After Al-Shabaab withdrew from Mogadishu, the changed tactics, from frontal attacks to hit and run, coming to fruition :

MURTAD soldiers of Somalia gathered around the corpse of the soldier of the Western supported transitional government, who was killed during a brief armed clashes with the Al-Shabaab Mujahideen in Mogadishu, Somalia, on Sunday 7th August 2011. The hit and run tactics are bearing fruit.
