately makes the people of Tunisia sick with the system of administration and dictatorship of Ben Ali, that they finally were moving against and overthrew the dictator.

After the overthrow of Ben Ali, for the first time in 23 years, Muslim youths performed their prayers in congregation in the streets of the cities in Tunisia. The spirit to return and implement the Islamic Shari'ah became one of the alternatives for the Tunisian folks, especially the youths. This is of course a concern for the secular officials and former proponents of the dictator, Ben Ali.
.
The Regional Development Minister, Silvan Shalom, expressed his concern about the overthrowing of the dictatorial ruler, Ben Ali, because “This step will facilitate the movement of Islam in this country.”

The Tunisians who do not feel enough with the results of the coup against the government of that country, called for radical changes in politics. They held a mass action demanding the release of political prisoners from the jails of the dictator, Ben Ali.

Most people in Tunisia call for the establishment of an Islamic state and the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah and to ensure the consolidation of the Muslim countries. The people who marched in Tunisia shouted: “There is no other way, there is no other way, Islam is the only solution!” “With our souls, with our blood, we will sacrifice for You, O Islam!”

Standing before the Tunisian army, they addressed this kalimah to: “You in Palestine, you in Iraq, drop the chains of the rulers off your neck and fulfill your duties!” “O Muslim forces, we are ready with you, with our blood, with our souls and our children! Topple the oppressive regimes!”

An appropriate choice for the people of Tunisia is to implement the Shari’ah of Islam and establish the Islamic system of government i.e. by establishing the Khilafah of Islam. The people of Tunisia should be getting this ‘blessing’ from Allah SWT, that with the fall of the dictatorial regime of Ben Ali, they could make use of this precious moment and not be fooled by the gentle persuasion and deceptions of satan which offers the poison of democracy.

A Mujahid had told us a valuable experience in the struggle:

“We are busy with military combats, success is forged on the sincere souls, and we managed to revive the love of dying shaheed. But we forgot to think of power (politics). Because we do not embrace it wholeheartedly. We still view politics as a filthy thing. The result? We are successful in changing the direction of the wind of victory with very invaluable sacrifices, until upon approaching the last chapter, when victory is ready to be plucked, the enemies are opening the fires of “mercy” at us – thus was the vocabulary that they usually use in order to tame us.”

The fact is, until now it is still not known where the Tunisian revolution would gear toward. The situation is still uncertain. At this time, Prime Minister Mohammad Ghannouchi who serves the interim government promised to immediately held an election which will replace the presidential system with a parliamentary system. Of course this promise was just a lie which will not bring about meaningful impacts of change. Because the change of the regime and its system is still in the corridor of the system of democracy which is anti-Islamic Shari’ah.

The change of a regime or dictator in a country is not a sure guarantee for a change in life in that country. Experience has proven that the change of a regime without being followed up by a comprehensive change in the system of life would not bring any change whatsoever. Not to mention the sweet promises of changes and reformation which are always shouted out by the enemies of Islam, who are not prepared for the Islam Shari’ah and Khilafah to be applied as the only system which regulates the life of the Islamic society. In the end, it is democracy which is always offered as the best alternative for a change. Whereas, democracy is a very deadly venomous poison for the Islamic ummah who are longing for the return of the Islamic Shari’ah in the entire aspects of life. For that, there is no other alternative, and there is no other system for the Islamic ummah anywhere except to reapply the Islamic Shari’ah in kaafah (in its entirety) in the frame of Islamic Khilafah.

Khilafah, Ready To Lead The World

From Nu’man bin Basyir from Hudzaifah bin Yaman radliallahu ‘anhu, he said that Rasulullah sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:

“The Prophethood will remain among you for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will lift it when He wishes to, then it will be a Khilafah Rashidah on the method of the Prophethood (KHILAFAH ‘ALAA MINHAJIN NUBUWWAH), it will remain for as long as Allah wills, then Allah will lift it if He wishes, then it will be a hereditary leadership (MULKAN ADLON) which will remain for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if he wishes, then it will be a tyrannical rule (MULKAN JABARIYYAH), and it will remain so for as long as Allah wills, then He will lift it if He wishes, then it will be a Khilafah on the method of the Prophethood (KHILAFAH ‘ALAA MINHAJIN NUBUWWAH), then he kept silent.” (H.R. Ahmad and Al Baihaqi. Mishkatul Masabih: Bab Al-Indzar wa Tahdzir, Al-Maktabah Ar-Rahimiah, Delhi, India. Page 461. Musnad Ahmad, juz 4, page 273).

The news from Prophet SAW above becomes a glad tiding for the Muslims today. The time or era of the Khilafah (Islamic state system) which follows in the footsteps of prophethood will soon be starting after the collapse of the era of ‘mulkan jabariyah’ or the era of the arrogant (cruel) kings alias dictators.

The phenomena of the Tunisian revolution, followed by the Egyptian and beyond, could be a mark of the truth of the hadith which is believed as the phases of history of the Islamic ummah’s decline and revival. After the collapse of the last Islamic Khilafah in Turkey, 3rd March 1924, the Muslims entered the bad periods in its history. The system of Islamic Khilafah was toppled by ‘dajjal’ Mustafa Kemal At-Tatruk, giving birth to the secular system and which gave birth to dictatorial leaders all over the countries of Muslims. It was at that time that the period of “mulkan adlon” ended and the period of “mulkan jabariyyah” alias the dictators was started. These dictators, under the pressure of the West, used the system of secular democracy with elections, as the jargon of freedom and change.

Now the ummah realizes how cruel their kings and leaders, the dictators, are. The system of secular democracy also turned out to be only a promise for the winds of paradise without any reality at all. The living condition which is sunken due to applying the system and ideology of kufr democracy ultimately raises the awareness and wind of change in all countries of the Muslims. The Tunisian revolution becomes a trigger, and an inspiration at the same time.

Based on the good news from Prophet SAW, in the haidth about the history of the Islamic ummah, then the collapse of the cruel dictators marks the beginning of the emergence of a system of Islamic Khilafah and the reimplementation of the Islamic Shari’ah in all aspects of life.

The ummah is also longing for the emergence of Al-Mahdi, the figure of a Khalifah who would emerge after the expiration of the period of “mulkan jabbariyah” or cruel dictators. The collapse of Ben Ali and Hosni Mubarak, and followed by the other dictators insha Allah, becomes a sign of the nearness of that period promised by Rasulullah SAW, about the emergence of Khilafah Islamiyah based on the method of prophethood. The Tunisian revolution could be an introduction to the promised advent of that period, where the Islamic ummah and in fact the entire people of the world will live in peace, prosperity and mercy. Therefore, be prepared O Muslimeen to receive the return of the Khilafah Islamiyah to lead the world!

Ustadz Abu Jibriel: Despite Continuous Pressure, Islamic Movements Will Never Be Extinguished

.
JAKARTA – The condition of today's Islamic movements is akin to “being shy of living and reluctant of dying” (a proverb denoting miserable life such as being poor or always in sickness - ed). Various pressures are pursued by the tyrannical rulers to weaken by all means the activists of Islamic movements, from giving stigmatization, throwing into prison, to hunting down which claim lives, to the point of creating a shock in the movements.

This was revealed by the Vice Amir of the Majelis Mujahideen, Ustadz Abu Muhammad Jibriel Abdur Rahman, in the Mudzakarah Ilmiyah, “The Future of Islamic Movements in Indonesia” at Masjid Fathullah, Jakarta, last Sunday. Other speakers at the event moderated by Ahmad Widiarto from voa-islam.com, among others were Fauzan Al-Ansari (former manager of Majelis Mujahideen) and DR Amir Mahmud, S.Sos, M.Ag (a Lecturer at Muhammadiyah University, Solo).

“Regardless of how the pressure and attacks come from the various directions, they could not quell the fighting spirit of the activists in the Islamic movements. History has proven, the stronger the pressure, the more widespread and solid the Islamic the movements are. Trying to seek and connect the strings of aqeedah, as well as shari'ah which earlier was disconnected between the tandzims, and which had been in disorder caused by the wicked thaghut power,” Ustadz Abu Jibriel explained.

It's no longer a secret, the current ideology of the Islamic movement is heavily castrated. The legal tools which are created by the environment of democracy such as the Law on Terrorism, Law on Violence and Anarchism, etc. become stumbling blocks for the Islamic movements. Not to mention the institutions formed by the secular rulers which are deliberately designed to suppress and extinguish the activities of the movements, starting from the Anti-Terror Desk, Densus 88 Team and BNPT.

Not only that, the propaganda tools (mass media) played by the operators of democracy, often have the strong support and capital strength from among the kafir dan munafiq, especially in terms of funding. Through the mass media, whether it be the print or electronic media, the laypeople are manipulated and influenced with legal facts which are not clear and in which the truth has not been proven, so that they tend to follow their wishes in dealing with the movement of the Islamic activists.

As is known, the enemies of Islam always come up with new terminologies in order to extinguish the activities of the entire Islamic ideological movements. The terminologies are such as “fundamentalist”, “terrorist”, “anarchist”, “promoting of violence”, “radicalism” and other things that contain negative connotations.

Ustadz Abu Jibriel reminded so that the activists know how to differentiate between a friend and an foe. “To find out which are friends and which are opponents, the Islamic movement activists need to know, who the real enemies of Islam are, be they the internal or external enemies,” he explained.

After knowing who the confronted enemies are, the Islamic activists must also know the strategies undertaken by the enemies in inhibiting the speed of the Islamic movements. Because the enemies of Islam had gone to great lengths to generate new movements by bringing about the ideology of liberalism to create confusion in the understanding of religion in the society. They also make the interpretation of religion according to the will of their carnal desires and the corrupted condition of the society. “In fact it is not uncommon for its bearers to come from the circles of academicians who have earned many academic titles from the countries of the invaders which sponsor misguided sects or movements,” he explained.

Another strategy of the enemies of the Islamic movement are by preserving and protecting the astray sects that operate in the name Islam and Human Rights, for the purpose of dividing the unity of the ummah. With the support from the munafiqun, the kafir want to make mischief among Muslims. The strategy which became their flagship is the politic of devide et impera (pitting one against another) like in the era of the Dutch colonial.

Next, the enemies of Islam also came up with the takfir movement to divide Muslims through the secular government intelligence services. Their target? So that fellow Muslims would mutually declare each other kafir.

No less important, the Islamic movement activists should also know the habits of the enemies in weakening and destroying the Islamic movements, namely preventing people from getting to know the real teachings of Islam, spreading false news in the mass media which are under their control, mobilizing the entire strength to inflame the resistance against the teachings of Islam, organizing maneuvers of apostasy by exploiting the weakness of the secular law system which is full of deceptions, always causing trouble among Muslims when they are in power, terrorizing the Muslims who carry out the activities of the Islamic movements in a consistent way, shutting down the financial sources of the Islamic movements.

Not only that, another habit of the enemies of Islam is by inserting the kafir and munafiq people in strategic positions in strategic institutions, starting from the RT/RW (Neighborhood Association), Village Head, Subdistrict Head, Regent, Governor, Minister and other strategic positions. Including, presentation of awards to them in the form of scholarships to the santris (students at a Muslim school), journalists, academicians, and even to notable Islamic figures.

Egypt and The Dar Al-‘Adl

.
“Irhal!” so the text said, printed on the banner which stood out among the crowd of thousands of human beings who packed the Tahrir Square in Cairo, Egypt. The meaning is “Go!” or “Depart!”. Yes, Mubarak is just one of the rulers who is unlucky because of having to end his regime in a not-so-good way, but through the insistence of hatred. In a hadith of Rasul, it was said that the worst leader is he who hates you and you also hate him.

The incidents of the past two weeks, dubbed by the media as the “Egypt Revolution”, put a question mark on our minds: How should the people and the rulers who are in dispute be positioned in the perspective of Islam? Should any unjust ruler be protested by the masses in their millions to urge him to resign? Is there a bridge between the people who are oppressed and the rulers who are tyrannical?

In the past, Egypt was actually a historical artefact which can answer it. Long after the era of Fir’aun, there was the popular story about a Sahabah of Rasul SAW, ‘Amr bin Ash who was appointed to serve as a waliyul amr (governor) in the country of Misr (the original name of Egypt, unlike the title now, which is rooted from the word Qibty, the name of a Christian sect in Misr). A Jew then complained to Khalifah Umar bin Khathab in the capital i.e. Madinah, about the unthoughtfulness of the wali when his cabin house was going to be flattened.

The Khalifah immediately responded to the complaint by sending bin Ash a bone which was streaked with the blade of a sword. A warning! Whereas, bin Ash is a great Sahabah, beside being a companion in arms of Umar. But that is justice. In a hadith which is the riwaayah of Abu Dawud, Rasulullah SAW said, “two parties that are in dispute must be seated before the judge.” Meaning, equality before the law.

Be it the rulers or the people, they must be seated together before the law without any favouritism on any one of them. Like what happened in the hearing of Ali bin Abi Thalib against a Jew who took his armor. The judge who was a Muslim rather pronounced the Jew a winner as Ali did not have any strong evidence that the battle outfit was his. Whereas, Ali at that time was a Khalifah, and everyone knew him as one of the closest Sahabahs of Rasulullah SAW.

Therefore, a disputes between the common people and the ruler, when the ruler is violating the people's rights, requires a judge or the judicature which lowers the position of the ruler down to the level of the common people. In the Islamic system of governance, the judicial institution that handles the disputes between the people and the rulers is called Mahkamah Madzalim. The judge is called Qadhi Madzalim.

The court is charged with the investigation if there is any violation of the Shari'ah law, violation of the rights of the people or tyranny against the people, committed by the rulers. It is entitled to prosecute the ruler, even to the extent of deposing the ruler. So there is no need to mobilize the masses in cornucopia to the streets, let alone turning to bloodshed among Muslims. The Mahkamah Madzalim is a bridge between the people who are oppressed and the rulers who are oppressive.

At the time of the sultans in Egypt, the Mahkamah Madzalim is named as Dar Al-‘Adl, which literally means “The House of Justice.” In it, sat the representatives of the sultan, as well as the qadhis (judges) and fuqahas (legal experts). Al-Muqrizi in the book “As-Suluk ila Ma’rifah Duwal Al-Muluk” mentioned that Sultan Malik as-Salih Ayyub appointed some representatives in the Dar Al-‘Adl to eradicate tyranny.

Today, the people have no place to complain of injustices. The Representative Institutions that should represent the people instead becomes a part of the injustices. There is no place for the unemployed to complain, and the children whose rights for education are neglected, the poor of the outskirts whose rights are retained and flowed into the coffers of the handful of aristocrats and “the likes of Gayus”. There is no House of Justice for them, a place where they can stand as tall as their rulers.

Therefore, the street is the only one that will listen to their complaints. Will the streets provide them justice? []

Egypt And The Yaumul Ghadhab

.
Ahaa… I did not expect that Tahrir Square would become the epicentre for the people of Egypt to wreak their anger. Therein lay the mummies of Fir’aun, where there are 12 of them altogether. Despite having to spend 100 Pounds, the Museum in Tahrir is always packed with people. On its side, stretches the River Nile. It is usual for the worshippers of shahwat to dine while watching the belly dancing on board the ship that doubles as a floating restaurant. For those who are not used to it, Sufi dance is also provided. The event of shahwat and shubhat has 100 Pounds for its tariff. That was the story told by the students as we walked down the street. For me, to be able to enjoy dinner on River Nile, enough with 3 Pounds on a traditional boat.

Yaumul Ghadhab. That's the title used by the people of Egypt to topple Hosni –ghairu- Mubarak, last January. It was said that the title had been used in Egypt for fighting against the British, as well as the French in January 1952. The resistance that inspired Gamal Abdun Nasr to nationalize the Suez Canal at that time. But the Yaumul Ghadhab this time is obviously different. This is the day of the people's anger against the tyrant regime of American and Israeli agents. The Yaumul Gadhab, had also been used by Dr. Safar Hawali in his book, “The Day Of Anger, Will It Start From The Rajab Intifadhah.” The former dean of the Ummul Qura Aqidah University describes the prediction of the Israeli destruction from the perspective of the Torah and Gospel. God will be angry at the time when Israel is at the peak of her evil (rijsah kharab).

I prefer to relate the Yaumul Ghadhab in Egypt with the sign of the destruction of Israel. Despite not having sufficient precondition, at least I am trying to foster hope and entertain myself. Because Israel can not be separated from Egypt. Egypt is too strategic for Israel. The public understand, all these while the regime in Egypt lived by whoring upon America-Israel. Egypt became the first Arab Nation which held a peace with Israel at Camp David in 1979. A naivety that made Anwar Sadat 'sentenced to death' by his subjects. While in Cairo, the staff of the political attache had told me that Egypt has been receiving gratuities from America in the amount of $ US 1.5 Billions/year. Each of the 1.2 B and 300 millions is in the form of military aids and for the economy respectively. That is an amount of money which is not small. So don't be surprise if in the case of Gaza for example, the attitude of the Egyptian government is more Israeli than the Israelis.

Within their own country itself, the regime of Hosni is known to be very authoritarian . A friend who works at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Cairo once told me while sending me off to the airport, ‘Do you remember the era of Suharto? The regime here is twice more authoritarian.’ This is consistent with the popular expression among university students that ‘even the walls could talk’; a form of depiction of how Egypt is a Nation of Intelligence. Mabahits (intel) were deployed in every corner of the alley; becoming street sweepers, bawwab (caretakers of flats), in fact even university students. They feel the need to monitor down to the snorting breath, in fact even –sorry to say- to the fart sounds of their countrymen. The people are terrorized. It is no surprise if the hatred against the regime of Hosni is so deep-rooted, to the extent that if the traffics are congested, the drivers would yell: ‘This is all because of Hosni’. The rampant corruption makes the people not prosperous, not enough salary and unemployment is everywhere. The number of old bachelors who are unable to marry grows.

So the fuel of hatred was already there. The requisite for a revolution has been at the ready. There is Egypt as a minion of Israel, the repressive attitude of Hosni, and the hungry bellies of the people. All became the factors which are interrelated and enhancing each other. Like a gas stove, the gas and the tubes are already there, what's absent so far is the 'igniter'. The jihadist group normally call it miftah siraa’ (the trigger of conflict). This 'sacred' keyword lately has been mentioned many times by the jihad ideologues. They assessed that the action of the jihadist movement all these time has been more of a 'one-sided action' which are not supported by the society due to the failure in presenting a ‘trigger’.

And the people of Egypt have obtained that ‘prime miftah’; inspired by the people of Tunisia who managed to overthrow their ruler. We hope the other Arab countries would follow suit soon. Because the henchmen of America is not only Egypt but also the other Arab rulers. Yemen is in chaos. So is Jordan. Saudi is on guard. Hammam Said, Jordan's opposition figures even said, ‘The Egypt Revolution would spread to the entire Middle East and the Arab people will topple the Arab tyrants who are in alliance with America.’

Suddenly I remember the ‘masterplan of Al-Qaeda’. That Jordanian journalist named Fuad Hussain was lucky. He managed to build a correspondence with the prominent figures in the calibre of Saiful Adl, Al-Maqdisy and other famous figures. The result is a book ‘Az-Zarqawi, Al-Jail Ats-Tsani..’, in the final chapter, he describes the seven phases of planning by Al-Qaeda. If referring to the written periodization, we are now entering a 4th phase named ‘Restoration’. This phase was begun in 2010 and it would go on until 2013. The focus is to depose the rulers of the Arab countries. The planners of Al-Qaeda believe that the affair of the leaders of the Arab countries with America would destroy the supports from their people. In the calculation of Al-Qaeda, the weakness of the Arab rulers, accompanied by the development of jihadi networks in a significant way, plus the expansion of areas of conflict; all those will complicate America in helping her allies. The puppet rulers without the help of their master will be weak.

It is too early to link the ‘masterplan of Al-Qaeda’ with the recent 'upheavals' in the Middle East. What happens today is the people's resistance versus the regime; not a certain party or a certain camp. There is no indication that the ‘hands’of Al-Qaeda are at play yet. What's there is only a slice of connection between the ‘masterplan of Al-Qaeda’ and the ‘wish of the Arab people’. This would certainly become a unique meeting point. There are still a lot of heavy homework for the people of Egypt involving the authorities post-Hosni, as well as the direction of changes which by the naked eye is still in the frame nationalism. The candidates that begin to appear have not been ideal. Especially if the one appearing is Omar Sulaiman, the former Chairman of the Intelligence. This General who is the upbringing of America is obviously the main agent of Israel. We hope there will be a new wind in Egypt. We hope Egypt will find a leader who is independent and not wanting to be dictated by America. And may the Gaza blockade be immediately ended and Al-Quds could be retaken.
