Statement Of Sawt al-Jihad Nusantara On The Arrest Of Ustadz ABB

JAKARTA – Acting in the name of Sawt al-Jihad Nusantara, a release was posted in the Al Falujjah International Forum. Other than telling the chronological arrest of Ustadz ABB, the Sawt al-Jihad Nusantara also criticizes the oppression against Ustadz ABB. The full statement is as follows:

The bayanat of the arrest of Sheikh Abu Bakar Ba’asyir and the current situation of the Jihad in Indonesia

(يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِؤُواْ نُورَ اللّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللّهُ إِلاَّ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ * ُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ)

"They intend to extinguish Allah's light with their mouths, but Allah will not allow but that His light should be perfected, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it). It is He Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the Religion of Truth, to proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it)." (Al-Tawbah 32-33)


الحمد لله ناصر المؤمنين، مخزي الكافرين، الذي وعدنا بالنصر والتمكين، وجعلهما في جهاد الكافرين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين، وإمام المجاهدين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين،

أما بعد

On Monday, the 9th of August 2010, the murtad government of Indonesia, by deploying its anti-terror police force, arrested Sheikh Abu Bakar Ba’asyir, after he was giving a religious talk in the West Java area. The thaghut Indonesia arrested Sheikh Abu Bakar Ba’asyir by force, using a cunning way, Sheikh Abu Bakar defied the arrest of himself resulting in the car he was riding in with his wife being attacked brutally by the police anti-terror unit. Along with Sheikh Abu Bakar, also arrested were 8 other ikhwans, while his wife and another Muslimah have been freed.

Indeed, this arrest is really a big injustice for the Islamic ummah and this is part of a crusade waged against Islam and the Muslims by the murtad government of Indonesia.

Indeed, the most excited and the ones wishing for this arrest the most are the barbaric country of America and Australia, and this arrest occurred after America has expressed its satisfaction at the work of Indonesia in combating terrorists – which in reality is combating the Mujahideen.

We hereby are informing the Muslims in general , as well as the Mujahideen in every place in particular: indeed the Mujahideen in Indonesia will never retreat from the path of jihad and sacrifices. Although many of the leaders of jihad and the Mujahideen had fallen as Shuhada's and many others were captured, but the generations of jihad will continue to be born in this country and the flag of jihad will never fall, by the wills of Allah Ta’ala.

And we are giving the good news to the Mujahideen: that since the executions of the trio Bali Bombing heroes, the Mujahideen in Indonesia who are made up of the members of the various different Jama’ah Salafiyah Jihadiyah, started to carry out a consolidation of union and after the shaheed of Al-Qaid Mujahid Abu Muawwidh Nurrudin bin Muhammad Top Al-Malayzi along with his valiant and heroic ikhwans (may Allah accept them all), the Mujahideen of Indonesia have united under a single kalimah and battle flag. And you have seen their heroic actions in the Aceh region earlier this year.

And to the Mujahideen and Muwahideen in Indonesia, we would like to convey the verses of Allah Ta’ala :

(وَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُواْ لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُواْ وَمَا اسْتَكَانُواْ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ * وَمَا كَانَ قَوْلَهُمْ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ ربَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ )

"How many of the prophets fought (in Allah's way), and with them (fought) Large bands of godly men? But they never lost heart if they met with disaster in Allah's way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast. All that they said was: 'Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything we may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith.'" (Ali Imran : 146-147)

And to the Zionist Crusaders and their stooges the murtadeen, we say to you: Indeed, the tougher the trials that befall the Mujahideen, then it is a sign that reliefs and helps from Allah Azza wa Jalla are coming closer. Verily, we the Islamic ummah will definitely be given victory by Allah Azza wa Jalla, whereas you the kafir will definitely be defeated and humiliated in this world and the hereafter.

So wait, indeed we too are waiting with you…

(وَاللّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ )

And Allah has full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.
