Victim Of Mindless Densus 88 Shootings, Yuki Wantoro Is Not A Bank Robber

SOLO – As quoted from detik.com, Tuesday (21/09) "The police stated that Yuki Wantoro a resident of Tempen, Joyosuran, Solo, was one of the culprits in the CIMB Bank robbery in Medan. He was shot dead by the police at the time of the arrest attempt."

This however is disputed by the brother of Yuki Wantoro (20), Yudi Mansur (34). Yudi said that at the time of the said CIMB Bank robbery in Medan on 18th August 2010, his brother Yuki Wantoro was at their house in Joyosuran, Solo.

Met by MuslimDaily at a masjid in the area of Tipes, Surakarta, Tuesday night (21/09) Yudi Mansur said that his brother Yuki Wantoro arrived at their house on 17th August 2010. Yuki had planned to make a KTP (Identity Card). The proof that his brother was at home at that time was the photo of Yuki in Yudi Mansur's handphone taken on 19th August 2010. The body pass photo was to be used for Yuki’s new KTP. The photograph taken through the mobile phone was dated as 19/8/2010. This proves that the police’s accusation that Yuki Wantoro was one of the CIMB Bank robbers is not true, according to Yudi Mansur.

"At the time of the robbery he (Yuki) was at home," Yudi said. According to Yudi, his brother only knew about the CIMB Bank robbery when the news about it came out on TV. Then about a week before 'Eid Fitr, Yuki departed for Jakarta to work together with a friend from Padang to sell cloths before the 'Eid.

Janaza of Yuki Wantoro will be Buried in Solo

Yudi Mansur, the eldest brother of Yuki Wantoro who was shot dead by the Densus 88 in North Sumatra, said that if the janaza is truly his brother's, then he would be buried Islamicaly in the cemetery specific for Muslims in Solo city.

Yudi knew about the news from a friend who was watching the TV. Yudi's friend asked if the killed person was Yuki after seeing the photo shown on TV.

As reported previously, Yuki Wantoro was one of the three victims who were shot dead in the attack by the Densus 88 team in North Sumatra 3 days ago. The police said that Yuki Wantoro was one of the robbers who robbed the CIMB Bank, but it was objected by Yuki's brother i.e. Yudi Mansur because during the time of the robbery, Yuki was at his parents' house in Solo.

JAKARTA - The Densus 88 team seized 4 people who are suspected as "terrorists" in the village of Tanjung Bunga, Tanjung Balai Asahan, which is 317 Km away from Medan on sunday (19/9/2010) .

The statement of the police about the incident of gunfights during the arrest in the house rented by Khairul Ghazali in Kota Tanjung Balai, was rebutted the family. Investigations done by the family showed that no one had heard anything to indicate that there had been gunfights in that house.

Adil Akhyar, a younger brother of Ghazali, pointed that the arrest was laden with fabrications. Including the issue of weapons found by the Densus 88 in the house of Ghazali during the arrest in Tanjung Bunga, Kota Tanjung Balai, North Sumatra.

“We assess that the Police Chief has casted a big lie. There was no gunfight and there was no human shield. As it was inside a house, of course there would be children and a wife in the house, they were not human shield,” Adil told the reporters in Medan, Tuesday (21/9/2010).

The families strongly believe that the firearms which are of the AK-47 type, a pistol of the FN type, as well as a bayonet which were reported by the Police Chief, General Bambang Hendarso Danuri (BHD), as having been found in Ghazali's house, could have been indeed brought by the police and placed there. And then declared as evidence.

The reason being, he said, Ghazali is most unlikely to have anything to do with weapons, he works as a tabib (traditional healer) and he also writes. Ghazali, who had stayed in Malaysia for almost 10 years before moving to Kota Tanjung Balai, has an experience as a journalist for a publication there.

Besides that, the families are also questioning, where is Ghazali's wife and children now? The Densus took along Ghazali's wife, Cicih (35) and four children. Including one of the children who is only about 1 month old.

“We don't know where Ghazali, his wife and the children are, we are very concerned,” Adil said.

With regard to the people who were shot dead at Ghazali's house, Adil said that they were guests who came to visit during 'Eid. As a tabib, Ghazali met many people and some of them came for Silaturrahim.

A few days after the raid, photos from the raid were circulating on the internet. Besides the release of photos, some irregularities in the brutal action of the Densus 88 began to be exposed. One victim who was shot dead by the Densus 88 team, Yuki Wantoro, was said by the family as not the culprit in the CIMB Bank robbery which was linked with "terrorism". A brother of Yuki Wantoro said that his brother was at home in Solo when the robbery in Medan took place and that Yuki knew about the robbery from the TV news.

Yuki Wantoro's Wife's Testimony

MEDAN – The incident of Yuki Wantoro's murder by the Densus some time ago, not only caused grief in his family but there is also someone who is very shocked and sad with the death of Yuki Wintoro by the bullets of the Densus. Just imagine, they had only been married for 3 days, she already had to let him die in front of her.

She is Tri Lestari, an akhwat aged 24 years old, originating from Medan. She wanted to share her grief with us. She began the conversation by saying a very heartbreaking phrase to us, "I really miss my husband," thus she said.

Then she continued, "At first I was doubtful, is my husband really shaheed or not?" and she continued, "But when the doubt came, suddenly there was a bird that looks like an eagle at the room where we were detained, it flew around above our room," she explained with great enthusiasm.

"This is a sign, yeah?" We could only answer, "wallahu'alam ukhty". Presumably, according to us, the incident that she experienced is no different than the incident that happened a few years ago when the Trio Ash-Shaheed (Imam Samudra, Amrozy & Ali Ghufran) were to be buried. There were three birds at their residences and many are interpreting it as one of the signs of the martyrdom of those three warriors of Islam. Wallahua'lam

We can only pray so that ukhty Tri Lestari could attain shahadah and be placed in the best of places, and that what she dreams may come true. Allahumma ameen.

Lastly, ukhty Tri Lestari is very eager to depart from Medan to Solo in order to see her husband for the last time. May everything will be eased for her and may she be given the best of patience by Allah SWT.

Yuki Wantoro Had Just Converted To Islam 4 Years Ago

SOLO – One of the people shot dead by the Densus 88 team in North Sumatra last week is Yuki Wantoro (20), this man who came from Solo had only been in Sumatra for two years to work on a plantation, according to Yuki’s brother, Yudi Mansur (34).

Yudi Mansur informed that actually his family came from a Christian family. Then a number of the children became Mu’alaf (new Muslims). After Yudi Mansur embraced Islam, he then gave da’wah to his brother, Yuki Wantoro. And four years ago, Alhamdulillah, Yuki Wantoro embraced Islam and he started to study Islam.

However both Yudi’s parents, namely Sina Karyadi and Ngatini are still Christian. In fact, according to Yudi, his father is a fanatic Christian, "the network of my father’s church even reached America," Yudi Mansur said when met by MuslimDaily on Tuesday night, 21/09/2010.

According to Yudi Mansur, his father does not care about the janaza of Yuki Wantoro, his son. When the janaza arrive in Solo later, Sina Karyadi does not allow the janaza of Yuki to be brought to his residence.

Meanwhile, according to Yudi Mansur before departing for Jakarta on Monday night to pick up his brother’s janaza, preparations for the funeral of Yuki Mansur would be assisted by the youths of the masjids around the city of Solo. It is expected that hundreds of youths and Islamic laskar would be participating in the funeral procession. If the janaza arrives in Solo on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, then the funeral would be carried out on Wednesday afternoon 28/9/2010.

Presentation Of Donations To Families Of The Victims Of Anti-terrorism Laws

Alhamdulillah, at last the MuslimDaily could write a report about the presentation of donations from the Muhsineens (generous donors) who are readers of MuslimDaily to the families of Mujahids or families of the victims of the anti-terrorism laws in Indonesia after the month of Ramadhan recently.

Like what we have reported before, the donation for Madam Naim Muniarti (wife of Mu'arifin) i.e. total of 5 million Rupiah, had been delivered on Saturday the 4th of September 2010. And then, a donation in the amount of 15 million Rupiah had been shared among 10 families at the end of the month of Ramadhan with varying amounts depending on the conditions, number of children and the most urgent.

The 10 families are:

1. Wife of Air Setiawan (shot in Jatiasih Bekasi), leaving behind a wife and two children.
2. Wife Eko Peyang (shot in Jatiasih Bekasi), leaving behind a wife and two children.
3. Wife of Supono Kedu (imprisoned in Mako Brimob), leaving a wife and two children.
4. Wife of Bejo (imprisoned in Mako Brimob), leaving a wife and five children.
5. Wife of Makruf (imprisoned), leaving a wife and a child.
6. Wife of Ziyad (imprisoned), leaving a wife and a child.
7. Wife of Pandu (imprisoned), leaving a wife and two children.
8. Wife of Joko Handulah (imprisoned), leaving two wives and nine children.
9. Wife of Heri P (imprisoned), leaving a wife and four children.
10. Wife of Arifin (imprisoned), leaving a wife and a child.

The nominal amount of donations given varied and could not be mentioned here. Hopefully they can slightly ease the burden of the families left behind. The remaining donations are reported in the details below.

Donations for the Children's Education

Previously, the MuslimDaily had also raised donations through the website and the Facebook social network for the education of the Mujahid families' children.


Alhamdulillah, there are some Muhsineens who are willing to finance those children's education. And which has already been running until now is the payment of school for the child of Yuli Harsono (Allahu yarkham) namely Ahwan Ayyash of Class 3 Elementary School at a Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an in Surakarta (300 thousand Rupiah per month). This payment for Ahwan Ayyash had already been paid and it will enter its third month after this Ramadhan. Also paid was the cost of education for the children of Heri P (imprisoned) where there are four of them and it has costed 1.5 million Rupiah per month.


The funding for this education is outside of the funds for the families of the Mujahids. So these funds are specifically for the education expenses.

The Establishment of a Foundation and Corporate Body for the Care of the Mujahid's Families

In the end, the MuslimDaily is thinking that it is not possible for the families left behind to continually depend on the donations by the Muhsineens. Thus we have a plan to form a corporate body where the profits would later be given to those families left behind until they are able to survive on their own.

Therefore the Editorials of the MuslimDaily along with a number masjid activists in the city of Surakarta, in the middle of the month of Ramadhan recently, had formed a foundation, for the time being the foundation is given the name Yayasan RUMPUT (Rumah Putih or White House Foundation). The establishment of this foundation was also followed by the opening of a corporate body where the profits would be given to the families who are in need, as it may not be possible for us to continually ask for assistance through direct donations.

Currently, only the above can be reported by us for the readers of MuslimDaily, as well as for the Muhsineens who have donated their wealth for these families of the Mujahids. And once again, the Editorials of MuslimDaily stated that the fund raising is purely from our own concerns and not the requests of those families.

The Misleading "Reflection On Aceh Jihad" (Part 2)

Then the next problem is what the author said in page 7:

Jihad: The goal or means

Here we are again questioning the author, what is the basis for this division? According to us, jihad today is a faridoh (prescription) which is made obligatory for us for the purpose of raising high the kalimah of Allah on this earth, with the capitals that we can use, just as Allah says, which means “Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies…” (QS Al-Anfal 60) Here, the meant strength is the strength of iman and the physical strength. This is based on the stage when jihad is prescribed where the phases are already complete i.e. we are obligated to fight the mushrik people even if they are not fighting us, until they convert to Islam or pay the jizya - for some groups debated by the ulama’s. The daleel is there in surah At-Tauba which means “When the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, an seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)” At-Tauba 5. And there are still many other nas (texts) but due to limited space we cannot mention them all here. As for the division of jihad according to us today it is either the tholab (offensive) jihad and difa’i (defensive) jihad, and we believe that in today's situation it is the difa’i (defensive) jihad. Not dividing it into the jihad of goal or means. So, whatever our present condition is, we must conduct jihad to fight them as a form of self-defense, of course with tactics and strategies which are accurate in order to combat them, unlike what had been alleged by the author that the people who conduct jihad today are having “THE MAIN THING IS JIHAD” as their principle, this allegation is not true.

Then in page 13 the author mentioned:

Therefore, we must interpret jihad with 'war', not 'battle'. It was also differentiated in the Arabic language. 'Battle' is called 'qital', 'harb' or 'ma’rakah'. As for 'war', the term 'jihad' is used.

So we are asking, from where did the author of the "Reflection On Aceh Jihad" get the source that he could differentiate between the words "jihad" and "qital"?


The author said that the word jihad is a war which is long-term in nature while qital is a short-term clash, whereas what we understand about the meaning of jihad is that it is qital just like what are said in the Qur’an, the terms jihad and qital are often mentioned in the Qur’an, and what is meant by jihad there is qital, like what ALLAH says:

In surah At-Tauba verse 41, which means:

“Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and conduct jihad (strive and struggle), with your goods and your persons, in the cause of Allah. That is best for you, if ye (but) knew.”

Also in At-Tauba verses 86-88, which means:

“When a Surah comes down, enjoining them to believe in Allah and to conduct jihad (strive and fight) along with His Messenger, those with wealth and influence among them ask thee for exemption, and say: "Leave us (behind): we would be with those who sit (at home)." They prefer to be with (the women), who remain behind (at home): their hearts are sealed and so they understand not. But the Messenger, and those who believe with him, conduct jihad (strive and fight) with their wealth and their persons: for them are (all) good things: and it is they who will prosper.”

The two verses above are interpreted in such a way that the meaning of jihad in those verses is qital. In another verse of ALLAH i.e. in surah As-Saff 4, which means:

“Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure.”

Here ALLAH have the word "qital" to interpret the previous 2 verses which used the word jihad.

Then, in the hadith of Rasulullah, he also interpreted the meaning of jihad to be the same as qital, which means:


From Amru bin ‘abasa RA. He said "I was sitting with Rasulullah when a man said, 'O Rasulullah what is Islam?' He asnwered 'Your heart feel safe, and the Muslims also feel safe from feel safe from your tongue and hands.' The man asked, 'So how is the most excellent Islam like?' He asnwered 'Iman.' The mans asked again 'What is iman?' He answered 'You have faith in ALLAH, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers and the Resurrection after death.' That man asked again 'So how is the most excellent iman like?' He answered 'Hijrah.' That man asked again 'What is hijrah?' He answered 'You leave the bad deeds.' That man asked again 'So how is the most excellent hijrah like?' He answered 'Jihad.' That man asked again 'What is jihad?' He answered 'You fight the kafirs if you meet them.'(HR Ahmad with a saheeh sanad)

In the above hadith, the one who asked about jihad was answered by Rasulullah with the term “qital”.


Then, if the author is saying that jihad is long-term in nature while qital is only momentary, this also contradicts the Shar’ie daleels, amongst them:

ALLAH says, which means:

“And fight them on until there is no more Fitnah, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah. but if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression.” (Al-Baqara 193)

In the above verse, ALLAH uses the word qital for fighting the kafir until there is no more fitnah. And in the tafseer of Ibnu Kathir, the meaning of fitnah was mentioned as kufr and shirk. While kufr and shirk will always be present until the day of judgement.

And then in the hadiths about the Thaifah Mansurah, almost all of them are using the word qital, amongst them:


Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated:

The Prophet (saw) said: 'There will continue in my Ummah a group that will fight for the haq, you will know them until the day of judgement, and then 'isa ibn Maryam will come down, and the people will say "O Isa, lead the Jama'ah (prayer)" he will say 'no, you lead each other, Allah honoured this Ummah that nobody will lead them except the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and their own people.' (HR.Muslim)

Then in a hadith from Salamah bin Nufail Al-Kindi, which means:

From Salamah bin Nufail Al-Kindi he said: I was sitting with Rasulullah when a man said: "Oh Rasulullah! The people have held on to the horses and laid down their weapons and said: ‘there is no Jihad for the war has laid down its burdens.'" So the Rasulullah turned his face away and said: ‘they have lied. Now the time for fighting has come. There will never cease to be a group from my Ummah that fights upon the truth. Allah will deviate the hearts of some by way of them, and provide for them from them until the establishment of the hour and until the promise of Allah comes. Good shall remain in the manes of horses until the Day of Judgment. It has been revealed to me that I will die and not remain and that you all will follow up after me, some striking the necks of others, and the base of the abode of the believers is in Sham.' [Saheeh hadith narrated by An-Nasa’i]

In this hadith Rasulullah used the term “qital” for the war that is ever-present until the judgment day, this is just a small part of the nas (texts) that disputes the definition by the author.

And lastly the one that becomes the focus of our writing is the kalimah of the author in page 7:

Its basic theory; JIHAD SURELY RESULTS IN VICTORY IF DONE THE RIGHT WAY


So we are saying, it is very naïve if success or victory is measured by material, so let us ponder together what becomes the parameters and yardstick of victory?

Sheikh rahimahullah Yusuf Al-Uyairi in his book “Tsawabit ‘alaa darbil jihad” explains clearly the meanings of victory, which includes:

1. The biggest significance of a victory – is achieved for certain by anyone who wants to conduct jihad, whether he be alone or together with the ummah — is when a Mujahid is able to defeat his nafs (carnal desires), defeating the satans that are tempting him, as well as defeating the 'eight things loved by mankind' and the pleasures that represent their branches, defeating the worldly affairs that are attracting him where many Muslims have failed in this matter, in fact it could even be said that almost the entire ummah have failed in defeating these things. Allah mentioned those eight things in His verse:

“Say: If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred; the wealth that ye have gained; the commerce in which ye fear a decline: or the dwellings in which ye delight - are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger, or the striving in His cause;- then wait until Allah brings about His decision: and Allah guides not the fasiq.” (QS 9:24)

2. When a slave goes out to do jihad, he has already achieved victory and he belongs to the people whom Allah mentions in His verse:

“And those who conduct jihad in Our (cause),- We will certainly guide them to our Paths: For verily Allah is with those who do right.” (QS 29:69)

3. When a Mujahid is firm on the path and principles of jihad, whatever happens to him, whether it be hardships or worries or demoralizing comments, basically that is already a victory. Allah Ta‘ala says:

“Allah will establish in strength those who believe, with the word that stands firm, in this world and in the Hereafter; but Allah will leave, to stray, those who do wrong: Allah doeth what He willeth.” (QS 14:27)

Aren’t the people who are firm upon the path of jihad and continue to implement it, as well as becoming those who are established like in the verse above, enough to be called as people who are achieving victory?

4. Another form of victory is when jihad becomes the reason that the kafirs are becoming poor and the reason of their dying in their kufr, as well as a deterrence for them from obtaining hidayah. This is amongst the biggest victories.

Their war and hostility towards the religion of Islam and the Mujahideen become the reason for their being astray and their falling into kufr until they die. This was the request of Prophet Musa and Harun AS to Allah for Firaun and his people, Allah says about Prophet Musa:

“Moses prayed: 'Our Lord! Thou hast indeed bestowed on Pharaoh and his chiefs splendour and wealth in the life of the present, and so, Our Lord, they mislead (men) from Thy Path. Deface our Lord, the features of their wealth, and send hardness to their hearts, so they will not believe until they see the grievous penalty.'" (QS 10:88)

Prophet Musa’s request for these things show that if the things that he requested materialize it means that ultimate victory is in hand. What loss is greater than when Allah hardens the hearts of the kafir until they encounter a painful adzab (torment) later when the Mu’mineen are happy with their position related by Allah in the Qur’an, when they say to the leaders of the kafir:

“Taste thou (this punishment of the Fire)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour!” (QS 44:49)

5. Included amongst the forms of victory is when Allah takes some of His slaves as Shuhada's.


So, when a slave is fighting for the sake of Allah Ta‘ala and he gets wounded, it is actually a medium for him to obtain a ticket to enter Paradise. Due to that, Allah Ta‘ala says:

“Such days (of varying fortunes) We give to men and men by turns: that Allah may know those that believe, and that He may take to Himself from your ranks Martyr-witnesses (to Truth). And Allah loveth not those that do wrong.” (QS 3:140)

Martyrdom is a choice which Allah determines for His slave. Meaning, whoever Allah chooses to able to reach that degree, he has achieved success and victory. Martyrdom is the peak of all ambitions because martyrdom is the choice of Allah, to the extent that Rasulullah wished for martyrdom up to three times in his speech:

(وَلَوَدِدْتُ أَنْ أُقْتَلَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ ثُمَّ أُحْيَا ثُمَّ أُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أُحْيَا ثُمَّ أُقْتَلُ)

"Verily, I really wished if could be killed in the way of Allah, then be brought back to life, and be killed again, then be brought back to life, and be killed again."

Allah Ta‘ala says to affirm the meaning of this victory:

“Think not of those who are slain in Allah's way as dead. Nay, they live, finding their sustenance in the presence of their Lord.” (QS 3:169)

And He says:

“And say not of those who are slain in the way of Allah. "They are dead." Nay, they are living, though ye perceive (it) not.” (QS 2:154)

6. Another form of victory is the victory on the battlefield. This is the victory understood by almost the entire human race. Most people only restrict the meaning of victory on this course. That is certainly a lame understanding. Victory on the battlefield is nothing but one of the many forms of victory.

Rasulullah SAW had the chance to rejoice in this victory on the battlefield and Allah showed him this victory before he passed away, and then He says to him to remind him of the favor:

“When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory. And thou dost see the people enter Allah's Religion in crowds. Celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and pray for His Forgiveness: For He is Oft-Returning (in Grace and Mercy).” (QS 110:1-3)


There goes some forms of victory.

Actually there are many other forms of victory and it is not enough to discuss them all here. We end it by citing the examples above, all of which are included in the scope of Allah SWT's promises Who says:

“We will, without doubt, help (give victory to) our Apostles and those who believe, (both) in this world's life and on the Day when the Witnesses will stand forth.” (QS 40:51)

Allah further says:


“And it was due from Us to aid (give victory to) those who believed.” (QS 30:47)

For people with a narrow understanding of victory, he says: "How could Allah state that it is wajib (certain) for Him to pronounce the Apostles and the Believers as winners, while amongst the Apostles, there are those who were killed, who did not procure power and kingship, in fact there were those who did not procure even a follower to enter Islam along with him?"

May this note be useful and increase our discourse, particularly in Da'wah and Jihad.

Mullah Brader: All praise is due to Allah, who created the Creation to worship Him alone, and ordered them to follow good and avoid evil, and forbade them from corruption on land and in the sea.

My name is Mullah Brader, my colleagues call me Brader. I am a resident of the Marjah district of Helmand province, and I am currently serving as one of the commanders of the Islamic Emirate for Marjah district.

Theunjustmedia: Can you please update us on the current situation in Marjah?

Mullah Brader: The central of Marjah district is were the invaders and their puppets are, who have been surrounded by the Mujahideen.

Theunjustmedia: What do you mean by that “the invaders and their puppets have been surrounded?”

Mullah Brader: Well, the invaders are locked up in their base, they do not dare to come out as they know that the Mujahideen are waiting to ambush them, sometimes the enemy does come out and when it does, it comes out in huge numbers, but as soon as their tanks are targeted with the Mujahideen IED's they run back to their bases like little mice, as the cowards are crawling back into their holes they indiscriminately open fire on the civilians.

“Verily, Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure.” (Al-Saff: 4)

Theunjustmedia: How do the locals of Marjah see the invaders?

Mullah Brader: Whenever the enemy is attacked, soon after the attack the enemy conducts door to door searches, during these searches the enemy even searches children, females and elderly, this action of theirs displays their disrespect to the Islamic values, also the enemy randomly arrests and shoots out of revenge innocent people and after the arrest it takes them to their bases, where they are tortured, when the elderly of the area go to the invaders to get these innocent people released, the invaders use foul language and tell the elders go away.

Recently, the Mujahideen attacked the invaders, soon after the attack the enemy out of revenge attacked a wedding ceremony, in which innocent people were martyred.

Also, everyday in the morning as people are going out for work or shopping for their daily needs the invaders have set up check points where they are searched, thus invaders harassment of people is constant.

Now a days, there is a new threat from the enemy, whenever the enemy wounds civilians from its barbaric attacks, they under the pretext of treating their injuries take the wounded with them, you do not hear anything about them, but after a little while their families receive the dead bodies of their relatives, the bodies are stitched after their organs have been removed by the invaders, so the invaders are now involved in human organ trafficking.

All these atrocities of the invaders against the poor people of Marjah have generated hate towards the invaders, the people love the Mujahideen who are striving to get rid of the invaders, so that the people are liberated from their misery which the invaders have imposed on them.

"Our Lord! Pour down patience upon us, make our feet firm, and grant us victory over the Disbelieving people!" (Al-Baqarah: 250)

Theunjustmedia: How are the invaders bringing their so called "Democracy" into Marjah, are they building roads, schools, hospitals or creating employment for the local people as they have claimed?

Mullah Brader: The invaders have done nothing, the only thing they have brought is destruction, what roads where their they have destroyed them too, rather then creating new jobs they have bombed the infrastructure which was the sole means for employment of the poor people of Marjah.

Theunjustmedia: We hear that invaders are using heroin to overcome their depression and other mental illnesses and that they are also involved in its trade?

Mullah Brader: I have personally seen the invaders use heroin to overcome their traumatic mental conditions, we also have evidence that the high level invaders are involved in the heroin trade.

The Misleading “Reflection On Aceh Jihad”

When the incident of the Front Porch of Makkah (another name for Aceh) is still hot, with the release of some videos by the people/group who claimed to be the “Tandzim Al Qaeda of ‘Serambi Mekah’ (Front Porch of Makkah)” (see the earlier posting here) and then the operatives who were involved in the military trainings in the blessed Bumi Rencong (the Land of the Rencong [Acehnese Dagger symbolizing Aceh] i.e. the second title of Aceh) were hunted, arrested and killed by the thaghut and their lackeys, an article with the title REFLEKSI JIHAD ACEH (A Reflection On Aceh Jihad) came out which then spread and caused both a pro & con in addressing the choices made by the group of young men who were conducting i’dad ashkariyah in the land of Aceh, until the editor Jurnalisalam found an article in the URL http://sjihad.wordpress.com which criticized the aforementioned article. The following is the complete excerpt presented here as a treasure for all the brothers, so that we can become more objective based on the Shar’ie scales in addressing an issue. Here's the full text:

Misleading “Refleksi Jihad Aceh”

“Refleksi Jihad Aceh 2010” (A Reflection On Aceh Jihad 2010), a writing that originated from a blog owned by God-knows-who (no clear identity of the owners mentioned in this blog) with the address http://elhakimi.wordpress.com, and then in a short time later it was adapted (read: copied & pasted) by many other websites and bloggers, posted in the Islamic forums and Facebook, to the point that it later became a polemic and debate metarial, and eventually it was featured in the Ansharut Tauhid magazine, the 11th edition, as a supplement.

The author of Refleksi Jihad Aceh, as was described in his writing, wishes to provide a critical analysis on the amaliah of the Aceh jihad with evaluating records, so as to become a lesson for the following generations. It is not because of factors of hate or envy at all, he said, but in the spirit of advising each other with love. A very noble purpose in our opinion.

But an advice is not enough if only based on good purpose or sincere intention? It will be more perfect, if presented with a language that is wise, description that is correct and good understanding of the problems or on the object going to be evaluated or advised.

There are some important notes from us, related to some points in the article, the Refleksi Jihad Aceh, we are not saying that everything in the article is wrong, but some things which we have documented are very important to be conveyed, some of those mistakes are very fatal in our opinion, some others have the potential of developing a confused perception for those who read but not seated proportionally in the scales of the Shari'a.

The Selection of Language

It cannot be denied that the selection of language is the most important thing in a communication, let alone in matters of mutual advising, the selection of language which is not wise enough often raises skepticism on the objects which in this case are the Mujahideen who are personally involved with the Aceh Jihad, their families and the Muslims who are pro towards them.

We do not know, if the writer of Refleksi Jihad Aceh is khilaf (erred) and not careful, or it was because of the presence of emotional elements that he later did not act fairly in choosing the good language in his writing, to the extent that painful terms and designations for the Mujahids came out, like the accusation that the Aceh Mujahideen are isti’jal, wanting to establish Islam like magic. Or at least they want to achieve results like thugs; point the guns, everything will be done.

Calling those Aceh Mujahideen as busy in their own world as if they are living on another planet, in fact even equating them with people suffering from autism.

Another injustice was when the author expressed that the police had called the Mujahideen evil people, there is no manifest enemy but they are inciting people to war, they only want to make troubles, if the people of Aceh participate, it would only add to the sufferings. The author said that such provocation is called a successful DA'WAH of the POLICE on the people of Aceh.

As it should, that is not da'wah, it is more appropriate to use the term ‘evil provocation on the Mujahideen.’

Just as Allah SWT quips,

"They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths but Allah will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it)." (QS 9:32)

What have been called out by the police was an effort to extinguish the religion of Allah, just as they called the Mujahideen 'terrorists', as well as the terms 'fundamentalists', Wahabiyyin' (another examples of terminology pinned in order put out and discredit the efforts of returning back to Dien). The labeling of terrorists on the Mujahideen, initiated and proclaimed by George Bush, is the author going to mention those as da'wah too?

Baseless Vicious Allegations

The author of the ‘Refleksi Jihad Aceh’, whether he is aware of it or not, had been hurling accusations which were not founded on the testing of the reality, at least by doing tabayyun (getting clarification) from the actors where some of them at this time are inside the prisons of the thaghut and some others are carrying the status of DPO’s (listed wanted persons).

The author of the ‘Refleksi Jihad Aceh’ accuses that the Aceh Mujahideen are disparaging the role of da’wah, they (the Mujahideen) are wiping out everything else except Jihad. The essence is jihad. An accusation which is very distant from the reality, to our knowledge it is of the opposite, not a few amongst them, the people who were involved in the Aceh Jihad (regardless of how far the truth of their allegations are) are Da’ies who are hardworking in proclaiming the tawheed da’wah in the midst of the society, just mention the name Ustadz Ubaid (arrested) who was active in da’wah and translating Islamic books, next is Ustadz Amman Abdurrahman (arrested) and a number of his students who were active in carrying out daw’ah to make the ummah understand the tawheed, whether it be through translation, as well as dissemination of books and articles, conducting da’wah through the website media (millahibrahim.wordpress.com), to carrying out the safari da’wah (da’wah journey) routinely every month thorough out Indonesia, some others who are involved, whether they have been arrested or are on the run as DPO's in the Aceh cases, are also Da’ies in their localities.

Some Important Notes

What follows is our attempts in analyzing some records on the article ‘Refleksi Jihad Aceh’ by responding to some points in the article. The version of the article that we use in this paper is the one which was contained in the Ansharut Tauhid Islamic Media Magazine , the 11th edition, made up of 15 pages.

The words of the author that, “Jihad requires a "trigger" which could attract the Islamic ummah in a massive number to unite. If the igniter is not strong enough, the society won't be motivated to support jihad. The fact is, the executors did not think about this igniter at all. They only make the fardh (obligation) of jihad and the honor of dying shaheed as the igniter.” (Pg. 4)

To the sentence…

"… i.e. the presence of the foreign invaders who are kafir and very brutal. Those three words (in bold) became the igniters which are very strong…" (Pg. 5)

"The triggers used by the executors are the lexis of jihad, fardhu 'ain, Al-Qaeda and die shaheed." (Pg. 5)

"The Aceh Mujahids seemed to be in the belief that jihad is an objective, not the means. In fact, what's even more extreme is making the death of shaheed as the objective." (Pgl. 5)

We assess that these allegations do not fit with the waqi’ (theme) today and they are not in accordance with the Shar’ie.

If the author is saying that there is no foreign, kafir and cruel invader, it is obvious that this does not fit with the reality, among the facts are the formation of the detachment 88, which are formed by the government with the financial support by America and Australia, as well as being specially trained by American special forces namely the FBI and SWAT, which aims at combating the terrorist (Mujahideen). That is just one example of the various clutches by the kafir invaders in the country where its leaders are refusing the implementation of Islamic Shari’a.

Next, from the view of Shar’ie, if the people who are conducting jihad today make the lexis of jihad fardhu ‘ain and die shaheed as the triggers, then according to us, that is sufficient and justified enough in a Shara’ way based on the Shar’ie nas (texts) below,

Allah Ta’ala says which means:

“Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their properties [in exchange] for that they will have Paradise. They fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah. Then rejoice in the transaction which you have contracted: that is the achievement supreme.” (QS At Taubah 111)

And another verse,

“O you who believe! Shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a grievous Penalty? (It is that) you believe in Allah and His Messenger and conduct jihad in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know.” (QS As Saff 10-11)

Then, in the hadith of Rasulullah SAW, he inflamed the jihad spirit of the Sahabahs with the motivation of paradise, such as during the battle of Badr when Rasulullah said to the Sahabahs, “Get to your feet, to head for Paradise which is as wide as the heaven and the earth.” Then, one of the Sahabahs rose and said, "O Rasulullah, Paradise which is as wide as the heaven and the earth?" “True!” he SAW replied. "Tsk..tsk..," Umair commented. Rasulullah asked, "What induced you to say words Tsk..tsk ?" He answered, "No, O Rasulullah, feels like I have no chance to be its dweller." “But you can be among the dwellers!” he clarified. Then, Umair took the dates out from his pocket, he ate some, and said, "If I'm still alive to enjoy these dates, it is indeed a life long." Then he threw away the dates that were in his hands and he advanced to fight until he was slain. (HR Muslim)

In the aforementioned hadith, the Sahabah, Umair right away struck the enemies just at the moment when Rasulullah promised Paradise to Umair bin Hammam, are we going to say Umair the Sahabah is someone who is isti’jal who only think of dying shaheed? Just as alleged by the author on the people who were conducting jihad in Aceh with the term isti’jal (hasty), Rasulullah did not say to the Sahabahs that "basically just fight, there are already cruel kafir people at hand in front", but Rasulullah still gave the motivation of shaheed and Paradise to the Sahabahs, and there are many other similar hadiths which are not possible for us to lay out here. The essence is that the motivations of dying shaheed and jihad becoming fardhu ‘ain are more than enough for us to carry out Jihad fie Sabilillah.

The words of the author, "Whereas, if the Mujahid only plans to die (shaheed), he is already planning for defeat." (Pg. 5)

How the author claims that if a Mujahid is planning to die (shaheed), he is already planning for defeat, we have previously pointed out regarding the Sahabah, Umair RA.

Martyrdom is the choice determined by Allah for His slaves. Meaning, whoever Allah chooses to be able to attain this status means that he has achieved success and victory. Martyrdom is the peak of all ambitions because martyrdom is the choice of Allah, to the extent that Rasulullah wished for martyrdom up to three times in his speech:

(وَلَوَدِدْتُ أَنْ أُقْتَلَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ ثُمَّ أُحْيَا ثُمَّ أُقْتَلُ ثُمَّ أُحْيَا ثُمَّ أُقْتَلُ)

“Verily, I really wished if could be killed in the way of Allah, then be brought back to life, and be killed again, then be brought back to life, and be killed again.”

Allah Ta‘ala says to affirm the meaning of this victory:

{وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِيْنَ قُتِلُوْا فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ أَمْوَاتاً بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُوْنَ}

“And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving rizq (provision)”

And He says:

{وَلاَ تَقُوْلُوْا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَكِنْ لاَ تَشْعُرُوْنَ}

“And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead, in fact they are alive, but you do not realize.”

The daleel that shows that martyrdom is victory is the hadith that can be found in the Saheeh Bukhari Muslim, from Anas bin Malik RA he said: "When Haram bin Milhan was stabbed on the day of Bir Ma'una – Haram is the uncle of Anas—, he smeared the blood on his face and head while saying: “Fuztu wa robbil Ka‘bah…!” (By the Lord the Owner of Ka‘bah, I have triumphed)."

See, how could someone who saw death in front of his eyes swore that he had triumphed if not because of having smelled the scent of paradise?

The daleels that show that it is enough to call a Mujahid as being triumphant while he is dying shaheed, are abundant. It has been explained in detail by the Ulama’s in a special chapter about the virtues of shaheed in the path of Allah. Please also read the book, “Mashariqul Ashwaq” a great piece of writing by Sheikh Ibnu al Nahhas, there will we find a chapter about the superiority of someone who chooses to be killed in the path of Allah. In fact, there is a title about “Fii Fadhl Inghimaash Al Rojul Alshujaa’ Aw Al Jamaah Alqaliilah Fil ‘aduw Al Kathiir Rogh Bata Al Shahaadah” i.e. The Superiority of an Individual or Small Group Who Dare to Throw Themselves Toward Strong or Numerous Enemies Purely For The Sake of Achieving Shahadah, on page 522 where a tahqiiq (accuracy check/test) had been done by Idris Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Kholid Islambuly with the publication “Daarul Bashiir Al Islamiah.”

The author further explained,

"Therefore, the yardstick for the success must be agreed by us on the sustainability of its jihad, the support from the Islamic ummah and the ability to weaken the enemies till they are defeated." (Pg. 7)

What does the author mean by the sustainability of jihad?

The Mujahideen of Aceh are parts of the “global” jihad, meaning that what they are doing are precisely seen as an effort to maintain the sustainability of jihad initiated by their predecessors and practiced by the Mujahideen all over the world, if the author intends to say, with his yardstick, that the Aceh operatives had been captured and some others are hunted down as DPO’s, so the sustainability of jihad has stopped? Indeed, it is a very premature and extremely frivolous conclusion.

What does the author mean by the support from the Islamic Ummah?

What is meant by “the Islamic Ummah”? Let's agree on the definition of the Islamic ummah. Could the paradigm of the author consider everyone in the streets, markets, shopping malls, etc. as the ummah who must in their entirety support jihad fie sabilillah? Indeed, what is being called as an Islamic ummah is not measured by the number of human bodies. While Allah Ta’ala says, “Abraham was indeed an ummah..” (QS 16:120).

As for the kalimah of the author, the ability to weaken the enemies till they are defeated,

Then we say, even this kalimah is not accurate in becoming the yardstick for the failure of Aceh Jihad, either small or big, the Aceh jihad had given a blow to the enemies. Explanations of this one by one is not possible to be conveyed here, besides still requiring a deeper research and testing. As for the defeat of the enemies, if we think of jihad “globally” then the Aceh jihad is one part of the greater jihad, which today has shown victory, as has been admitted by many intelligence experts of the kuffar who stated that since the war on global terror was proclaimed in 2001 after the WTC (mubarakah), its winners are (according to their language) the “terrorists”. The most obvious fact, America is at the door of ruin and bankruptcy that has never been experienced since hundreds of years.

Admirable Traits & Personality Of A Muslim

If Someone Has Admirable Traits, and Their Effects On The Personality

If someone can sharpen their feeling of servitude and humbleness before God well in their hearts, the effects would be as follows:

Firstly: If the humbleness and servitude in that Muslim is strong enough, then it would destroy all mazmumah traits like showing off (riya'), self-admiration (ujub), seeking recognition (sum'ah), arrogance, anger, vindictiveness and so on so forth. On the other hand, if the feeling of servitude does not exist, in its place will form the feeling of being a master. If someone feels that they are the master, this would lead to arrogance, riya', sum'ah, anger, need for praise, ego, vindictiveness, greed and so on so forth.

If this feeling is allowed to grow even further, then the person will start to feel godliness, the feeling of which only belongs to Allah SWT. This immediately leads to shirk . Wal'iyazubillah. And if this person is in power, then they will be a cruel and wicked leader. So, as we are servants, we need to hone and sharpen this feeling of servitude so all negative mazmumah traits will disappear. This is what is commanded by Allah Taala to His servants. When the feeling of servitude erases the mazmumah traits mentioned above, then automatically mahmudah traits will arise in the person, including humility, humbleness, shyness, tolerance, open to compromise, love, thoughtfulness for others, kindness, tawakal, patience, feelings of inadequacy, hopefulness, forgiveness for others, wanting forgiveness from others, guilt and so on so forth.

Secondly: When someone brings in the awareness of God deep into their hearts until it becomes part of them, then in anything they do or anything that happens to them, they feel that they are being watched by Allah Taala. They are constantly humble and shy. Their fear of Allah will never leave them be, for they truly feel that they are under Allah's power. Their fate is truly determined by Allah Taala. So what happens is that that person would be afraid to commit any sin. They are shy before God. They become honest and sincere people who enjoy doing good deeds. They will become people who are polite and disciplined, and who always keep their promises. Whenever they commit a sin, their souls are tormented. They are constantly in the state of muraqabah, their souls are constantly connected to Allah Taala.

So no matter where they are, what they are doing, or what conditions they are in, they would never forget Allah. Naturally, they would not be tempted or distracted by the sinful acts and misdeeds of others. They would be able to control themselves. In other words, being aware of God acts as a shields from sins and treachery. This means that it is the key to all goodness. In that case, we should hone the awareness of God and encourage it in our hearts, for then we would become good people.

REMINDER: As a reminder, all prayers and ibaadah performed by someone, if they are not appreciated or understood in the heart, then this feeling of humbleness and servitude would not arise, nor would the awareness of God. So, ibaadah on their own does not resulting people who are humble and loving, but instead because of their many prayers and ibaadah they would become arrogant and riya', sum'ah and desiring praise from others. They feel that they are already pure, and hence do not fear God. So the prayers and ibaadah which should have brought them closer to becoming true servants of God, they become even more distant from God. People who are guilty of this type of sin will die without asking for forgiveness, because they do not feel that they have committed any sin. In the end they will die in the condition of su'ul khatimah because they feel that they have only done good things, instead of the sins that they have really committed. They will discover that they have sinned in their attempts to be good. On the surface they appear to be devout servants of God, but they are sinners in the soul. They pray and perform ibaadah not to destroy the mazmumah, so with their prayers they in fact encourage the mazmumah.

"O Lord! Give us guidance! Make visible what is hidden and what is not! Make visible the hidden things in our good deeds and our bad deeds, so we will be saved from the sins that are difficult to understand. Ameen!"

Awaiting Ustadz Abu To Give Taushiah

How frightened can the humans get by the advices of the Ulama's? This question is more worthy to be answered by the rulers and their apparatuses. Why is it suited to be answered by them? Because they are prohibiting Ustadz ABB from giving khutbah in this year's Solatul Eid Fitr.

Let's take a moment to think healthily with a soul that always hopes for the light of truth from Allah SWT, not seeking justification out of fear of Allah SWT's law
. What are to be feared from the lectures of an Ustadz ABB? As far as this writer knows, Ustadz ABB never gave a lecture on how to make bombs, kill innocent people and make mischiefs on this earth.

As far as this writer knows, Ustadz ABB in his lectures, only wants to invite the entire Indonesian populace, a majority of whom are Muslims, to implement the Islamic Shari'a in the personal, societal and national life. If it is only such kinds of speech that are not desired by the state officials and become the real reason for his arrest, just be honest from the beginning, there is no need to cover it up with garbage by accusing him as the mastermind of terrorism. Just say, “We are anti-Islamic Shari'a.” Case closed.

Are the rulers and their apparatuses not Muslim, that they are scared s**tless, or they are just a heap munafiqs who claimed to be Muslims but in their hearts they are depositing embers of hatred against Islam? God knows. But if they are Muslims, they should be happy, because in this era when vices and bathil (falsehood) are kings, there are still people who invite tirelessly towards the return to Allah, the Source, the Owner of the universe, should they not?

So, when Ustadz ABB is not allowed to give Taushiah (advice) in this Solatul Eid Fitr, then bear witness O Muslims what religion is professed by our rulers .

"But if they cease (from unbelief and oppression), then verily Allah doth see all that they do. And if they refuse (reject faith and oppress), be sure that Allah is your Protector - the best to protect and the best to help." (Al Anfaal: 39-40)

May Allah SWT guide us towards the truth after the truth is established.

THE POLICE – THE MASTERMIND OF TERRORISM?

The above title is very intriguing to the Muslims who have become the targets as they are accused of being the mastermind behind the various events related to the lexis of terrorism. The above heading is the theme adopted by the Forum Kajian Sosial Kemasyarakatan (FKSK) or the Social Studies Forum in a discussion held on Thursday, 26th August 2010 coinciding with 16th Ramadhan 1431 H at the Intiland Tower, Jenderal Sudirman St, 32 Central Jakarta presenting five speakers i.e. the Commissioner of Police Zulkarnaen (Head of PR div. Police HQ), Mardigu Wowiek Prasantyo, M.Psych. (Psychology Experts and Observers of Terrorism Research), Fahri Hamzah (Deputy Chairman of the Commission III of the Indonesian Parliament Legislative Assembly), Munarman, SH. (Director of An-Nashr Institute), KH.Muhammad Al Khaththath (Secretary-General of the Islamic Ummah Forum) plus the host H.M. Luthfi Hakim, SH., MH. (TPM or Team of Muslim Lawyers). The discussion that started at 14:30 and finished at 16:30, thus lasted for two hours, was quite intense and quite amazing indeed with the exposures of a number gaffe facts in the last two series of terrorism cases i.e the Mujahideen Training Camps in Aceh and the “soap opera” drama of the arrest of Ustadz Abu Bakar Ba’asyir, as was the term used by KH.Muhammad Al Khaththath.

The event was preceded by an opening ceremony emceed by Ustadz Bernard Abdul Jabbar (Hizbul Da'wah Islam) while quoting the hadith of Prophet SAW about the executioners (police) in the end times, who in the morning are doing actions that cause the anger of Allah SWT, and later in the afternoon, are doing actions than also causes the wrath of Allah SWT (this hadith can be found in Kitab Mu’jam Al Kabir). The total number of participants who were present in the event was about thirty people, including personnels from the electronic media and press of the Metro TV, journalists from the print media of Sabili and Suara Islam (Voice of Islam). After the prologue by Ustadz Bernard, the events was right away handed over to the host H.M.Luthfi Hakim, SH., MH. who opened the discussion in such a heated manner that it could compensate the room temperature of the hall at the second floor of the Intiland Tower with the temperature being around 25 degree Celcius.

The host then invited the five speakers to occupy the space provided which have the backdrop of the theme of the event as the background, seated on the far right side was the Commissioner of Police Zulkarnaen, then to his left was followed by Fahri Hamzah, the host, Mardigu W.Prasantyo, Munarman and on the leftmost was KH.Muhammad Al Khaththath.

Mr. Luthfi Hakim, as the host, straight away asked the first question to the Commissioner of Police Zulkarnaen regarding the technical process of the arrest of Ustadz Abu which was very inhumane, as well as very different from the arrests of the villains called corruptors. The Commissioner of Police who has a hobby of being “poetic” in his speech throughout the event could not answer the question put up by the host, and he only said, "…in the technical process of the arrest, there was a procedure... bla... bla…" Mr Lutfi grilled, "The question is why did it have to be done by breaking the glasses, being held at gunpoint and other brutal manners? Whereas Ustadz Abu is very accessible (approachable)?" The Commissioner of Police answered, "…(more or less the same as the first answer)… besides, the police were also given the authority to protect themselves when there are indications that something could endanger or threaten the police." His answers were quite laughable because when Ustadz Abu was ambushed, he was not bringing any armed group with him but two old ladies namely his wife, Madam Aisyah Baraja and the wife of Ustadz.Wahyudin (Leader of Al-Mukmin Ngruki Islamic Boarding School), Madam Muslikhah. Mr Lutfi did not continue the question, because in essence the Commissioner of Police could not answer, only going around in circle on his own.

Mr. Luthfi continued by asking the next question, "How about the connection of Sofyan Tsauri who is an ex-cop in the case of the trainings in Aceh ?" The Commissioner of Police answered, "Yes, he is a police deserter." Mr. Luthfi, "Then how about the fact that Sofyan had held a military training with the FPI (Front Pembela Islam/Islamic Defenders Front) volunteers inside the Brimob Command HQ in Kelapa Dua?" The Commissioner of Police answered, "I don't know… the terrorists are an underground network, yeah…maybe it was simply the result of their efforts... that they had met Sofyan who had joined the KOMPAK (coordinator of the civil society anti-corruption coalition)." Mr. Luthfi, "If the terrorists are an underground network, while people like Ustadz Abu is not an underground person, that wherever Ustadz Abu goes, he would surely be spied upon by the intel, then how is it possible that he is involved with the underground movement (terrorism)?"

Mr. Lutfi then shifted the next question to Mardigu W.Prasantyo when the Commissioner of Police got panicky after being pestered with questions, plus the occasional twits from the audience which drove him into a corner. The Commissioner of Police now could give a little smile of relief and stated that he was now safe, greeted with laughters from the entire audience... what a laughingstock! Mr. Luthfi asked Mardigu, "As a terrorist movement researcher, is it true that there is a valid data indicating that there really were trainings in the Brimob Command HQ in Kelapa Dua?" Mardigu, "I will speak in accordance with the facts and data that I have, yes it is true and confirmed." Then Mardigu said, "Sofyan was assisted by two co-active policemen named Tatang Mulyadi and Abdi Tunggal as the suppliers of weapons which were on disposal (damaged) and then repaired, and ammunitions. In addition, there was also a non-official individual who supplied the weapons named Sutrisno." Mr. Luthfi, "In order to obtain those weapons, it certainly needs official permissions and has to be through the bureaucracy of the department, right?" Mardigu, "Yes, obviously." Mr. Luthfi, "Does it make sense that it was Ustadz Abu who recruited those terrorists?" Mardigu, "Doubtful. Why was Ustadz Abu arrested? What is his connection?” Mr. Luthfi, ”How could this happen?" Mardigu, "I have written my answer in a sentence and it is still in my Facebook and Twiter account. In essence, the problem of terrorism in this country must be solved, but if I were in their position (the government and the ranks in the POLRI), could I resist it or not? Because it is quite tantalizing, you all know what I mean right?" In brief, this is all a project to obtain funds from foreign parties (America and its allies) which are quite large. It is this extraordinary of how Government and their tools called the POLRI (National Police) behave in betraying the Islamic ummah. May Allah SWT destroy them.

All the audiences were stunned by the revelation of Mr. Mardigu just now, his statement was considered as quite bold, because it was enough to strip the conducts of the POLRI with its Densus 88 in order to gain money at the expense of the Islamic ummah.

Next, Mr. Luthfi switched to Munarman, "How about the role of Sofyan in the two cases of terrorism which led to the arrest Ustadz Abu?" Munarman told about the chronology of the Aceh incidents, the following are the excerpts of the important points from the chronology:

1. Sofyan Tsauri came to Aceh in January 2009 and straight away offered himself to be the training instructor for the prospective volunteers of the Aceh FPI who would be dispatched to Gaza, remembering that the Israeli raid into Gaza had just taken place at that time.

2. Fifteen of the FPI volunteers for Gaza from Aceh who had passed the selection process were invited to Jakarta.

3. The departure to Gaza was postponed, in silence ten of the volunteers went to Sofyan’s place in Kelapa Dua.

4. Those ten men stayed at the residence of Sofyan for one month with the costs fully borne by Sofyan in February 2009.

5. The ten of them were indoctrinated by Sofyan which allowed robbery on people who are outside of Sofyan’s circle, for the funding of the jihad.

6. For that one month until the end of March, they were trained to shoot, with forty bullets to each person, at the Brimob Command HQ’s firing range.

7. January 2010, six out of the ten people who had been trained by Sofyan at the Brimob Command HQ, participated in the Mujahideen Military Training in Jantho, Aceh.

8. February 2010, the Mujahideen Military Training in Jantho, Aceh, was ambushed by the police.

Munarman added that from this chronology it is proven that it was Sofyan who had selected and recruited the FPI personnels in the first place, it was not the FPI who recruited Sofyan. Nine personnels of the FPI are now under the protection of Munarman and become one of the valid sources of information about the oddity of the Aceh case.

About the arrest of Ustadz Abu, Munarman continued that it was based on the BAP (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan or Reports of Judicial Procedure Investigation) by Lutfi Haidaroh alias Ubaid, precisely on the sixth point, with the question, “How is the connection of Dulmatin in the Aceh incident?” Ubaid answered with seventy eight answers, including the connection of Ustadz Abu. Whereas, in the concept of the positive (read: thaghut) law, there is the principle of “one witness means no witness”. Munarman also informed that the handling of the ‘terrorism’ by the POLRI this lately was very weird, such as the case of the two Cawang shooting victims. To this day no one knows who they are. This proves the depravity of the POLRI and it is too dangerous because in the future the POLRI could just shoot anyone they like arbitarily.

Munarman also revealed that the root of all this is not with the Densus 88 but there is another small team behind the scenes that works under the leadership of the Commissioner of Police Goris Mere. The name of this team is Satgas Antibom, this team did their training on an island in southern Lampung, it is this team that operate in the execution of terrorist suspects, Munarman termed it as similar to the Buser (fast-attack) team. Munarman then showed a document from the Defense Department of America containing the approximation of the cost of the anti-terrorism campaign budget issued for and contested by some countries including Indonesia. In that document, the amount of 141.7 billion US Dollars was recorded, quite a fantastic number, and that was in 2008 alone, and it increased up to six times of that amount per year. Besides that, Munarman also told the presence of an opinion launched by a leading senator coordinator in the American defense sector, who is Jewish, which believes that all the terrorists in this world are of the Salafi Jihadi wing.

Mr. Lutfi then proceeded to Fahri Hamzah, in his statement Fahri Hamzah unveiled the existence of a good relationship between Ustadz Abu and Head of the Provincial Police for Central Java, Alex Bambang Riatmojo, and thus it is very strange of why must the police, especially the Densus 88, act like how they had been acting in the arrest of Ustadz Abu. Fahri Hamzah closed his statement with a promise to dismantle all the gaffes on a further discussion to be held after the 'Eidul Fitri between the Commission III and the FUI.

Now it's the turn of KH. (Kiayi Haji - ed) Muhammad Al Khaththath to deliver a statement, he began by quoting Surah Al Buruj verse 9 and repeated the hadith that talks about the police in the end times which was read by the emcee earlier. Then Mr. Kiayi (title or reference for a venerated scholar, teacher of Islam - ed) just told about an interesting fact that happened at the time of Ustadz Abu's arrest, as testified by the witness namely the wife of Ustadz Abu, i.e. that at one time Ustadz Abu was held up at gunpoint by a member of the Densus 88, then Ustadz Abu snapped at that member of the Densus 88 by saying “May you be cursed by Allah!”, after that he (the member of the Densus 88) ran helter-skelter in fear and trying to save himself as he was chased by Ustadz Abu for a moment before he (Ustadz Abu) was later restrained by the other members of the Densus 88. Apparently, it was just in his form to carry a gun, but was gutless to set face against a seventy plus year old grandfather.

Mr. Lutfi concluded the revelations by the sources and opened a question-and-answer session. There were six questioners, but only two good questions, the rest was more to a statement, which included the statement that the police should be ashamed of themselves in arresting old folks by being armed to the teeth, then there is also a statement asking the press to expose it all clearly and firmly. The two interesting questions were; "Can the shooting of the terrorist suspects be justified legally?" Munarman said that it clearly can not be justified, in fact the funny thing was that Erwin Armada (Editor in Chief of the Playboy magazine) had not been arrested so far though he had already been convicted, whereas Ustadz Abu has not been proven guilty but is already in custody.

The next question was; "What is the connection of the laments made by president SBY two days before the arrest of Ustadz Abu that he had become the target of terror?" Mardigu said that it was a normal thing, it is indeed the style of SBY to be pitied, but what's interesting was that the POLRI stated that they had discovered a bomb laboratory in Cibiru. Mardigu had the opportunity to review the crime scene and saw that there really was a room containing liquid chemical materials but not like the imagined laboratory, there were some peculiarities i.e. the discovery of explosives that are not commonly used by terrorists there, the terrorists typically use Potassium Chlorates as the basic material for the bomb, but in Cibiru the TATP (Tri Tetra Acetyl Peroxide) was found, this is a highly-explosive material and never owned by the TNI (National Armed Forces of Indonesia) and POLRI (National Police of Indonesia) even Israel only started using it six months ago. This is so strange and it is an indication that there is a possibility of an engineered work.

At the end of event, each one of the speakers was given a chance to give a closing statement, KH.Muhammad Al Khaththath advised Mr. Commissioner of Police to be a good cop like Qais ibn Sa’ad Radhiallahu'anhu who always accompanied the Amirul Mu'mineen. After that Mr. Luthfi promptly closed event. Such was the review of the outcomes of the FKSK discussion which quite extraordinarily revealed some facts about the involvement of the POLRI in the engineering of the crimes of terrorism.

When we look at the behaviors of the Government and POLRI in handling the cases of terrorism today, it indicates the repetition of the New Order style during the time of Ali Moertopo. History has recorded that Ali Moertopo had a specific strategy in suppressing the Islamic movement, that strategy is often termed as “cast, fish, net”. The strategy of “cast” means to cast or disperse their agents and infiltrate the Islamic movements and then "fish" them to act (radicalization), lastly "net" them a.k.a. capture them. If the analyses made by Munarman and company concerning the personage of Sofyan Tsauri are true, then it could be ascertained that the POLRI are just plagiarizing the strategy of Ali Moertopo, and then adding the practices of indiscriminate killing to it. This strategy is also used in the Middle East, especially in Saudi Arabia, as revealed by Abu Mus’ab As Suri in his writings which have 1600-plus pages- entitled Da’watul Muqowwamah Al Islamiyyah Al ‘Alamiyyah.

The Islamic ummah must use this opportunity to expose this engineered work or fabrication while simultaneously hitting back at the Government and POLRI through the Commission III of the Indonesian Parliament Legislative Assembly, considering that the Deputy Chairman of the Commission III, Fahri Hamzah had promised in the above forum to accommodate the aspirations and seek the disclosure of these engineered cases of terrorism. Moreover, for the Islamic movements they should begin introspections for self-correction and think carefully, do not be easily provoked by controversial figures who suddenly raise the issue of jihad, whereas their track record in the Islamic movements has not been known. Enough for the two recent series of cases to become lessons for us all, but the lesson that we take is not to extinguish the amaliyah jihadiyah but to establish jihad in the accuracy of purposes, as well as in a continuous way and at a strong striking capacity against the opponents of Islam.

Lastly, the above event theme has been adequately answered that there indeed are strong evidences that the Police are the Mastermind of Terrorism, that the conspiracy theories which all these while have only been impressed in figments are now looking real in the last two series of cases.
