Wednesday (28/07/10), Ratnasari Nasution, wife of Zein Affandy – one of the suspects in the alleged “terrorism” case, who was detained by the Densus88 some time ago - has given birth to a baby girl, while her husband has to be in jail.
Ratna is just one small example of the hundreds of wives who have to be willing to be left by their husbands who are in jail on suspicion of involvements in terrorist activities. Earlier on, she had started to feel confused with regards to her upcoming delivery process.

"I was confused, where could I get the money for the delivery process," she expressed.
She was at a loss as the wallet, money, savings and ATM cards belonging to her husband were confiscated by the Densus 88 and could not be taken by her, even if just for the cost of the delivery process.
"Handphone, wallet, savings and ATM cards under the name and owned by my husband were all confiscated by the Densus," she told Muslimdaily.
“Even though I've continually urged and told them that the money is for the birth of my baby, the answer was still the same, that I had to wait for process first,” she told Muslimdaily.
"If I could indeed delay the delivery, it would not be too much of a trouble to wait. The problem was, could the delivery process can be delayed?" she said.
Donation
In the observation by Muslimdaily, there were some general bloggers who sympathized with her plight and later in a spontaneous way, organized the collection of donations through the Facebook network and Blogs, as well as other messenger networking medias.
According to Muslimdaily sources who declined to be named, the spontaneous fundraisings organized by those cyber activists, succeeded in collecting money in the amount of at least 2 million Rupiahs (222 USD) from several parties, within two days. The funds are now in the hands of the relevant party i.e Ratnasari Nasution.
With respect to the act of a simple fundraising to aid Ratnasari Nasution, through Muslimdaily, Ratna invited parties who wish to send donations by providing her account number at: Bank Muamalat No. 922 473 8728, under the name Ratna Sari Nasution.
