Bismillahirahmanirrahim
We the Tandzim Al Qoidah of Indonesia in the province of Aceh (known as 'The front porch of Makkah') hereby are giving a clarification to the beloved Islamic Ummah that up to the 10th day of the Thogut’s pursuit on us, we are able to hold out and continue Jihad even though there were brothers who were either captured or martyred. And with this, we affirmed to the Islamic Ummah that we are holding to our promises to conduct Jihad against the Zionist Jews, Crusaders and Murtaddin until Allah decides victory for us or we are shaheed in Allah’s cause, biidznillah.
As for our beloved Ummah, we remind that the rule of Jihad today is Fardhu'ain, the postponement of Jihad causes the benefits at that time to be gone. Therefore, helping, supporting, offering do'a, Infaq fie sabiilillah and going to Jihad arena are requirements which allow no udzur (exemption) when Jihad is Fardhu'ain.

Aceh is the northernmost province of Indonesia, with a history as a powerful trading centre; the early traders of Aceh working the routes to the Middle East forged strong links with Arab countries. In doing so, they made Aceh the most influential entry point for Islam into the archipelago. Thus, the province became known as 'The front porch of Mecca'.
It's people also imbibed something of the Muslim warrior spirit, and Aceh gained a second title: 'The Land of the Dagger', expressing the people's willingness to fight for their independent identity. The Dutch colonialists found them the most difficult people to control, as have their Indonesian successors.
