Tony Blair's Sister-In-Law - A Human Rights Campaigner And Muslim Convert - Says The Former British PM Should Be Tried For Iraq War Crimes

Lauren Booth, the half-sister of Blair's barrister wife Cherie, is in Malaysia for lectures organised by Viva Palestina, a British-based group associated with controversial politician George Galloway.
Asked whether Blair should be arrested and sent to the International Court of Justice in The Hague for war crimes, Booth replied: "Absolutely. He misled the British people and took Britain to war on a lie."
The conflict in Iraq was "an offence", she told reporters after a speech at a Malaysian university, saying it was organised well in advance between Blair and the United States leadership.
Booth has been a vocal opponent of the war in Iraq and a supporter of the Palestinian cause, and in 2008 travelled with other activists to Gaza by ship to protest against Israel's blockade of the territory.
The 43-year-old, who wore a black headscarf that tightly framed her face as she gave an address on "Islam from the perspective of Western women", discussed her own conversion which took place 15 weeks ago.
"My friends think I was naive and stupid, they have rubbished me so much," she said. "Really, joining Islam is not a trendy thing to do."
"Friends ask me, don't you miss going to the pub?"
But she defended her decision, which came after a trip to Iran in September 2010, and said that perceptions about Muslim women were incorrect.
"I sat down in the mosque in Iran, there was such tranquillity. I had the compulsion to pray and from then on I knew I was a Muslim," she said.
"Muslim women are not oppressed, it is Western women who are oppressed ... Western women are bored, lonely and oppressed."
Blair recently testified at Britain's Iraq war inquiry, expressing regret at the death toll from the 2003 conflict and addressing the condemnation he faced following his first hearing last January when he said he had "no regret" about removing Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

Allah Almighty creates a reason for everything, whether for the existence or continuation of something or for its non-existence or disappearance. The Almighty is He who causes effects. When He wants to bring something into existence or remove it, He appoints a cause or causes for that. Two decades ago, the world witnessed, with the permission of Allah SwT; the world, and most especially the Islamic peoples, the salvation of the world from the great evil; the evil of the Soviets, who wanted to spread their control over the earth. To achieve this goal they attacked a country which had been crowned more than once with the medal of heroism in breaking tyrants, conquering the haughty and expelling evil transgressors. Their doom was sealed when they chose to attack this country.
To wit, they destroyed themselves! Yes, this great event confused the entire world which did not expect this occurrence, because this country did not have to its credit great discoveries, inventions and technologies. Yet, Allah SwT willed to make the sacrifices of this proud and zealous people the cause for the liberation of dozens of countries occupied by that tyrant. Additionally, it became a cause for removing their occupation of other Muslim lands, especially those countries neighboring Afghanistan. More important than all of this is that America – which has committed the same crime as the Soviets against this proud and zealous people – was itself saved by virtue of the Jihad of the Afghans – from those misfortunes which were expected to befall it – as if Allah SwT desired for those misfortunes to later befall it at the hands of the Afghans themselves and they therefore decided to stand by the side of Afghan Muslims, not because they loved the Afghans and the Muslims or because they wished them well. Rather, they sought after their own self-interest. It was therefore reasonable for the world to thank the Afghans.
Yet, unfortunately, they were ungrateful for the favor with an ingratitude that never occurs to anyone’s mind! After the defeat of the Russians, who left dragging their tails in shame and failure, some of those countries, which Allah had fated to continue to exist by virtue of the Jihad of the Afghans, toyed with the accomplishments of that great people. Indeed, they had a main role in creating problems and afflictions never before witnessed in the history of the country.
Today, the same tragedy is being replayed, but at the hands of another tyrant. Shaytan has enticed this (tyrant) into attacking that people who were the reason he still existed on the face of the earth, forgetting that favor that deserved thanks and a good turn; and not ingratitude and ungraciousness. Indeed, Allah SwT has here ordained the same fate He ordained for the Soviet attack on Afghanistan, which is the salvation of the world and especially the Islamic world from the grip of a tyrannical transgressor.
America wanted, as did its contemporary Soviet Union, to extend its control effectively over the entire world, and re-make it in its own image. Its wealth and its power seduced it into dreaming this dream but achieving this disgraceful dream was completely unreasonable – it is a morass from which it will be happy to escape half alive! Thus, we see today that America has retreated from all its goals - and more - for the sake of which it plunged into the unjust war, the certitude of which was a matter on which no two disagreed! Neither has it been able to take hold of the matter they thought they had a grip on from one day to the next, nor to obtain a guarantee for the security of its people! Rather their terror increases day after day and now it (America) wants to retain its self-respect and nothing more – and this is its great victory, but will it be able to do even that? They are like one who has attacked a person unjustly. When that person grabs them and shakes them, they say to him: “leave me alone and I will leave you alone!”
It is impossible for it now to be seduced by its dream of arrogance, aggrandizement and tyranny, or to spread its influence in the lands of others, or extend its control there. Rather its most pressing concern is to preserve what its forefathers gained!
Because of this the entire world and especially the Islamic world is indebted to the Afghan Jihad. Because of this Jihad, the snake has become preoccupied with itself rather than thinking about swallowing them. When Afghanistan has become a thorn in its throat it cannot advance and cannot return back!
The world has been saved from American aggression and barbarism in all fields: political, economic and security. America had wanted to spread its influence in Eurasia, half of which includes the Islamic countries, then extend their political and economic control over them, and take their affairs firmly in hand. If they were able to do that, then no one on the other continents could stand and face them. But Allah desired other than what America desired. If they had been able – Allah forbid – to realize their initial goals then subsequently it would have been very easy to swallow and digest the Islamic world. This was a turn of events for which it waited impatiently and for which sake it spared no expense. But through the grace of Allah first and then through the sacrifices of that proud and zealous people, it was not able to realize its dream. Rather, the entire Islamic Ummah was saved from those plots which those iniquitous hands wove in the world of fantasy.
Among the most prominent gains made by the Afghan Jihad for the Islamic Ummah which can be indicated here is the protection of the Holy Quran from fire and abuse, four months ago at the hands of a lunatic American: that vile minister who intended to burn a copy of the Glorious Quran in revenge for the events of September 11. Yes, what happened there with that idiotic man was not personal or unique to him, rather it was the voice of many of them and evidence was that they did not refrain from committing that crime out of respect for the sacred things of others or for human dignity! Rather, it was to preserve their bravado and prestige by protecting the lives of their soldiers deployed on the field of battle and to be precise; to avoid receiving the combat strikes of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate! Which they were certain to receive if they did not take that crazy man into their foolish hands! The commander in chief of the NATO Alliance, David Petraeus and others warned of the consequences of that action and stated that it would cause calamities for their soldiers present in Afghanistan. The lunatic minister therefore had to reconsider his plan and back down. He in his turn was more concerned with the defeat of his co-religionists and kinsmen, than in venting his anger against Muslims by burning the Noble Quran as if he considered – if the expression is apt – that the cost of this heinous act would outweigh its benefit. Here we must draw attention to certain points:
1. There are no doubt in the Islamic Ummah has many ideological, political and religious parties; and there are undoubtedly in Islamic countries (many) regimes that rule them – and there are more than 50 governments! But neither America or NATO or its commander in chief were troubled and they did not say that (these) regimes and rulers of Islamic countries or their varied and diverse parties and movements would cause problems for America or weaken it if that great crime were committed! For one reason: they had cast Jihad behind their backs!
2. Then why do the Americans fear the Mujahideen? What that commander stated means that those different parties and diverse movements in their great number and those governments armed to the teeth with even nuclear weapons(!) did not and will not be considered to constitute a threat to them! There is therefore no need to warn against them! As if they understood well that the Mujahideen were those who would avenge their sacred things. This is a matter that truly conforms to reality and fact. This is the reason behind infidel attacks launched against Jihad and its people over the course of time in all corners of the earth and in all rounds they struggle, and especially in this modern era. They are convinced that Jihad is the apex of the pinnacle of Islam, as was said by that leader of the Mujahideen, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (SAW). Meaning Islam is protected by Jihad only! The enemy is therefore terrified of Jihad and the Mujahideen, and tries with all the capabilities he possesses to mar the image of Jihad and the Mujahideen one way or another.
3. The commander’s statement that the burning of the Noble Quran would cause problems for his soldiers in Afghanistan only(!) - although Jihad continues through the grace of Allah SwT in other countries as well – indicates that the occupiers have learned through living in the hills and rugged mountains of Afghanistan over the past nine years; the message that the soldiers of the Islamic Emirate are at the forefront of the legacy of Islam, they are its most honorable and worthy men in the modern age. They are therefore careful of them, and try to deceive them with great deceptions and lay traps for them by other methods. Even though the Emirate does not posses the means and weapons of terror and fright, and weapons that would penetrate to the hearts of the enemy, Allah has placed terror in their hearts; terror because the Mujahideen follow in the steps of the Sayyid al-Mursaleen, (SAW) who said, as narrated by Bukhari in his Sahih:
“I had been given five things which were not given to anyone else before me. Allah made me victorious through awe for the distance of one month’s journey...”.
Today the world witnesses with its own eyes the truth of this Hadith as a palpable reality. America with all the armies and technology in its possession is frightened of a small group that cannot be compare with it in terms of means and equipment in any field or situation!
4. The thinking of the occupiers has changed towards the Emirate. They used to assume that officials and leadership of the Emirate took matters simply and naively, and they were merely seekers of religious knowledge, knowing nothing or very little of the politics of the world. It was therefore easy to dupe or play with them! But now, after tasting the bitterness of the war into which they plunged unjustly and aggressively, and after adopting a policy of shock and awe more than once, they understand that those of whom they thought so little are men! These men have stood in their face as an impassable barrier when those who thought they were brave and heroic surrendered. They were singing the praises of our Lord when all tongues were praising America.
In sum, the entire world, but especially the Islamic world and the countries neighboring Afghanistan, must thank Afghanistan for this great and historic accomplishment in helping them strike an enemy which was harming them more than it was harming the Islamic Emirate, and for extending to them aid in establishing an Islamic regime. Because establishing a strong Islamic regime in Afghanistan is to the interest of all. If Afghanistan is the bridge joining the world’s economy to Central Asia, and is indisputably the heart of Asia, then the well-being of the body (depends upon) the well-being of the heart. While the heart is sound, the body enjoys rest and ease. When the heart is fretful and disturbed, then undoubtedly the rest of the parts of the body does not enjoy tranquility and ease.
To conclude, it is worth pointing out that the peoples of the Islamic Ummah played an important role in the past Jihad of the Afghans, and that is still the case today. For this they must undoubtedly be thanked.

Democracy, A Religion?

Democracy is a catchword that becomes a controversy for all Islamic activists today, diverse interpretations of democracy are being served like a meal, but in essence all Islamic activists agreed on one thing about democracy, that democracy is the product of the kafir and thus contrary to the Islamic law. There are a few people who claim that democracy is a shura like in Islam, but this is also invalidated. The presence of some similarities on systems that are incompatible does not mean that the systems are alike. One side of good may not be able to justify that all sides are good, let alone a system that is very incompatible to human beings.
However, to this day there is still a group of people who refuse to budge from the view that democracy is not a religion but a vehicle for heading towards a civil society or heading towards a society with the Shari'ah of Islam. So is it true that democracy is a religion? Let us prove with the daleels from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
Democracy Is A Religion
In the daleels of the Qura’an and Sunnah, or the books of the ulama's of Ahlus-Sunnah, yes, the word democracy has never been mentioned explicitly because at the time of Rasulullah SAW or in the old days, this word had never been known or was still foreign, but this does not fool us and make us fall into the trap.
In understanding democracy, we should go back to the fundamental subject of one's Islam, namely iman. Iman is a pledge that makes a person being called Muslim and that makes him different from the people who disbelieve (kafir) although they are practising good deeds in the eyes of the world, without iman all those do not mean anything.
And the basis of one's faith (iman) is like what Allah SWT says in the Holy Qur’an:
“And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (QS. Adz-Dzriyaat: 56)
“And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], 'Worship Allah and avoid Thaghut.'” (QS. An-Nahl: 36)
“The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Thaghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it.” (QS. Al-Baqarah : 256)
“But those who have avoided Thaghut, lest they worship it, and turned back to Allah - for them are good tidings. So give good tidings to My servants.” (QS. Az-Zumar: 17)
The above verses are the commands of Allah to mankind after they have iman, to keep away from all kinds of obedience and submission to others besides Allah SWT which in the Qur’an is called Thaghut. So one's iman is not valid before they deny (to be kafir toward) and be free of all the millah, manhaj and aqeedah of others besides Islam.
Included in the category of thaghut is every one who positions himself as a musharri' (legislation and law maker) along with Allah, whether he is a leader or a common citizen, a people's representatives in the legislature or the people whom he represents from among those who elected him (in the general elections), because with that deed, he has exceeded the limit which Allah SAW created for him, because he is created as a slave of Allah, and his Lord orders him to surrender submissively to His Shari'ah, but he is reluctant, and he becomes arrogant instead and oversteps the limits which Allah SWT has set, he on the other hand wants to make himself as a match for Allah and affiliate with Him in the authority of tashri' (establishment of law and legislation), whereas it should not be turned to any other except to Allah SWT and for anyone who does that, then he has made himself as ilaah musharri' (God the lawmaker), while it cannot be doubted anymore that for such a person, he is a part of the ru'uusuth thawaghiit (frontmen of thaghut) where one's Tawheed and Islam is not valid until he is kafir towards that thaghut, avoiding it, as well as bara'ah (be free) from its worshippers and troops.
Allah SWT says:
“They wish to refer legislation to Thaghut, while they were commanded to reject that Thaghut.” (QS. An-Nisa': 60)
Imam Mujahid rahimahullah said: “Thaghut is devil in human form, where the humans refer the laws to him, while he is taking control of them.”
Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah rahimahullah said: “On that account, one who rules by other than Kitabullah (God's Book) where he becomes the legal reference, he is called thaghut.”
Imam Ibnul Qayyim rahimahullah said: “Thaghut is anything in which the limit is exceeded by the slaves, be it the one worshipped, or followed, or obeyed, that the thaghut of every society is the people whom they make as legal reference other than Allah and His Rasul, or which they worship besides Allah, or that which they followed without any foundation of daleels from Allah, or the people whom they obeyed in matters which they do not know that it is a form of obedience to Allah”.
And he said further: “Anyone who refers the law or reports lawsuits to others in addition to what has been brought about by Rasulullah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then it means that he had been referring the law and reporting lawsuits to the thaghut.”
And among the types of thaghut worshipped besides Allah SWT today, and which becomes the obligation of every Muwahhid to be kafir towards them and be free from them, as well as from their followers so he can hold on to al 'urwatul wutsqa (the most trustworthy handhold [Luqman : 22]) and be safe the fires of hell, are the false gods and arbaab maz’um which have been made by many people as shurakaa musharri'iin (allies who make the laws and legislation) besides Allah SWT.
"Or have they other deities who have ordained for them a religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would have been concluded between them." (QS. Ash-Shuura: 21)
That's a brief explanation of democracy and why Islam is so opposed to it and threatens the perpetrators of democracy as a people who are out of Islam.
“There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, 'Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah . We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone' …” (Al-Mumtahanah: 4)
Democracy is a catchword that becomes a controversy for all Islamic activists today, diverse interpretations of democracy are being served like a meal, but in essence all Islamic activists agreed on one thing about democracy, that democracy is the product of the kafir and thus contrary to the Islamic law. There are a few people who claim that democracy is a shura like in Islam, but this is also invalidated. The presence of some similarities on systems that are incompatible does not mean that the systems are alike. One side of good may not be able to justify that all sides are good, let alone a system that is very incompatible to human beings.
However, to this day there is still a group of people who refuse to budge from the view that democracy is not a religion but a vehicle for heading towards a civil society or heading towards a society with the Shari'ah of Islam. So is it true that democracy is a religion? Let us prove with the daleels from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
Democracy Is A Religion
In the daleels of the Qura’an and Sunnah, or the books of the ulama's of Ahlus-Sunnah, yes, the word democracy has never been mentioned explicitly because at the time of Rasulullah SAW or in the old days, this word had never been known or was still foreign, but this does not fool us and make us fall into the trap.
In understanding democracy, we should go back to the fundamental subject of one's Islam, namely iman. Iman is a pledge that makes a person being called Muslim and that makes him different from the people who disbelieve (kafir) although they are practising good deeds in the eyes of the world, without iman all those do not mean anything.
And the basis of one's faith (iman) is like what Allah SWT says in the Holy Qur’an:
“And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (QS. Adz-Dzriyaat: 56)
“And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], 'Worship Allah and avoid Thaghut.'” (QS. An-Nahl: 36)
“The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Thaghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it.” (QS. Al-Baqarah : 256)
“But those who have avoided Thaghut, lest they worship it, and turned back to Allah - for them are good tidings. So give good tidings to My servants.” (QS. Az-Zumar: 17)
The above verses are the commands of Allah to mankind after they have iman, to keep away from all kinds of obedience and submission to others besides Allah SWT which in the Qur’an is called Thaghut. So one's iman is not valid before they deny (to be kafir toward) and be free of all the millah, manhaj and aqeedah of others besides Islam.
Included in the category of thaghut is every one who positions himself as a musharri' (legislation and law maker) along with Allah, whether he is a leader or a common citizen, a people's representatives in the legislature or the people whom he represents from among those who elected him (in the general elections), because with that deed, he has exceeded the limit which Allah SAW created for him, because he is created as a slave of Allah, and his Lord orders him to surrender submissively to His Shari'ah, but he is reluctant, and he becomes arrogant instead and oversteps the limits which Allah SWT has set, he on the other hand wants to make himself as a match for Allah and affiliate with Him in the authority of tashri' (establishment of law and legislation), whereas it should not be turned to any other except to Allah SWT and for anyone who does that, then he has made himself as ilaah musharri' (God the lawmaker), while it cannot be doubted anymore that for such a person, he is a part of the ru'uusuth thawaghiit (frontmen of thaghut) where one's Tawheed and Islam is not valid until he is kafir towards that thaghut, avoiding it, as well as bara'ah (be free) from its worshippers and troops.
Allah SWT says:
“They wish to refer legislation to Thaghut, while they were commanded to reject that Thaghut.” (QS. An-Nisa': 60)
Imam Mujahid rahimahullah said: “Thaghut is devil in human form, where the humans refer the laws to him, while he is taking control of them.”
Shaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyyah rahimahullah said: “On that account, one who rules by other than Kitabullah (God's Book) where he becomes the legal reference, he is called thaghut.”

Abu Bakar Ba'asyir Not Tried Soon As The Densus Are No Longer Poured With Funds By America

JAKARTA – The Team of Advocates for Abu Bakar Ba’asyir (TAABB ) paid the South Jakarta District Court a visit, on Thursday (27/1/11), demanding the release of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir whose case until now has not been delegated to the court.
The TAABB deplored the slow process of handling, as well as the transfer of case files to the court. The slow process of handling Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir's case according to TAABB is caused by the prosecutors having not obtained sufficient evidence.
Wirawan Adnan, one of the lawyers of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir said that the prosecutors are not too excited in processing the case of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir because they are no longer assisted by the Densus 88 which are no longer receiving the funding from the United States.
"The prosecutors are not able to proceed with the case of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir with a hurrah because the fund of the Densus 88 is already dry after no longer financed by the US, to make it work as other cases. This case is dry," he asserted.
Ustadz Abu Better Be Released
Besides Wirawan Adnan, another lawyer of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba'asyir who came to the District Court was Ahmad Michdan. Michdan appeared to be accompanied by two of his fellow lawyer colleagues, Mahendradatta and Made Rahmat. They were received by the Head of the South Jakarta District Court, M Yusuf.
Michdan explained that his client had been detained for five months. In such a long period, the prosecutors still could not afford to complete the files. He then claimed that his client's rights have been violated.
"This is a human right violation against our client. He is not a threat and he would not run out of the country. So he should not be detained," he explained.
"By the 10th February, Abu Bakar Ba'asyir's detention period will be over. That if hitherto he still could not be brought to justice, then he better be released," one of the members of the Team of Advocates, Achmad Michdan, said at the South Jakarta District Court, Rumbai Street, Thursday (27/1/2011).

Camellia Shehata Zakher, A Muallaf (Muslim Convert) Defended By The Mujahideen Of Iraq

Facts on Camellia Shehata Zakher
This is the true story of Camelia Shehata. Her name is Camellia Shehata Zakher, she was 25 years old , and was born in one of the upper Egypt cities (AL MENIA) and raised as a Christian. She married after finishing her college degree in science to a priest named Tadros Samaan.
She was working as a science teacher in the same town where her husband was living, after some time she found out about her husband's misbehavior of stealing money from the church and hiding it in a private bank account under her name so it would not be questioned.
They had a son, and when he became six months old she was introduced to Islam through dialogues with her Muslim colleagues. She became eager to know more about Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (P). She heard one Friday from the roof of the house, a sermon or khotba about the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (P). After reading about Islam and studying it she reverted to the true religion of Islam, and her colleagues made a small party for her and were witnesses for her. She began to read Qur'an and memorized four chapters of it.
At that time, she stopped breast-feeding her son because she was convinced that she will leave him to the family of the father. Camellia didn't know that she had the right to take her son as it was told later by Abu Yahya, and was ready to take actions in court to have custody over him. Of course her family knew about her accepting Islam; and they were fighting her by all means and since the day that she declared her testimony of faith, and for the next year and a half her husband was not allowed to touch her.
On 17th of July 2010, she made up her mind and went to the bank to cash the money that her husband was stealing from the church and hiding it in a her bank account. She went back home, left the money which was thirty five thousand Egyptian pounds, kissed her child for goodbye,took some clothes and left for Al-Azhar. She heard about a man who could help her in preparing the documents so she could get her certificate of being a muslima done in Al-Azhar... his name is Moftah Mohamed and called Abu Yahya
Before she reached Abu Yahya by phone after leaving home, the security forces called him many times asking him if Camellia was with him. He was known in the region by the security forces as a person who helps people to revert to Islam and tests them if their reversion to Islam is true or only based on a romantic story with a Muslim or some other domestic reason. The security forces insisted that if she contacts Abu Yahya he must call them immediately. At the same time her husband gathered many Christians to demonstrate pretending that she was kidnapped by Muslims.
Abu Yahya searched the net about her story and found out that the Christians were saying that she was kidnapped and that she was a wife of a priest. After the night prayers Abu Mahmud from Almenya a friend of Abu Yahya was with Camellia and they were invited to come and see if he can help in this case as he had done with others in the past. He welcomed her to his house and Abu Mahmud wanted to be sure about her case so she was asked some questions to be sure that she accepted Islam by her own choice. In the meeting she declared to Abu Yahya that she needed to pray first and that she was a Muslima for a year and a half and has separated in practice from her husband since then. She told him that she wants to declare Islam officially, and she even recited to him “Sourt Qaf” fully with the correct way of reciting, and she said that she had with her two thousand pounds in order to perform Ummrah in Ramadan to realize the dream of visiting the Holy Masjid (mosque).
Abu Yahya realized that she was serious and during all the talk she insisted that she was a Muslima for a year and a half. She was wearing the niqab and whenever he would leave the room and come back he found her praising Allah swt or making supplications. Abu Yahya advised her at the end to call her mother so she will not be worried and she promised to do it and then phoned the officer of security but couldn't have a clear connection until later. The officer promised to call back.
In the morning on their way to complete the documentation needed to declare Islam at Al-Azhar Abu Yahya was with Abu Mahmud escorting Camilla to Al-Azhar mosque at the noon prayer time. They performed prayers and went to the office inside Al-Azhar. The employee in charge of dealing with reverts was given the necessary documents to begin the procedure. The document was signed by Camellia and the witnesses but he stopped when he took from drawer small cards with names and saw the name of Camellia among them. He asked her, "Are you Camellia, 25 years old, teacher of science?" By hearing the affirmative answer he brought forth a paper from the drawer of the Bureau and said that Camellia must come back tomorrow because she must be tested by some priests to be sure that she left Christianity and left the room for a few moments. Abu Yahya saw the name of Camellia on the small paper and some information about her. A few minutes later, the employee returned with a changed behavior and told them that Sheikh Saeed, who had the seal to conclude the procedure is not in Al-Azhar (it was after salat a Zuhr noon prayer) and took the seal with him and will not be able to end the procedures that day and they had to come back the next day.
Abu Yahya noticed the sudden change and confusion clearly evident on the face of the employee who went quickly to the office and then to his home.
The National Security Officer called Abu Yahya and asked him about the presence of Camellia and what actions would be taken in case they went to Al-Azhar. Since there wouldn’t be any contact between him and Abu Yahya all day, the officer asked Abu Yahya not to change his location unless there were direct orders from him or he must ask permission in case he wanted to leave his location because ten buses full of Christians were traveling from Almenya to Al-Azhar which meant trouble was on the way.
At twelve o'clock on Thursday, the National Security officer called Abu Yahya asked him to go immediately to Al-Azhar to finish the procedures thinking that by stopping the buses to go from Almenya there would be no trouble but they were other Christians informed about the case from the church.
The presence of priests around and inside Al-Azhar was abnormal for every Muslim who is familiar with the institution of Al-Azhar. They asked everyone with the help of the police security about who enters Al-Azhar and requried his identity card. Abu Muhammad and Abu Yahya were suspicious and left Camellia near the car and went to Al-Azhar to prevent any trouble and since she was with the niqab and no one will recognize her. Then they were approached by a priest with a civil policeman and asked them for their IDs. Abu Muhammad refused to present his ID to them since they are Christians and have no authority in Al-Azhar. Inside Al-Azhar, he was approached by an employee asking them if they are from Almenya with al-shahada case, if so it was better to leave Al- Azhar because they were searching for them and they would be arrested .
Abu Yahya said: At that time I felt that something was wrong, also Camellia noticed some individuals pointing to us, so I hurried up and took a taxi and left the keys of the car with the witness Abu Muhammad. I took her to the office of the company where I work, we stayed there for sometime, my mobile phone battery went dead and when I reached the office I opened it and found out that the National Security officer called and sent me a message to call back so I called. He told me to take care of her and asked me where I was, I told him I will reach home soon but he insisted that we must go back to Al-Azhar and continue with the proceedings.
I was very worried then and decided that I will not follow these orders and I took Camellia to my home and so I went to my car which was brought by Abu Muhammad. We were accompanied with the lawyer of the company since he was on my way home.
Inside the car, she asked the lawyer at that time to help her raise a case against her husband for the custody for her child if possible. Meanwhile, we were on Kasser El Nile Bridge and suddenly we were surprised by a group attacking the car and one of them screaming: You are busted Sheikh Moftahy. I thought they were Christians trying to kidnap her and I fought them since they called Camellia the worst names, which increased my conviction that they were Christians. Still, I was confused untill I heard a voice from a radio saying: "strike them until they faint" and then I knew they were National Security.
They grabbed me out of the car and so they did with sister Camellia while she was screaming: "why are you doing this... leave me... I am a Muslim... God won’t leave you... Fear God … don’t you have passion inside you... don’t you have mercy?" and she kept screaming and crying and this was the last time I saw her.
I kept on struggling till they put me in a car and put her in another car and put a bag over my head so I could not see. I took it off when they told me that I was at the center of National Security in Nasser City but because of the amount of the blood that I lost and the wounds on my head I was taken to the hospital, the result of the beating was twenty stitches on my head and a concussion.
This is the sad and true story told by the witness Abu Yahya and until now we don't have any news about her. The church refuses to admit that Mrs. Camellia Shehata is a Muslim and she is in their prison exerting pressure on her to change her mind as well as torturing her by all means to make her return back to deny the right to choose her way on her own, on the other hand, Father Shenoda the third, declared that she was to be confined in one of the churches and won’t be allowed to be exposed to media or anything.
"… do not send them back to the disbelievers—they are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them…" (Al-Mumtahinah 60:10).
“It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error” (al-Ahzaab 33:36)
"Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe..." (Al-Baqara:221)
It is precisely this cruel treatment of Camellia Shehata, a new Muslimah, by the Christians, that drove the Mujahideen of Iraq to take the Christian people captive in the church of Baghdad. They demanded the immediate release of Camellia Shehata or the Christians in Iraq will continue to become the target of attacks.
The Mujahideen are doing what true Muslims should be doing, in the way taught by the Prophet the Sahabahs. If we are able to free the prisoners through a particular way then it becomes obligatory upon us to take that course. This is what the jurists did and said: “It is compulsory upon us to even wage war in order to release the Muslim captives, if we are in a position to wage war.”

I was very worried then and decided that I will not follow these orders and I took Camellia to my home and so I went to my car which was brought by Abu Muhammad. We were accompanied with the lawyer of the company since he was on my way home.
Inside the car, she asked the lawyer at that time to help her raise a case against her husband for the custody for her child if possible. Meanwhile, we were on Kasser El Nile Bridge and suddenly we were surprised by a group attacking the car and one of them screaming: You are busted Sheikh Moftahy. I thought they were Christians trying to kidnap her and I fought them since they called Camellia the worst names, which increased my conviction that they were Christians. Still, I was confused untill I heard a voice from a radio saying: "strike them until they faint" and then I knew they were National Security.
They grabbed me out of the car and so they did with sister Camellia while she was screaming: "why are you doing this... leave me... I am a Muslim... God won’t leave you... Fear God … don’t you have passion inside you... don’t you have mercy?" and she kept screaming and crying and this was the last time I saw her.
I kept on struggling till they put me in a car and put her in another car and put a bag over my head so I could not see. I took it off when they told me that I was at the center of National Security in Nasser City but because of the amount of the blood that I lost and the wounds on my head I was taken to the hospital, the result of the beating was twenty stitches on my head and a concussion.
This is the sad and true story told by the witness Abu Yahya and until now we don't have any news about her. The church refuses to admit that Mrs. Camellia Shehata is a Muslim and she is in their prison exerting pressure on her to change her mind as well as torturing her by all means to make her return back to deny the right to choose her way on her own, on the other hand, Father Shenoda the third, declared that she was to be confined in one of the churches and won’t be allowed to be exposed to media or anything.
"… do not send them back to the disbelievers—they are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them…" (Al-Mumtahinah 60:10).

It is precisely this cruel treatment of Camellia Shehata, a new Muslimah, by the Christians, that drove the Mujahideen of Iraq to take the Christian people captive in the church of Baghdad. They demanded the immediate release of Camellia Shehata or the Christians in Iraq will continue to become the target of attacks.
The Mujahideen are doing what true Muslims should be doing, in the way taught by the Prophet the Sahabahs. If we are able to free the prisoners through a particular way then it becomes obligatory upon us to take that course. This is what the jurists did and said: “It is compulsory upon us to even wage war in order to release the Muslim captives, if we are in a position to wage war.”

Every Afghan woman with a pen and a notebook will learn Pashto alphabets while staying at home. Thus, they will become literate.
Talking at an American military base in the centre of Helmand province, the American commander expressed his concern over the lack of measures in the past decade to improve condition of the Afghan women and to raise their literacy level. According to the American commander, they will make this possible now as the American Marines have already distributed thousands of China-make radio sets in Afghan villages and localities. Now the Afghan women are able to tune in to the New World and get literacy education.
As far as the notion of the American Marine commander is concerned, we do not think, the Americans will ever be able to strip the Afghan honorable and religiously-committed environ of its faith and national spirit--still less after the exposure of American debasement and clear defeats at every front, particularly they will fail to get the people in the far-flung localities to compromise on their sense of decency and honor, ostensibly under the name of modernism and progress and instead, foist on them the anti-Islamic culture of America based on nakedness and lewdness.
In the past decade, the Afghans were witness to various accounts of American sympathy and altruism with the Afghan women, children, old men and youths— in the shape of the salvoes of bullets and missiles that the American aircrafts, helicopters and tanks rained down on them! Thousands of Afghan households, women and old men have witnessed the gruesome scenes during which the callous American troops shot their sons, brothers and relatives pointblank on the floor of their houses and before the eyes of their parents or they put the devilish hoods on their heads , before taking them to American open and secret prisons. They will never forget these agonizing scenes. Is it possible for an enemy and a murderer to project himself as a sympathizer all of sudden only by handing out China-make crank radio sets-- still more hoping, the people will come around to believe him as being sincere?
Only last week, a documented report appeared in media with photos showing that how America obliterated a whole village along with orchards and green fields in a one-hour long aerial bombardment, turning it into debris. Was not the village inhabited by Afghan wives, women, old men and children? Could there be any clear proof of American so-called sympathy with Afghan women than this horrendous even?
If America had ever harbored an iota of humanitarian sympathy with the Afghan women, it would have already drawn up plans for the betterment of the Afghan women’s hygienic and economic conditions. The surveys conducted and reports prepared by the world health organizations indicate high mortality rate among Afghan children and women due to lack of health facilities in their respective localities and because of widespread nourishment among them. Every one is aware of the fact that hundreds of thousands of Afghan women and children are suffering from the after- effects of the poisonous weapons used by the Americans. Furthermore, as every one knows, the Americans are not intending to raise literary level of the Afghan women in the true sense of the word, so that they will become literate and solve their day- to- day life and economic problems, nor it is possible that they will attain this goal through the China-make radio sets presumably in a 30- minutes radio show. But the real aim is to eradicate the sense of Islamic decency through pernicious and blasphemous programs and bring them round to become indifferent to their religious and traditional values.
The American commander has to know that this very notion of yours is a failure in its offing because not only the Talib Mujahideen know your open and secret crimes but the common Afghans are aware of them. They are ready to counter America’s every ploy and initiative and want to deal them tit-for-tat-- like in the last week, a tribal chief of Helmand crushed the head of an American general with stones, causing him die instantly, so to say, taught him an exemplary lesson!

A Risaalah From Behind The Iron Bars - Jihad Needs People Who Are Trustworthy

Subhanallah, time passes so fast, it has been almost 3 months that I have been in this Palace of Uzlah. With the various tests and trials that have been undergone, Alhamdulillah, I have gone through them all well and may Allah gives rewards to us all. Trials and adversities are no excuses for us to not become a Mujahid and Mujahidah Fie Sabilillah. Yes, this path of Jihad is difficult and winding. It is not easy to be Istiqomah and always be on the right corridor. There are always things that will make us futur and weak in treading it. Loyalty can turn into disloyalty, promises can only remain as pieces of writings, honesty can turn into hypocrisy.
Mankind have different levels of iman, O my friends, sometimes iman can increase rapidly when there are honest people who are willing to provide motivations so that we can remain Istiqomah and keep on being strong through all the obstacles in this struggle. But there is also the opposite which can make our iman dwindle, the cause is the intensifying carnal desires, which give birth to the seedlings of Nifaq (Hypocrisy), which give importance to own selves than to others. Their integrity has been sold by their own carnal desires. The promises which have been engraved all these while, to unite with the Caravans of Mujahid, are only empty promises now. Supposedly all this happened due to the weakness iman, or the greed of the world has already enveloped their selves. To the point that, the path they had trodden could only reach as far as at the crossroad.
Hasbunallahu wa Ni’mal Wakiil….

No human being is perfect, it's true. But we must always try to become the best human in the sight of the Creator, Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla…
How to go about it:
* Be Istiqomah and patient in fording all the problems: no matter how big the problem is, there must be a way out. Man is unable to do anything without His permission. Let the evil people terrorize, make trouble, in fact even make you scared to fight, remember, Allah will always be with the people who are patient and Istiqomah.
From Abu Amr – some say Abu Amrah - Sufyan bin Abdillah Ats-Tsaqafi radhiallahu ‘anhu. He said, “O Rasulullah, tell me a word about Islam, which I cannot turn to others except you.” Rasulullah SAW said, “Say: 'I believe in Allah, then be istiqomah.” (HR Muslim)
How can you want Jannah, but are still unsure of what you choose, there are still this excuse and that excuse when the given mandate can not be done. We can only give excuses without bearing out results. Fearing the human beings more than fearing Allah. Wake Up Brothers…!!! Don't be a Munafiq.
From Abu Muhammad Al-Hasan bin Ali bin Abu Thalib, grandson of Rasulullah SAW and his favorite radhiallahu ‘anhuma, he said: “I have memorized (the saying) from Rasulullah SAW: 'Leave something that doubt you into something that does not doubt you.'” (HR. Tirmidzi and Nasa’i. Tirmidzi said: This Hadith is Hasan Saheeh)
Many chosen people of Allah have been Shaheed, many more of them will be Shaheed, but it is the path they have trodden that will bring them to Firdawsil ‘Alaa. Insha Allah..
May this bit of advice be able to serve as a mutual reflection for us all. Let's fix ourselves if there are matters of Khilaf (blunders) and wrong steps, while there is still time to fix it. Insha Allah.

Prayers By Ukrainian Muslim Causes Panic And Terror In Russia

An ethnic Ukrainian Muslim woman, who recently converted to Islam (before that, she was a believing Christian), caused alarm with several Russian police gangs of the city of Bryansk near the Ukrainian border while was praying in a supermarket.
According to Islam, Muslims must complete 5 daily namaz (or prayers) at scheduled times. The woman was in a supermarket at the time of one of the prayers; she decided that she should not neglect her prescribed obligation.
According to the publication Our Bryansk, vigilant citizens thought the praying woman standing in line was "suspicious": she was "waving her arms" and "they thought she was acting like a suicide bomber".
Not able to calm their nerves from the sight of a Muslim woman praying, supermarket employees called the police and reported about an explosive device. Meanwhile, the woman left the building.
Police, an investigative unit, and a technical division of the OMON gang rushed to the scene of the incident.
For about three hours, explosives experts carefully searched the premises of the hypermarket, but they did not find anything.
Meanwhile, the police intensified their search for the woman throughout the city; all police posts received her description.
See was spotted through windows of a passing bus. The bus was stopped, and the police arrested her.
Her identity card said that she was born in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov. She explained to suspicious Russian police that her "strange behavior" was only her obligatory evening prayers.

An ulama' in Europe (Holland and Belgium) named Abu Imran had just declared his new organization, the Shariah4Holland. After the declaration, another ulama' (from the camp of Salafy Europe) named Jneid Fawaz in Den Haag commented that Abu Imran and his organizations, Shariah4Belgium and Shariah4Holland, should be arrested.
Hearing that, Abu Imran then called Fawaz in order to conduct a tabayyun (getting clarification), and tried to get him understand his point of view. Throughout the half-hour conversation (via telephone), Fawaz, like the "Salafy" people in general, was pretty insistent that Imran has no idea what Shari'ah really means, that threats and insults (i.e., calling the Queen a 'false leader') are not the way to convince people to join Islam, and that Imran should clarify that he does not support violence.

A few conclusions we can make from the above dialogue, firstly, the voices for the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah in Europe are more loudly echoed today. Initially, the most frequently heard was the Islam4UK or Shariah4UK, later similar movements came into being in Wales, Belgium, France, Holland and a number of other places in Europe, there is even a Shariah4Bangladesh. This has to be appreciated, it means Islam is getting more fertile and the ummah are getting to know the Shari'ah more.
The second conclusion is that, apparently the voices for the implementation of the Shari'ah do not only receive obstacles from the non-Muslim community, but even from among the Muslims themselves, there are those who question. The condition does not differ much from what is happening in Indonesia. When there is a group of Muslims calling for the implementation of Islamic Shari'ah and Jihad, there is another group of Muslims who responded with a statement: "They are not establishing the shari'ah, they are khawarij, the current government is a government led by the Islamic people, so we must obey it."
The writer here is not to provide solutions to the obstacles in establishing the shari'ah, because the writer is certainly not able to provide solutions at this time. I am only following the development of Islam and the implementation of shari'ah in the world, especially in Europe, which is getting more interesting, and it turned out that the challenges faced in the establishment of the shari'ah are almost similar in different parts of the world, Wallahua'lam.

During the past year that the writer was following the development of da'wah and Islamic movements in Western countries through the Internet, observations on the development of Islam through the Internet are not 100 percent valid but at least they illustrate the real happenings on the ground.
An ulama' in Europe (Holland and Belgium) named Abu Imran had just declared his new organization, the Shariah4Holland. After the declaration, another ulama' (from the camp of Salafy Europe) named Jneid Fawaz in Den Haag commented that Abu Imran and his organizations, Shariah4Belgium and Shariah4Holland, should be arrested.
Hearing that, Abu Imran then called Fawaz in order to conduct a tabayyun (getting clarification), and tried to get him understand his point of view. Throughout the half-hour conversation (via telephone), Fawaz, like the "Salafy" people in general, was pretty insistent that Imran has no idea what Shari'ah really means, that threats and insults (i.e., calling the Queen a 'false leader') are not the way to convince people to join Islam, and that Imran should clarify that he does not support violence.

Today America is bankrupt. It can no longer finance and control the world. The richest country of the world is the most debt-ridden country of the world. The super power that once used to give loans to others is today drowned overhead with debts—about $ 14 trillion, which it can’t pay. What a good saying, “As you sow, so shall you reap.” America faced bankruptcy and deficiency because of its negligence and arrogance.
If we look at the past, we can see that when Bill Clinton was vacating office for George Bush in 2000, there was a surplus of $300 billion in the treasury. When Bush turned to spending astronomical amounts both at the military and financial fronts following the 9/11, the surplus became deficit. In the first two years, the surpluses of $300 billion were spent. In the following two years it rose to 600 billion dollars. In the next two years, the debt was $ 900 billion. In 2009, it went up to $1.2 trillion. Today it is nearly $ 1.7 trillion, being unprecedented in the history of America.
This has forced America to borrow more money and to revamp its debilitating economy. It did so, taking heavy debts from Japan, China, Saudi Arabia and other gulf countries. In the first term of Bush, the debt reached $7.6 trillion. But in his second reign, it rose to $ 10.6 trillion. Today it stands at $ 14.02 trillion. More than half of the present debts occurred in the past six years, when Iraq and Afghanistan wars were at their heights. If we spread the debts over the American population, every American has borrowed approximately $45,300.
Regional analysts say, America must spend $1.3 trillion more than its revenues in the current year. Because budget deficit is increasing by $400 billion per day, it brings America to the verge of sinking with the passage of each day.
It means America has to borrow 40 cents of every dollar that she spends. On January 15, the finance secretary said that this was unprecedented in the history of America. The irony is that the two major parties blame each other for the crisis. Congress is compelled to either remove the legal limitation on debt to give free hand to the government to borrow more money, or to bring great cut in expenditure. But whatever step they may take, it will not make any difference. In war times, debts usually increase but not to the extent that the former President Bush was responsible for. He bankrupted the state and left it to Obama in that dilapidated condition.
The trouble is that an interest of $6 trillion dollar is added to the debt of $14 trillion. The actual interest is$ 900 billion but for some reasons it rises to $600 trillion i.e.
A. Since the government can’t pay it back, therefore the interest multiplies.
B. The lenders (states, companies, banks, individuals etc.) raise interest rates.
C. The government has lost its credibility against the lenders and is imposing its self-made regulations.
D. The government keeps the military expenditure and budget both on its high level. Therefore both of the wars are supported by loan.
The Pentagon’s budget is $717 billion for 2011. An additional amount of $200 billion is allocated for war in Afghanistan and Iraq and the so called “War on Terror”.
The Soviet Union is dead now. The Warsaw Pact is buried. So why is she (America) destroying the world? Why did she waste her 6,000 soldiers in vain and $3 trillion over-spending? Why all this?
The war in Afghanistan and Iraq has left behind three main questions unsolved:
1. Would America have lost so much, if Bush had not been made the President?
2. Would America not be in debt to that extent, again if Bush had not been the president?
3. Would America not see the crisis so heavily if he had not been at the helms of affairs?
All the answers could be but only in the negative. Attacks over Afghanistan and Iraq affected the stocks market. Companies were damaged and bankrupted. In 2007-2008, a great regional crisis started. This ushered in financial and commercial deficit-- the immediate affect being on the housing and mortgage sector. The economy melted down, growing debts followed. Dollars were printed without any support, dwindling its value and increasing the inflation and financial deficit. Large companies touched the peak of the crisis, compelling the government to save them from bankruptcy by giving them billions of dollars. It encircled America like a chain and is difficult for her to get rid of.
The former Soviet Union would not transcend to admit that the Afghan war was bringing them to knees. In the same way the America is not ready to accept this bitter reality that the main cause behind the crisis is the Afghan war.
How and when can America get rid of the current $14.02 trillion? The answer is ambiguous. We can say that it is a back- breaking and irreversible crisis, swallowing America day by day. Can’t we say that this hurricane is just like the strong waves of the Red sea, which engulfed the Pharaoh, putting him stayed in their embrace for ever?

The Da'wah Of The Apostles

Throughout human history, from the time of Prophet Adam Alaihi Salam (AS) to Nuh AS (estimated to be 10 centuries apart), may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala (SWT) always shower them with peace, all were still upon the groundwork and foundation of tawheed (Islamic Monotheism).
Ibnu Abbas said:
كان بين نوح وادم عشرة قرون كلّهم على شريعة من الحقّ فاختلفوا فبعث الله النبيين مبنشّرومنذرين
“Between Nuh and Adam, there were 10 centuries in which all of them were upon the shari'a of haq, then they disagreed, so Allah SWT sent the Prophets as the bearers of glad tidings and warnings.” [jami’ Al-Bayan 2/194].
Deviation from the doctrines of tawheed, happened for the first time among the people of Prophet Nuh AS, who worshipped idols because of excessive reverence for pious men among them. Allah SWT recounts this incident in His verse:
“Noah said, 'My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss.' And they conspired an immense conspiracy. And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr.'” {QS Nuh : 21-23}
Ibnu Abbas said :
صارت الأوثان التى كانت في قوم نوح في العرب بعد امّا ودّكانت لكلب بدومة الجندل وامّا سواع كانت لهذيل وامّا بغوث فكانت لمراد ثمّ لبنى غطيف باجرف عند سباء وامّايعوق فاكانت لهمدان وامّا نسر فكانت لحمير لال ذى الكلاع اسماء رجال صالحين من قوم نوج فلمّاهلكوا اوحى الشيطان الى قومهم ان انصبوا الى مجالسهمالّتى كانوا يجلسون انصابا وسمّوها باسماءهم ففعلوا فلم تعبد حتى اذا هلك اولئك وتنسّخ العلم عبدت
“Pagan idols that existed in the time of Nuh would become idols for the Arab nation afterwards. Wadd was an idol of the Bani Kalb in Daumatil Jandal. Suwa' was an idol of the Bani Hudzail. Yaghuth was an idol of the Bani Murod, and later for the Bani Ghuthoif on a hillside located in Saba. Ya’uq is an idol for Hamdan. While Nasr was an idol for Himyar. All are the names of the prominent figures of pious people of Prophet Nuh. When they died, satan then began to blow whispers on the people in the council chamber where they sat, prompting them to make sculptures of them, then they named them with those names, and they did so, but had not worshipped them yet, until the time when they were all dead and knowledge began to dim, then all of those were worshipped .” [HR. Bukhari: 4920]
It is from this ummah of Prophet Nuh AS that later the shirk (polytheism) was spreading into the midst of the human race following them. It is in such context that the caravans prophets came and went to restore mankind back to the basis of their fitrah (innate nature), namely tawheed.
Allah SWT says:
“And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me.” {QS Al-Anbiyaa : 25}
“All the Apostles before you (Muhammad) along with their books, the essence and basis of their message is the commandment to worship Allah SWT alone, there is no partner of Him, as well as the clarification that He is the true Ilah Who has the right to be worshipped. And worshipping others besides Him is bathil.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar-Rahman : 470]
Allah SWT says:
“And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], 'Worship Allah and avoid Thaghut.'” {QS An-Nahl : 36}
“That there is not even one ummah, from the past or which came later, except that Allah SWT sent to them a Rasul (Apostle) all of whom carried a single mission (da'wah), one religion i.e to worship Allah alone, Who has no partner.” [Taisiir Al Kariim Ar Rahman : 393]
In other verse, Allah SWT says:
“We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him.'” {QS Al-A’raaf : 59}
"Allah SWT said about Nuh or other apostles: “Verily, We have sent him to his nation to invite them to worship Allah SWT alone. When they were worshipping idols.”" [Taisiir Al Kariim Ar-Rahman : 255]
And in a verse which is in harmony with the above verse, Allah SWT says:
“And to the 'Aad [We sent] their brother Hud. He said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. Then will you not fear Him?'” {QS Al-A’raaf 65}
“He called on them toward tawheed, forbidding them to do shirk and evil on earth.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar-Rahman : 265]
“And to the Thamud [We sent] their brother Salih. He said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him.'” {QS Al-A’raaf : 73}
“SWT sent a Prophet to them to invite towards iman and tawheed, as well as prohibiting them from doing shirk and seeking equals. The da'wah of Salih is the type of preaching of the other apostles i.e. the commandment to worship Allah SWT and explain to them that a slave has no Ilah other than Him.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar Rahman : 257]
All those continued to happen, until the time came when Allah SWT raised Prophet Isa AS to heaven, then mankind began to deviate and replaced the shari'a of Allah SWT, thus shirk became rampant on the face of the earth and the Jews and Christians began to ascribe partner to Allah SWT. The Jews worship Uzair, while the Christians worship Isa (Jesus) and his mother.
Allah SWT says:
“The Jews say, 'Ezra is the son of Allah'; and the Christians say, 'The Messiah is the son of Allah.' That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]…” {QS At-Taubah : 30}
“The followers of Isa Al-Masih (Jesus the Messiah) differed in opinions after he was raised to heaven, as told by Ibnu Abbas and other ulama's of salaf. Such as what they had said: 'With us, was a slave and apostle of Allah SWT who was raised to heaven,' the others said 'He is Allah SWT'. Whereas, some others said: 'He is the son of Allah SWT'” [Al-Qasas al-Anbiya : 627]
And far away there, in the Arabian peninsula (Hijaz) to be exact, a majority of the Arab nations have long since followed the da'wah of Ismail AS, i.e. when he called upon the religion of his father, Ibrahim, in which the essence was to worship Allah SWT, acknowledge His Oneness (tawheed) and embrace His religion.
And as time rolled further, many of them neglected the teachings of tawheed which had been conveyed to them. Yet, there was still some teachings of twaheed remaining and some Shi'ar from the religion of Ibrahim, until Amr bin Luhay, the leader of Bani Khuza’ah, came into the scene. He grew as a person who likes to act wisely, giving sadaqah and respectful towards the affairs religion, so everyone loved him and they almost considered him as a great ulama' and respected wali (saint).
Then, he travelled to Sham (Syria). There he saw the people of Sham worshipping idols and considered it as a good and right thing to do. Because, according to him, Sham is the birthplace of the apostles and where the holy books were revealed. Then he returned home while bringing with him the idol of Hubal and placed it inside the Ka’bah. After that he invited the inhabitants of Makkah to associate a partner against Allah SWT by worshipping that Hubal. Many people of Hijaz then immitated the inhabitants of the holy land.
Their first idol was Manat, which was placed in Mushallal on the side of the Red Sea near Qudaid. Then they cerated Lata in Tha’if and Uzza in Nakhlah Wadi. These are the three biggest idols. Polytheism got more widespread after that and smaller idols were scattered in every place in Hijaz. It was told that Amr bin Luhay had helpers from the species of jinn.
These jinn told him that the idols of the people of (Wadd, Suwaa, Yaghuts, Ya’uq and Nasr) are buried in Jiddah. So he went there and picked them, and carried them to Tihamah. After the hajj season came, he presented those idols to the various kabilah (tribes) and in the end those idols returned to each of their places of origin, until it could almost be ascertained that in every tribe and in every house, it had its idol. They also filled Al-Masjidil Haram with all sorts of idols and statues.
When Rasulullah conquered Makkah, there are three hundred and sixty idols around the Ka’bah. He destroyed the pagan idols until they all collapsed, he then ordered the idols to be removed from the masjid and burnt.
That's the story of polytheism and the worship of idols, which became the biggest phenomenon in the religion of the jahilliyah (ignorant) people who (still) considered themselves upon the hanif religion of Prophet Ibrahim AS.
It is precisely for that, that Rasulullah was sent i.e. to restore the fitrah of mankind to tawheed preached by the apostles before him.

Throughout human history, from the time of Prophet Adam Alaihi Salam (AS) to Nuh AS (estimated to be 10 centuries apart), may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala (SWT) always shower them with peace, all were still upon the groundwork and foundation of tawheed (Islamic Monotheism).
Ibnu Abbas said:
كان بين نوح وادم عشرة قرون كلّهم على شريعة من الحقّ فاختلفوا فبعث الله النبيين مبنشّرومنذرين
“Between Nuh and Adam, there were 10 centuries in which all of them were upon the shari'a of haq, then they disagreed, so Allah SWT sent the Prophets as the bearers of glad tidings and warnings.” [jami’ Al-Bayan 2/194].
Deviation from the doctrines of tawheed, happened for the first time among the people of Prophet Nuh AS, who worshipped idols because of excessive reverence for pious men among them. Allah SWT recounts this incident in His verse:
“Noah said, 'My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss.' And they conspired an immense conspiracy. And said, 'Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr.'” {QS Nuh : 21-23}
Ibnu Abbas said :
صارت الأوثان التى كانت في قوم نوح في العرب بعد امّا ودّكانت لكلب بدومة الجندل وامّا سواع كانت لهذيل وامّا بغوث فكانت لمراد ثمّ لبنى غطيف باجرف عند سباء وامّايعوق فاكانت لهمدان وامّا نسر فكانت لحمير لال ذى الكلاع اسماء رجال صالحين من قوم نوج فلمّاهلكوا اوحى الشيطان الى قومهم ان انصبوا الى مجالسهمالّتى كانوا يجلسون انصابا وسمّوها باسماءهم ففعلوا فلم تعبد حتى اذا هلك اولئك وتنسّخ العلم عبدت
“Pagan idols that existed in the time of Nuh would become idols for the Arab nation afterwards. Wadd was an idol of the Bani Kalb in Daumatil Jandal. Suwa' was an idol of the Bani Hudzail. Yaghuth was an idol of the Bani Murod, and later for the Bani Ghuthoif on a hillside located in Saba. Ya’uq is an idol for Hamdan. While Nasr was an idol for Himyar. All are the names of the prominent figures of pious people of Prophet Nuh. When they died, satan then began to blow whispers on the people in the council chamber where they sat, prompting them to make sculptures of them, then they named them with those names, and they did so, but had not worshipped them yet, until the time when they were all dead and knowledge began to dim, then all of those were worshipped .” [HR. Bukhari: 4920]
It is from this ummah of Prophet Nuh AS that later the shirk (polytheism) was spreading into the midst of the human race following them. It is in such context that the caravans prophets came and went to restore mankind back to the basis of their fitrah (innate nature), namely tawheed.
Allah SWT says:
“And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me.” {QS Al-Anbiyaa : 25}
“All the Apostles before you (Muhammad) along with their books, the essence and basis of their message is the commandment to worship Allah SWT alone, there is no partner of Him, as well as the clarification that He is the true Ilah Who has the right to be worshipped. And worshipping others besides Him is bathil.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar-Rahman : 470]
Allah SWT says:
“And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], 'Worship Allah and avoid Thaghut.'” {QS An-Nahl : 36}
“That there is not even one ummah, from the past or which came later, except that Allah SWT sent to them a Rasul (Apostle) all of whom carried a single mission (da'wah), one religion i.e to worship Allah alone, Who has no partner.” [Taisiir Al Kariim Ar Rahman : 393]
In other verse, Allah SWT says:
“We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him.'” {QS Al-A’raaf : 59}
"Allah SWT said about Nuh or other apostles: “Verily, We have sent him to his nation to invite them to worship Allah SWT alone. When they were worshipping idols.”" [Taisiir Al Kariim Ar-Rahman : 255]
And in a verse which is in harmony with the above verse, Allah SWT says:
“And to the 'Aad [We sent] their brother Hud. He said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him. Then will you not fear Him?'” {QS Al-A’raaf 65}
“He called on them toward tawheed, forbidding them to do shirk and evil on earth.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar-Rahman : 265]
“And to the Thamud [We sent] their brother Salih. He said, 'O my people, worship Allah ; you have no deity other than Him.'” {QS Al-A’raaf : 73}
“SWT sent a Prophet to them to invite towards iman and tawheed, as well as prohibiting them from doing shirk and seeking equals. The da'wah of Salih is the type of preaching of the other apostles i.e. the commandment to worship Allah SWT and explain to them that a slave has no Ilah other than Him.” [Taisiir Al-Kariim Ar Rahman : 257]
All those continued to happen, until the time came when Allah SWT raised Prophet Isa AS to heaven, then mankind began to deviate and replaced the shari'a of Allah SWT, thus shirk became rampant on the face of the earth and the Jews and Christians began to ascribe partner to Allah SWT. The Jews worship Uzair, while the Christians worship Isa (Jesus) and his mother.
Allah SWT says:
“The Jews say, 'Ezra is the son of Allah'; and the Christians say, 'The Messiah is the son of Allah.' That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]…” {QS At-Taubah : 30}
“The followers of Isa Al-Masih (Jesus the Messiah) differed in opinions after he was raised to heaven, as told by Ibnu Abbas and other ulama's of salaf. Such as what they had said: 'With us, was a slave and apostle of Allah SWT who was raised to heaven,' the others said 'He is Allah SWT'. Whereas, some others said: 'He is the son of Allah SWT'” [Al-Qasas al-Anbiya : 627]
And far away there, in the Arabian peninsula (Hijaz) to be exact, a majority of the Arab nations have long since followed the da'wah of Ismail AS, i.e. when he called upon the religion of his father, Ibrahim, in which the essence was to worship Allah SWT, acknowledge His Oneness (tawheed) and embrace His religion.
And as time rolled further, many of them neglected the teachings of tawheed which had been conveyed to them. Yet, there was still some teachings of twaheed remaining and some Shi'ar from the religion of Ibrahim, until Amr bin Luhay, the leader of Bani Khuza’ah, came into the scene. He grew as a person who likes to act wisely, giving sadaqah and respectful towards the affairs religion, so everyone loved him and they almost considered him as a great ulama' and respected wali (saint).
Then, he travelled to Sham (Syria). There he saw the people of Sham worshipping idols and considered it as a good and right thing to do. Because, according to him, Sham is the birthplace of the apostles and where the holy books were revealed. Then he returned home while bringing with him the idol of Hubal and placed it inside the Ka’bah. After that he invited the inhabitants of Makkah to associate a partner against Allah SWT by worshipping that Hubal. Many people of Hijaz then immitated the inhabitants of the holy land.
Their first idol was Manat, which was placed in Mushallal on the side of the Red Sea near Qudaid. Then they cerated Lata in Tha’if and Uzza in Nakhlah Wadi. These are the three biggest idols. Polytheism got more widespread after that and smaller idols were scattered in every place in Hijaz. It was told that Amr bin Luhay had helpers from the species of jinn.
These jinn told him that the idols of the people of (Wadd, Suwaa, Yaghuts, Ya’uq and Nasr) are buried in Jiddah. So he went there and picked them, and carried them to Tihamah. After the hajj season came, he presented those idols to the various kabilah (tribes) and in the end those idols returned to each of their places of origin, until it could almost be ascertained that in every tribe and in every house, it had its idol. They also filled Al-Masjidil Haram with all sorts of idols and statues.
When Rasulullah conquered Makkah, there are three hundred and sixty idols around the Ka’bah. He destroyed the pagan idols until they all collapsed, he then ordered the idols to be removed from the masjid and burnt.
That's the story of polytheism and the worship of idols, which became the biggest phenomenon in the religion of the jahilliyah (ignorant) people who (still) considered themselves upon the hanif religion of Prophet Ibrahim AS.
It is precisely for that, that Rasulullah was sent i.e. to restore the fitrah of mankind to tawheed preached by the apostles before him.

Ubaid Denies The Conclusion By Expert Witness

JAKARTA - Ubaid alias Luthfi Haidaroh disputed the statement of the expert witness Prof. Dr. Sarwito Sarwono who mentioned that the military training in Aceh had created terror on the public of Aceh specifically and the society of Indonesia generally.
According to Ubaid, the conclusion of the expert witness was not objective, because the participants in the exercise never terrorized the public.
“We trained on the mountain which are not accessible to the public how can we be said as terrorizing the society?” he said.
Furthermore, according to him, the people of Aceh are in fact supporting their activities, with the presence of aids in the form of food when they were in hardships and it was also the population of Aceh who had helped them in organizing the training there.
“The people of Aceh helped us a lot there, especially when we did not have food to eat,” Ubaid said.
He said this when disputing the conclusion made by the expert witness presented by the prosecutors at his trial in the District Court of West Jakarta, Thursday (13/1/2011) which stated that the terror perpetrated by Ubaid's group had a very big impact because their group are from outside the community of Aceh who are not congruent and not of the same thinking with the people of Aceh.
According to him again, the ones who should be blamed for the occurrence of a tense atmosphere in Aceh are the security apparatuses, because it was the apparatuses who carried out the attack on the mountain and chased them.
“We trained far away from the public, it was the apparatuses who later raided us and shot first, resulting in armed clashes,” Ubaid said.
In harmony with him, according to Abu Yusuf, another defendant, the expert witnesses are not entitled to justify as such, because they did not do any terror in the actual events, instead it was them who were attacked by the apparatuses.
“There was no work of terror there, what happened was that we were attacked by the apparatuses,” Abu Yusuf said.
According to him, the judges should not look on a one-sided opinion of the expert witnesses without seeing the facts on the ground, because the expert witnesses are not the experts in matters of military and terrorism, as well as not being there on the scene. If a paradigm like this allowed to continue, according to him, it would be dangerous for the handling of legal cases in the future.
"The expert witnesses did not know the actual circumstances, the judges should look at other legal facts," Abu Yusuf, one of the trainers at the military camp of Aceh, said.
According to him also, they were conducting the ibaadah of i’dad there, not as alleged i.e. committing terror. In fact, they did not attack the officers whom they met when conducting investigations.
“One fact that must be understood by the judges, we've met with the group of the sector police who carried weapons but we did not kill them,” Abu Yusuf said.
“This shows we only intend to practice, not to terrorize, what we saw was that the apparatus were firing as they like,” he added.
As known, Ubaid alias Luthfi Haidaroh is charged with the allegation of helping the acts of terrorism. He is charged with Article 15 in conjunction with Article 7, Article 15 in conjunction with Article 9, Article 11 in conjunction with Article 7, Article 11 in conjunction with Article 9, and Article 13 leter C Anti-Terrorism Laws No. 15 year 2003. Besides that, Ubaid is also charged with the article 1 verse 1 Laws of Emergency No. 12 year 1951.
A session with the agenda to prosecute the defendants will resume again next two weeks on 27th January 2011.

Meanwhile, in another trial session, Sofyan Tsauri, a former member of Brimob was sentenced to 10 years in jail. Sofyan was otherwise found guilty of selling firearms to the participants of the Aceh military training. This sentence is 5 years lighter than what was sought by the prosecutor, i.e. 15 years.

What Is The Meaning Of ‘Land’ For The Islamic Ummah?

We have just witnessed a sad event for the Islamic ummah, namely the Southern Sudanese Referendum which was concluded on 9th January 2011. It is very likely that South Sudan would choose to split from Sudan. This means that the Islamic ummah is again losing their land, after a number of countries are being occupied by the kafir forces. Whereas, a land or territory has an important meaning for the Islamic ummah. How important is the land for the Islamic ummah? It is this which will be discussed in this article.
Today is the fifth day since the Southern Sudanese Referendum was concluded. The referendum itself is a recommendation from the Comprehensive Peace Agreement which was concocted in 2005 in order to end the North-South Sudan conflict which had been going on for some decades. Observers say that it is very likely that the people of South Sudan, who are mostly Christians, would choose independence, although the president of Sudan, Umar al-Bashir said that the south would not be able to handle the post-referendum chaos.

What's obvious, America has already pressured the governments of the neighboring states into supporting this referendum, which means that about one third of Sudan's territory will escape from the grip of the government of al-Bashir who ascended the throne in 1989, thanks to a coup which was also supported by Hasan Turabi, the leader of an Islamic movement (who is now turning back as an opposition).
Not only escaping the grip of the rulers, separationism in this Africa's largest country also means that the Islamic ummah is again and again losing their plots of land. Thus, we should be asking ourselves: how meaningful is the land to us, the Islamic ummah? By the naked eye: nothing! We are letting go of our lands one by one to the invaders.
This is rooted in our understanding of Islam. What kind of Islam do we believe in? The colonialists had planted the doctrine in our brain that Islam is merely a set of ritual beliefs. An Islam like that does not need a land or territory, it is sufficient to just perform the religious rituals, case closed! However, the ideological Islam, the Islam which was propagated by Prophet Muhammad SAW, requires us to think of a land. This is because, an ideology needs a territory as a zone for the enactment of the system which is brought about by that ideology. The ideology of Islam necessitates a government, the people, legislation and territories. That's the meaning of 'land' for the Muslims.
Due to that, Muhammad SAW, not only preached the practice of rituals. At one phase of his ideological struggle, he was looking for the strong support of the tribes and a land for the aqeedah and Islamic Shari'a to be established on it. Until, in the end, the Prophet SAW gained the land of Yathrib , which was inhabited by the militant tribes of Aus and Khazraj, as the first territory for the Islamic government.
After the ummah had a land, the Shari'a is still giving orders to defend the land. There is a Shari'a for jihad to defend the land (and of course its inhabitants) which is being invaded by the kafir forces, where the ruling is fardhu 'ain. There is a Shari'a concerning the land of kharaj as a mechanism for the treatment of a conquered land. The Shari'a also opens the door of exploration for the ummah on the land which they own. The jungle produces and agriculture on the surface, and the earth yields beneath, are provided by Allah as a treat for the Islamic ummah as the holder of the mandate of khalifah fil ardh. With them, the Islamic ummah develop prosperity and organize strength (i’dadul quwwah) in the fields of technology, economy, industry and military in order to face the kuffar.
The land inhabited by the ummah, is also a political weapon. At this time, the ummah are occupying the most important and strategic points on this planet. The Middle East, Mediterranean Sea, North Africa, South East Asia, are strategic points since the Middle Ages until now. The Islamic ummah have a promising geopolitical position, if only the ummah was having the political unity under one administration.
Then, we harvested our sins. Today, the total area of the Islamic World (including Andalusia/Spain), our homeland, is around 32.5 millions square km, still bigger than the United States of America or Europe. Then, there went Palestine, an area of 22 thousands square km, from our grip. Lately, we were letting go of Afghanistan, an area of 647,500 square km, and Iraq, an area of 438,317 square km and gave these lands along with their contents to America. Five centuries ago, we lost Andalusia, an area of 600 thousands square km, and just a few days ago we were letting South Sudan, an area of 800 thousand km, become a 'plaything' for the invaders. All are the result of the conspiracy of our people whom we called 'government', and we are just silent about it without any meaningful protest.
How neglectful we are!

The Jihad Of The Pakistani Mujahideen Rocks The World

The Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan declared the official implementation of the Islamic Shari'a before thousands of their supporters in a region which is about 160 km away from Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. The implementation of the Islamic Shari'a in the Swat Valley is predicted to become a momentum for the victory of the Taliban Mujahideen against the secular government of Pakistan.
The implementation of the Islamic Shari'a in the Swat Valley was brought about when the secular government of Pakistan had been unable to do anything else in restraining the fast struggle and attacks of the Taliban Mujahideen. Actually, since last February, the secular government of Pakistan has already handed over the control to the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan. Now, the outposts of the Pakistani secular police and army are just empty buildings. The efforts of the implementation of the Islamic Shari'a carried out by the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan is aggressively continuing and now it is beginning to move from the north-west region to the provinces of Punjab, Sindh and approaching the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. The latest news reported that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan are already nearing the capital of Pakistan. Around 20 vehicles carrying a number of Mujahideen had entered the district of Buner, 100 km north-west of Islamabad.
The Application of Shari'a in the Swat Valley.
The Swat Valley is a city of a district in the north-west of Pakistan. The Swat Valley is a very beautiful place, it even earned the nickname “Swiss” from Pakistan. With towering mountains covered by white snow on the peaks, green trees, sound of water flowing in a crystal clear river and some very beautiful lakes, it makes the Swat Valley considered as “a piece of paradise on earth.”
The application of the Islamic Shari'a in the Swat Valley was introduced at a time when the local government in the North West Frontier Province (NWFP), one of the four provinces of the state of Pakistan, surrendered to the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan. Since then, the Islamic Shari'a was officially implemented in Malakand, a district in the NWFP with a population of three million people where the Swat Valley is included in this territory.
This all proves that the bordering regions of Afghanistan–Pakistan is an area which is fertile for the seeds of jihad struggle and it has been made as a training centre by the Taliban Mujahideen, which finally gives the real strength for the Mujahideen of Pakistan, as evidenced by the existence of a jihad video which shows the graduation ceremony of the Mujahideen in the training camp which is located in the bordering regions of Afghanistan-Pakistan.
Islamic Sha'ria Applied in Pakistan, America Extremely Worried
The current condition in Pakistan surely makes the kafireen people angry, especially America. David Kilcullen, a former advisor to the State Department and a consultant on Counterinsurgency and Counterterrorism of the Obama administration, said that if Pakistan falls into the hand of the Taliban Mujahideen, then that would mean disaster for the superpower state of America.
Fear and anxiety now hit America after seeing the victory of the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan and the implementation of the Islamic Shari’a there. They worry that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan would attack the American positions in Afghanistan, and rest assured that is what the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan would do, in order to help their brothers in iman in Afghanistan.
From the White House, the new leader of the crusade, Barack Obama has already set his new strategy by making Pakistan as a center of struggle against the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. This authentic Jewish President also propagandizes Al-Qaeda as a cancer that gnaws on the body of Pakistan from the inside and he threatens Pakistan to immediately get rid of the Mujahideen from the land of Pakistan. The cunning and rotten strategy launched by America is by bribing the tribal chieftains in the interior of Pakistan them, especially in the border areas of Pakistan-Afghanistan. America also embraces their new friends such as Russia, after pleading with them to unite in the war in Afghanistan. Looks like America is increasingly overwhelmed and already nearly checkmated!
The media war and propaganda are also intensively conducted by America. Through its Foreign Minister, Hillary Clinton, the people of Pakistan are influenced to pressure the government of Pakistan, so that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan are immediately ousted. Hillary also said that the movement of the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan is a big threat for the existence of Pakistan.
Jihad Continues Until There Is No More Fitnah On This Earth
“And fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah.” (QS Al-Anfaal: 39)
The struggle of the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan earns sympathy from the Mujahideen all over the world. Now, the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan is following in the footsteps of the success of the Islamic revolution of their brethrens i.e. the Taliban of Afghanistan. The society of Pakistan have long yearned for the establishment of the Islamic Shari'a which provides more sense of true security and prosperity. This condition allows the strengthening of the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan to later become the heart of the Islamic Khilafah, with the establishment of the Islamic Shari'a throughout Pakistan. The implementation of the Islamic Shari'a in the Swat Valley was brought about when the secular government of Pakistan had been unable to do anything else in restraining the fast struggle and attacks of the Taliban Mujahideen. Actually, since last February, the secular government of Pakistan has already handed over the control to the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan. Now, the outposts of the Pakistani secular police and army are just empty buildings. The efforts of the implementation of the Islamic Shari'a carried out by the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan is aggressively continuing and now it is beginning to move from the north-west region to the provinces of Punjab, Sindh and approaching the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. The latest news reported that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan are already nearing the capital of Pakistan. Around 20 vehicles carrying a number of Mujahideen had entered the district of Buner, 100 km north-west of Islamabad.

The Swat Valley is a city of a district in the north-west of Pakistan. The Swat Valley is a very beautiful place, it even earned the nickname “Swiss” from Pakistan. With towering mountains covered by white snow on the peaks, green trees, sound of water flowing in a crystal clear river and some very beautiful lakes, it makes the Swat Valley considered as “a piece of paradise on earth.”
The application of the Islamic Shari'a in the Swat Valley was introduced at a time when the local government in the North West Frontier Province (NWFP), one of the four provinces of the state of Pakistan, surrendered to the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan. Since then, the Islamic Shari'a was officially implemented in Malakand, a district in the NWFP with a population of three million people where the Swat Valley is included in this territory.
This all proves that the bordering regions of Afghanistan–Pakistan is an area which is fertile for the seeds of jihad struggle and it has been made as a training centre by the Taliban Mujahideen, which finally gives the real strength for the Mujahideen of Pakistan, as evidenced by the existence of a jihad video which shows the graduation ceremony of the Mujahideen in the training camp which is located in the bordering regions of Afghanistan-Pakistan.
Islamic Sha'ria Applied in Pakistan, America Extremely Worried
The current condition in Pakistan surely makes the kafireen people angry, especially America. David Kilcullen, a former advisor to the State Department and a consultant on Counterinsurgency and Counterterrorism of the Obama administration, said that if Pakistan falls into the hand of the Taliban Mujahideen, then that would mean disaster for the superpower state of America.
Fear and anxiety now hit America after seeing the victory of the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan and the implementation of the Islamic Shari’a there. They worry that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan would attack the American positions in Afghanistan, and rest assured that is what the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan would do, in order to help their brothers in iman in Afghanistan.

The cunning and rotten strategy launched by America is by bribing the tribal chieftains in the interior of Pakistan them, especially in the border areas of Pakistan-Afghanistan. America also embraces their new friends such as Russia, after pleading with them to unite in the war in Afghanistan. Looks like America is increasingly overwhelmed and already nearly checkmated!
The media war and propaganda are also intensively conducted by America. Through its Foreign Minister, Hillary Clinton, the people of Pakistan are influenced to pressure the government of Pakistan, so that the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan are immediately ousted. Hillary also said that the movement of the Taliban Mujahideen of Pakistan is a big threat for the existence of Pakistan.

The society of Pakistan have long yearned for the establishment of the Islamic Shari'a which provides more sense of true security and prosperity. This condition allows the strengthening of the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan to later become the heart of the Islamic Khilafah, with the establishment of the Islamic Shari'a throughout Pakistan.
