BASILAN, Philippines
– Four kafir soldiers of Philippines have been arrested for allegedly burning a Muslim man they suspected as one of the Abu Sayyaf Mujahideen, military statement said on Monday (1/8/2011), stating that the action was an “inhumane act of torture”.

Those kafir soldiers tortured a man and forced him to confess that he is a member of Abu Sayyaf which has been blamed for the worst series of attacks against the military in the country.

They allegedly caught the victim in Basilan on 23rd July, doused benzene and set fire on him.

“We will not tolerate inhumane acts, torturing innocent civilians,” Colonel Domingo Tutaan claimed.

“This is the message we send to everyone, especially to our soldiers : Human rights violations will never be tolerated.”

The family of the victim, identified as Abdul Khan Ajid (39), said he has a “50-50″chance to live because the burns had spread all over his body, face, in fact even to the vital parts.

“The burns he suffers are so terrible. They poured benzene on his face, ears, stomach, crotch and burned him,” the victim’s brother, Haniba Mussada told the reporters.

The president of the kafir Filipino authority, Benigno Aquino who has served since a year ago, promised to end human rights violations in the southern Philippines, which is home to the majority of Filipino Muslims.

In many cases of human rights violations, the main suspects in those crimes against humanity are the government security forces or powerful politicians.

Many similar cases are not revealed which cause the sufferings of Muslims in southern Philippines.

In recent months, the international human rights group criticized Aquino for not fulfilling his promises, saying that he had failed to change the “culture of impunity” which allows those offenders to be not punished.
